They help everyone as they walk up and down to make sure you're in the correct positions and check-in to make sure you're still alive! They make it fun! There are mostly women that attend but a few men as well, from time to time. There are women of all ages and sizes! It's all at your own personal pace and it's not a race! The tv monitors tell you what to do next and for how long, and toward the end, there is a count down on the screen. And yes, I'm always watching that count down to get it over with! I feel as though it's now a community of supportive women! They all chat and have made connections even outside of SP! It's really nice to see! Dallyn and Pam are my usual instructors based on my schedule and they're amazing! I have neuropathy and fused bones in my feet that limit me to some exercises and they already know what exercise to do in its place for my safety and benefit of the workout! Even when the class is at max capacity, they're there to help guide and motivate! I love the times of the classes too, as I feel they're thoughtful for those that want to workout before work, at lunch break, after work or even after the kids have eaten and gone to bed! Sometimes I'm the only one in a 6:15PM class and sometimes it's full. You just never know! Either way, it's motivating and a QUICK 45min non-stop workout on the reformers. There is an app where you can purchase class passes and book classes or easily cancel 24hrs in advance to not lose the class pass. The app is nice and easy and has never glitched! I pay about $240 for a 10 class pass and you do have to use them within 3-months. My goal is mainly to go once a week, but I do travel a lot and have missed a month between classes but this has been good for me to get out of my little apartment and do something for myself! And that makes me smile! If you're thinking about it or think you can't do it, trust me, YOU CAN! If I can, so can you!

One day when I came with a friend, the owner Christina told us about this limited-time family package she was offering. 10 Family Halotherapy sessions for $200. Each visit included us and our children. We both bought it on the spot. For multiple weeks my friend and I would meet with our kids and use the family room, each time the owner would dock ONE visit off our packages. Because the deal was ending at the end of the month, I bought the family package one more time even though I still had 8 or so visits left. I even bought it a third and separate time to donate to my daughter's preschool auction. All 3 times I clearly bought the FAMILY PACKAGE. The owner was always the one who handled my three purchases, made our appointments, and docked the sessions off my package. She's the one who called it a family package. It was auctioned off as a Family Package at the preschool for 10 Halotherapy Sessions. Recently I came with my daughters and noticed I had been charged for both of them. I let them know they made a mistake because I had bought the family package. The owner Christina told me "there is no family package." Just like that. She doubled down on this despite the fact she knew I spent $600 on said family packages, had used it the way she described it for months, and SHE had written Family package on the gift card for the preschool. Instead of taking accountability and owning up to the fact she lied, or honoring the purchases as I made them, or even saying she forgot and made a mistake and she'll correct it, she just kept changing her story and moved from attacking me to being a victim. She was incredibly self-righteous and snide, but finally told me "I will you give you your money back and be done with you." I just wanted my money back from the sessions I bought under the guise of family halotherapy sessions and now couldn't use. I told her thank you and it was the right thing to do. I should've known she was just lying. She did not give me my money back. In fact, she is now trying to retroactively charge me for my children all the times I brought them this past year. Below is an actual email when I bought the family package for third time. Please note the subject: Family Halo Therapy Package. I clearly ask to buy the family package again, she confirms I'm buying it. There is no misunderstanding. I have spent over $1,000 in the months I was supporting this woman's business. I tried to get back the $300 from the family packages I bought since now the family package I bought 3 times, and used multiple times, magically doesn't exist. My children would now cost an additional $200 to all the money I've already given this scammer. I don't think I'll be able to get my $300 back, but if I can share my story and keep others from having to be stolen by this business, I've done something. This is wrong to do to loyal customers.

It was my turn to plan date night so I wanted to look into new options outside of the normal after…read moredinner activity. Found this place while searching Spa options and thought it might be a fun experience. I was not wrong. We had the absolute pleasure of enjoying our time in the moon room with the Owners. We didn't know they were the owners until about half way through. They were so friendly and supportive in how to best navigate the procedure of hot cold therapy. Sitting in the sauna for 15 minutes is not the easiest but in comparison to the cold plunge it's a cake walk. Between the sauna and the cold plunge they have a bucket shower that is very refreshing and helps keep the cold plunge from getting too contaminated by sweat. The first time in the cold tub (which is a brisk 50°in the moon room 40° in the other room) I couldn't even get in past my knees but after getting out I dipped my arms in and definitely felt some joint relief from the full experience. It wasn't until the last time I went in the tub that I could get shoulder deep and stayed for close to 3 minutes. The trick is controlling your breathing and focusing on that. This place is a 10/10 for relaxation for rejuvenating and just a fun date night in our experience. Highly recommended

Ashly (not like that--I'm married ), who also happens to be the owner, is fantastic. Her classes are challenging, encouraging, and uplifting all at the same time. I also really enjoyed Katie's Sculpt class. Her music was at a comfortable volume, and her coaching was clear and motivating without her having to yell over the music. As someone who can be sensitive to loud environments, I really appreciated that. Her music selection was on point, and her teaching style kept me motivated from start to finish. I'm looking forward to taking many more classes! I've already completed 5 classes since June 3rd, and they're currently running a fun challenge where the more classes you take, the more chances you have to win. It's a great extra incentive to keep showing up! The studio itself is kept super clean, which I always appreciate. They also have two showers stocked with big fluffy towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. They even provide hair ties, Q-tips, and plastic bags for your sweaty clothes--because trust me, you will sweat! The only thing you'll need to bring is your own body lotion and face products . And if you're on the fence, their intro offer is only $30 for a week of unlimited classes. Considering a single class is normally $25, it's a no-brainer. Challenge yourself! It's you vs. you. Commit to the week and see what happens--I have a feeling you'll love it as much as I do.

Do not recommend this studio. First of all they had an old card on file and it got rejected. I…read morereached out to provide an updated numbers they claimed their phone was not working. So I had to go into the studio in person. After a few weeks of not making it to the studio, I decided to join lifetime and quit perspire. I sent them an email to cancel and then they kept sending me emails saying I had to send a written request which I already had done. Finally they said they accepted my cancellation. Yet they continued to try to charge my card. I again emailed them to stop attempting to charge my card and they said it was an old automated system. The charge eventually went through (even though it was an old number). I had to call my bank to dispute and put a permanent block on perspire to never charge my card again. In addition, there was one new girl who was completely angry at the counter. Would get frustrated if you wanted to bring a friend and charge to your account. She was always angry when she had to do any work. All this added up to me cancelling my membership. If their phone would have been working in the first place I wanted to give an updated card number to them but they could not accept. So in the time they put me off, I decided to quit my membership. I do not like the fact that they fraudulently continued to charge my card even after I quit.
