Gym is not crowded, each time I was there , there might have only been 2-3 other people max. Service is friendly and accommodating. We got a weekend pass as out of state visitors. Pro tip: register on a weekday, since weekends may not have a front desk person to assist Recommendations : 1) test out your access after registration. Make sure to test with door locked to avoid possible subsequent issues 2) bathroom stall was out of toilet paper, so hopefully some more can be stocked up. Overall, would definitely return to visit the facility if I'm back in the area. Keep up the great work.

His curiosity and enthusiasm made the experience even better. The facility was spotless and as well-equipped as any gym I've ever been to. They had top-of-the-line equipment for just about any training style--powerlifting, bodybuilding, CrossFit, Functional Patterns, and Knees Over Toes. On top of that, they offered an infrared sauna and a cold plunge. Next time I'm in town, this gym will definitely be at the top of my list.

I know what makes a gym great, and this place delivers large open space, quality equipment, and an amazing community of trainers, staff, and members. Carrie, one of the personal trainers, truly stands out. She even called me on my birthday to wish me a happy birthday and offered a free session, which speaks volumes about the level of care here. She's knowledgeable, professional, and uses proper technique! I highly recommend her. I also want to recognize Jake and the manager, Bret, for their integrity and outstanding customer service. If you're serious about your fitness and want a gym that genuinely cares, this is the place to be.

The pool filtration system is…read moreconstantly failing, and the make-shift temporary external filter they use leaves the water gross & cloudy at best. The jacuzzi is often lukewarm instead of hot, & is in desperate need of resurfacing. The womens steam room is honestly disgusting -- visible slime buildup has remained on the floors and walls in the same spots for months, and the odor is terrible. When concerns or questions have been brought up to management, it is meet with disregard or sales-tactic excuses, & I am told these are all "normal". Very disingenuous response from management. The basic maintenance and sanitation of the facility are flat out ignored. The gym itself has a lot of potential. Its a shame that the pool/locker room facilities reflects a complete lack of care and pride in what could otherwise a nice location to enjoy.

After a fairly active and fit young adulthood including college era athletics, I had been in a long decline and decided to do something about it. I had been a massage client of his for a couple of years, and he often talked about his ideas about fitness training during sessions. I have been a computer geek since the early 80s, and there was something I recognized in the way he talked about anatomy, diet and training. He really nerded out on it. I'd never worked with a personal trainer before, but if I was going to start I wanted it to be someone like Scott who was smart, scientific minded and flat out obsessed with it. I was also attracted to his body-weight training approach. Being a weight lifting gym rat was never my thing, and I had always preferred body-weight style training. The fact that he did circus-type training as well was intriguing (handstands are no-joke crazy hard!). Anyhow. He's the real deal. Each session was always something different. He constantly was adapting the routines to fit my current needs (maybe I had a bit of an injury to work around, etc). We used Dexafit scans to track progress objectively. I honestly doubt there's any better trainer in the City.

I've been a member there for 1.5 years and been overall very happy with the value for the price. The Cons: 1. I requested that they consider getting a skate ski cardio machine. The owner was very unreceptive to this. A missed opportunity given our proximity to Bogus with the need to train for the winter season. 2. This place is very male focused. I requested that they stock tampons (even if a paid dispenser) and a small trashcan in the bathrooms (which are unisex). This request was not welcome, and the owner's response made me feel like I was the only woman who would want such things. I even proposed that offering these things could be good for business, given that 70% of their patrons are men. They could increase the male/female ratio by making women feel more welcome. I explained to the owners that I had to play basketball with my used tampon and the huge trashcan that was 1/2 way across the bathroom. He told me that other women in the gym did not share my concern. He also said that when they did stock tampons that they were stolen immediately. I sympathize with this feedback given how hard it is to run a business. But I was left feeling very unheard and like this gym is sort of hostile towards women's needs. I have since had several episodes where I'm at the gym and suddenly go to the bathroom only to find that I'm having a period incident with no recourse. Again, I'm happy with the facility. I only wish the feedback around the needs of women was more kindly and seriously considered.

I used to be a "gym girl" so spent a ridiculous amount of time there, but a few years ago developed a lung issue and couldn't work out and gained a bunch of weight. As someone who has seen both sides of working out while super fit and working out as a heavy girl, I want to commend Axiom on Fairview for treating me the same no matter how I look physically or how little or how much I can do. After a surgery, the lung issue is resolved so I am ready to get back at it! The gym itself is great - plenty of equipment, and this is one of the busiest gyms - there are LOTS of people that go here, especially during peak hours before and after work. Machines are kept clean and in good repair and the locker rooms are plenty big enough, clean and have everything you need. I would also like to call out Justin for his awesome customer service when I did have an issue. Kudos on making a great impression by going above and beyond what was expected.
