I have been a loyal fan since the original New York City location in 2002. I was excited when they opened up and clean them having moved to Texas I had missed it. The taste is on point. This cilantro chutney is off the hook. Thank you and spicy with just the right pair with the filling. I get it on the roti instead of the pratha to make it lighter. If you use DoorDash to order, they do have a deal or buy one get one free of the Allo masala rolls. It's cheap cheaper than buying them in a store, even though the base price per roll would be more if there was no discount. The service is not anything special, but I keep on coming back for the flavor! Nostalgic and amazingly tasty. Some other Indian restaurants in the area do Frankie but let me tell you it's nothing like the kati roll. read more

Actually found this place off Groupon and it's a place close by to a lot of workplaces in the Plano/Frisco area. I ordered my meal with recommendations and got a to go roll as well. The roles are moderately priced ($7-9) and are worth every penny. The taste of the wrap itself was #worthit. The chicken was perfectly cooked and there was a great cilantro chutney added in there for an excellent taste. I will definitely order that roll again. The ambience was also super cute and the space was clean. I checked out the bathrooms as well and they were also clean and smelled good. This is a fast food joint, so you order at the front and within about six or seven minutes, they have it ready for you. It's a cool spot. First tried this a decade ago in its original nyc location. It's good stuff and simple, mess-free. For those unfamiliar, it's basically an Indian version of a shawarma or a thinly filled burrito. Only issue here is the two I ordered tasted weak in flavor/seasoning and just seemed dry and chewy. I was the only customer in yet it took awhile for my two rolls to come out. Altogether it's worth a try, but I've had better. Wish they'd give more filling and do better with the sauces. I tried the chicken tikka kati roll and the unda chicken tikka roll which is basically same roll, just with added egg. Portion size is decent, one roti filled with chicken and some onions. We ordered to-go, and the Rolls are very tasty. Although I asked for chicken tikka, it seems the cashier misheard me and gave me Chicken Unda instead (which was still good, but not what I wanted). All in all, we tried the Unda Aloo, Achari Paneer, Unda Chicken, and Unda Steak. All of them were very good, though we agreed that the Aloo and Steak were our favorites. We also got their raita and chutney which were good. Cons: they were out of masala fries and masala chai. Cashier double-checked number of rolls, but gave me chicken unda instead of chicken tikka. The Kati Roll Company Went here for the first time and the experience was good. I was told everything on the menu is Halal. I asked the manager where he get Halal meat from and he went to the back and took meat boxes photos. There is no pork/bacon at this facility so you don't have to worry about separate fryer and/or cross contamination, etc. Customer service was good and the place was neat and clean. We got Chicken Tikka Roll, Achari Roll, and Masala Fries. Overall, I will give 3 out of 5 for how the food tasted. As always, call/verify to double check Halal status before ordering. read more

I'm so happy to have found Kati Roll in the north of Dallas area. The Chicken Tikka roll is our favorite with the Shami Kebab Roll a very close second. It may seem a little expensive, but the rolls actually are a very good size, they're just wrapped tightly and the ingredients seem to be very high quality.
