Stopped in today for some keto treats and had the pleasure of meeting and chatting with the CEO, David Cruz. You can tell he's very passionate about a healthy lifestyle, with keto being in the forefront. He walked me through what they do there and what they offer. Very interesting stuff! I ended up going with a cookies and cream donut, a German chocolate donut, a peanut butter chocolate cookie, and an 'egg roll N a bowl' bowl. I've tried the cookies and cream donut, the cookie, and the bowl so far and they're DELICIOUS! I mean, so good that it's hard to believe that it's all healthy and totally keto. Like what if I share this and go in and there are no more churro donuts!??? But as an elite member of this Yelp! community it's my duty to share and unravel the amazing places here in the Treasure Valley! If you are currently on a low carb diet or looking for cleaner alternatives to your favorite indulgents this is the place for you. There is a wide variety of options at the bakery including donuts, cookies, lemon bars, ect. All under 5g carbs each!!! Apart from the bakery is the resturant where you can order breakfast or lunch. I ordered a Reuben Sammi and a cup of the mushroom soup. I love that the macros are on the menu so you can easily add into any calorie counting app to stay on track with your nutrition goals. There is also an option to order and pick up meal preps. The one thing that stood out more than the amazing flavor of the foods was the enviroment. Upon entering I met Andi one if the owners and immediately I felt like she adopted me into her family. My toddler was with me and he was so happy in such a greeting enviroment. Andi was so friendly, and knowledgable about the items and had no problem giving us a first time tour! It's also not pricey!!! You get a lot for what you pay. I got four donuts, two cookies, a meal with a soup and it totaled $25ish. Not bad! And now I have donuts for the rest of the week! Can't wait to go back! Had my first meal here yesterday breakfast burrito then boomeranged back for the turkey chaffle sandwich today! The food was flavorful and amazing! Keto2Go has changed a bit but the desserts are still amazing. I got a blueberry cheesecake, a raspberry cheesecake, a lemon cookie and a peanut butter chocolate cookie. I remember getting a peanut butter bar at this location last year before it changed to Keto2go and this newer one wasn't to my taste but the owner included a complimentary peanut butter cookie that was warm out of the over and it was outstanding. Finally! A cafe located next to my gym where I can grab a healthy bite to eat to rewind my workout. They 'soft opened' two weeks ago and I didn't even realize it until today when I happened to arrive early in the morning and noticed a light on in the old Buzz Coffee, Cafe and Wine location. So I stopped in, met owners Desiree and Andy, and enjoyed a tasty Keto burrito with bacon. The prices are reasonable (my burrito at $7 was one of the most expensive items on the breakfast menu), the space open and bright, and the staff friendly and helpful. I've been following a Keto lifestyle for 2 years and as a result lost 175lbs. My brother-in-law told me about this place that just open up and serve a Keto menu. Came here with the fam. (I'm from Colorado and visiting for Thanksgiving week). I ordered the bacon,egg,avocado with extra cheese burrito. It was so good and huge! My nephews finished there sausage and egg Sammie's as well. Both said they enjoyed it. They make their own tortillas and Keto treats. Dave is the owner and also does catering. They will soon have to-go Keto meals and are located in the Crunch Gym parking lot. My husband is a trooper and came with me to Fattitude since I am on the keto diet. We both ordered a breakfast burrito, one lemon bar, and one lemon raspberry donut. A lot of keto baked goods I have tried in the past were dry and bland. Took a bit of the donut and... OH MY. ARE WE SURE THIS IS KETO?!?! Sound the alarm because I have found the most moist, delicious keto baked goods around. Even my husband loved it! Burritos came in their house-made tortillas. YA'LL. After David Cruz's presentation it was clear, I was not properly feeding my body even though I thought I was by buying organic food and eating a lot of vegetables. By using David's protocol,  I lost 35 pounds in just 10 weeks. You can start by having them provide you with the prepared meals on a weekly basis and when you feel comfortable cooking your own meals, you take over from there. After you've completed the necessary phases of his program, you should definitely  order their deserts. They are off the charts and always implementing new recipes for you to try.  David Cruz at Keto2go definitely knows what he is doing with his program. I come here a couple times a week, sometimes more. The food is so good, it doesn't taste "keto". It's just good!I actually prefer the keto donuts to regular donuts. They offer weekly meal prep. This keeps me on track! Keto chicken and waffles, keto chili and cornbread, keto pizza, keto rice with curried chicken and a few of wonderful offerings I've tried with meal prep. The staff is outstanding, friendly and helpful. The ham and jammie sandwich and the Reuben are my favorites! For breakfast, the noatmeal is cozy and comforting. I wish there was another one closer to me, but this place is definitely worth the drive. If they had a hundred stars to rate this place, it still wouldn't be enough. I randomly popped into the Keto2Go restaurant and David, the owner, was there with a warm welcome. My intention was to only inquire and David treated me to a very valuable 30 minute conversation that has taught me loads about keto, fasting, and my ongoing gut problems. Since then I have read his book online and have found several great insights & resources. He's the real deal and I look forward to learning more from him. If you haven't tried the treats and desserts from Keto2Go, you are missing out! The cheesecakes are our absolute favorite-- but the cookie fat bombs are amazingly good and the donuts are so yummy. I just had my first meal at Fattitde today, courtesy of my wonderful daughter and son in law. They have done Keto for going on three years. This restaurant's food was Excellent! Hubby and I don't prioritize cooking so we treasure Keto2Go for practical reasons while also do endorse a Keto lifestyle as its improved some health issues for me and energy stores for endurance biking for both of us. No more hangry!! The simplicity of popping a meal into the microwave means our evenings get to be doing other things than be in the kitchen. We have some favorites - lasagna!! And for me I love the egg roll in a bowl. We tried Keto on our own yet I couldn't (he could) really feel I was in a Keto state. These meals have helped me be successful after 2 years of trying to meal plan on my own. Love the owner and the chef's enthusiasm for Keto and for their customers. I would give 5 stars - haven't because some of the business side is still on the rudimentary side. Waiting for meal menu email to randomly pop up, only 1-2 days to respond, then ordering otp vs a website and giving credit card number again, then meal pickup hours are smack in middle of busy work schedule - not convenient for my busy work schedule. But they're fairly new and still working these kinks out, eagerly I might add. We've ordered weekly for quite a few months now so that's testament enough that we don't mind those few inconveniences.
