I had an amazing experience at Find Your Zen! Christina is an awesome instructor who really pushed me during class! She was encouraging and gracious. I have taken classes at many other studios in the area (Radiant Hot Yoga, RA Yoga, etc.), and this was one of my favorite classes I have ever taken! The studio is beautiful and so clean. Beautiful big windows overlook PCH and the ocean skies. (It's right above Summer House for those of you trying to find it!) the studio is brand new and you can tell that Christina poured her heart and soul into the space. One of my favorite parts about class was that Christina played good music!! She played popular slower songs rather than typical weird yoga music... you know what I'm talking about! The class was challenging but fun and relaxing at the same time. All in all, I had an awesome experience here and I will definitely be back! read more

I've been attending this yoga studio for almost 3 months now and my experience here has been nothing but the best! Christina is an excellent yoga instructor who is very passionate behind each yoga practice she teaches. What I love about her is how she elaborately guides her students by walking you through each movement. This allows you to quickly comprehend and follow the flow with ease. Whether you're a beginner in yoga, intermediate or above, Christina will guide you to modify your poses to best fit your body's needs. The studio is located above Summer House and parking is pretty easy to find. I usually just park in the neighborhood by the studio. There's also a juice bar located near the studio which is another nice perk if you're looking for a great cleanse after the morning yoga class. If you're looking for a new yoga studio, I highly recommend this place. :) read more

I found this place through ClassPass and was extremely happy with the power yoga class I took. It was a great flow class. I was never bored and constantly challenged even with many years of yoga experience. Parking can be a bit challenging, but the studio has two spaces in the parking lot behind the studio and parking on the street is free after 6 pm. Christina was awesome and accommodating to my injury (broken tailbone) without holding the rest of the class up. I'll definitely be back soon! read more

Cute little studio, but it's honestly hard for me to get comfortable with the place. There's hardly any parking in the back parking lot and you'll likely have to get lucky with street parking on this busy street in CDM. The studio itself is cute and quaint, but with a class of over 10 people you'll find yourself beyond squished. It also gets stuffy super quickly inside during normal (non-hot) yoga classes. The mobile app yelp check in also advertises a free water bottle at check in, but the staff working did not appear to know of it and said they had no water bottles. This was disappointing, given I had purposefully left my water bottle in the car after seeing the check in offer. The class itself was pretty on par with other yoga classes I've attended. However, the logistical issues make it difficult to commit to the studio in the long run. read more

Adorable, little studio that overlooks PCH. I took a morning yoga class with Stacey then stayed for a meditation class that she also led afterwards, and I felt like it was an amazing way to spend the first half of my day. I loved her slower-paced yoga class because I tend to rush everything. I was forced to slow down and reeeeally enjoy the practice without getting bored. I have been practicing for years, but she taught me some new tips I have never heard anywhere else. And if you are open to corrections, she is direct yet gentle which was great! Stacey is just pure perk/ bubbly happiness, is patient and very knowledgeable. I love her! read more

I stumbled upon this yoga studio and dropped in for a free class since I live in the area. I took a small group class with the owner and teacher Cristina. She took the time to set me up and was very informative throughout the class. The sense of community is great at Find Your Zen and not to mention they play great music. I have been to 3 yoga classes now. The studio is located right on PCH above a neat little juice bar. 5 stars for the welcoming and calming atmosphere. I think this place will become popular quickly. Instructors are knowledgeable. I was a little intimidated, since I have not practiced yoga in a while, but the classes were easy to follow. There was a little foot rub and aromatherapy at the end-Nice Touch! If you are already practicing yoga or are new to it, Find Your Zen studio is the place to go. Christina and the others are amazing instructors and put all of their energy and focus into making your experience the most beneficial. The variety of classes allows for different approaches and progression within one's practice. Christina is an amazing individual that has an excellent understanding of yoga and with her being a nutritionist as well, she has helped my food selection and shared some delicious recipes that are very healthy and have put me on top of my game. Great vibes and great people equal great yoga classes. The price can't be beat and I recommend this studio to everyone I meet, this place is epic!! read more

After about three months now I can say my wife and I love everything about Zen. The owner/instructor Christina is AWESOME and her instructors are some of the best around. I've practiced at many local studios including Equinox and Yogaworks which are great, but FYZ my favorite of all. They offer such a great combination of power, flow, yin and more. The best thing about this place is how small it is! It's adorable and the instructors are really friendly and kind and because there arent too many members, you have time to get to know them and they alter the class to help everyone because of the amount of people in each. I went to a sat. 10:30 class with Max and I loved it because there were only 2 other people besides me in it and one of the two people was my mom. The instructor took time to help us if we struggled with something and he constantly told us how great we were doing and to never get discouraged! I will definitely be going back! read more

I'm not that experienced in yoga, but felt really comfortable at Find Your Zen. You won't find a huge room with dozens of people with their mats right next to you, which is really nice. The instructor was able to go around to everyone to help adjust poses, almost like a private yoga session. Definitely the best yoga experience I have had. Do yourself a favor by skipping the other places and just go here. read more
