Food was ok, the salad didn't have a lot of flavor-kind of bland for all that was in it. Kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, feta cheese, Parmesan cheese, and grilled shrimp. But the sweet potato fries with huckleberry and maple dip sauce were delicious! Service was good.

There was such a huge hype to try this new place that we couldn't wait to come for dinner. The restaurant itself was beautiful. Great setting and the bar was completely stacked. Friendly staff and our server was very accommodating. The food itself was pretty mediocre. We ordered the Mac n cheese with beef and it literally looked and tasted just like hamburger helper. Don't get me wrong, I do like hamburger helper but I felt that there should have been more to it than that. We ordered 2 other side dishes that were also pretty so so. When the bill arrived it certainly wasn't the price of a hamburger helper meal. It was a bit pricey for what it actually was. Maybe it was an off day for the kitchen but still willing to give this place another try... someday.

So we had to go up to Bozeman and decided to stop here for breakfast. This place is very large with not to many people there at the time. We were told sit anywhere we liked and our server came over with water and menus. We both ordered a mimosa to drink. The price for drinks was very reasonable. I ordered the eggs Benedict and my wife had the biscuits and gravy. Mine was very good and instead of Canadian bacon, the dish comes with two very slices of thick cut ham. Very good. My wife liked hers also. Service was very good as was the food. Our server spent some time with explaining the menu and the way the restaurant worked. This is one place we will be going back to.

The place is very nice on the inside. Staff is friendly and welcoming. We went on Bingo night, which added a but of fun. The food was hit and miss for us. The fried zucchini appetizer was pretty good. Well seasoned. The brisket nachos were disappointing. Very little brisket and cheese. We had to ask for more cheese sauce as they only had it on the bottom, and it was very sparce. We then got the wedge salad, which came with an abundance of bacon but little to no blue cheese or dressing. Had to ask for more dressing. Finally, the bison chili, which could have been good if it were cooked an hour longer. It had that young spice taste that needed to simmer more. We left most of it in the bowl. Disappointing.

My boyfriend and his new favorite burger, the jump burger is the best burger we've had in a long while.

The Jump Burger was so good, my boyfriend probably would've left me to date this burger, and allll for the sweet taste of the pepper jelly gouda-ness. He got a little emotional about it We loved it here! Kelly was such a sweet waitress, we loved talking with her. And the Friday night dancing was so cute and fun! Such an upbeat joint.

Suppose to be the almond parmesan crusted fish. Was burnt on the bottom side. Rice was good and asparagus was decent, a little undercooked.

Food was very bland and burnt and too expensive for lack of taste. A lot of menu items were not as described on the menu and were missing ingredients.

NOT CHEESE - this is uncooked dough

Review for the lunch service: we just had the worst pizza we've ever ordered since you guys have opened. We order pizzas once a week and even last weeks was 100000x better than today. We called almost 2 hours ahead of time for a pick up order and were sitting and waiting for an hour. The pizzas we got were smalls when we ordered 3 large. One of which was completely uncooked.

Love the burger, the sweet potato fries are perfect. I'd suggest offering dipping sauces for the fries. Ketchup just doesn't cut it.

At a near century old establishment serving steaks the whole time is a hard thing to do. There are lots of restaurants that pivot and change and use burgers to get by, but steaks the whole time is a work that needs to be celebrated. Sure Texas is known for their cattle production and Nebraska for their grain grown to feed cattle, but the beef here, is grass grown, local that could have walked here and there is something to be said about that. That's more than dance with who brung you, but rather eat em where they lay. Apparently this used to be a Butcher Shop / Bank, interesting combo before 1937. Family owned and operated for generations. I came here 3 times while I was passing thru they do alot of things well. The BYO burger upgraded to Bison is a rarity and a must. The Fried Chicken sandwich is hearty and balanced with the horseradish, tomato, pickles. It doesn't even need cheese. Rocky Mountain oysters and tender with just enough chew. The breaded cheese curds hold up well to dipping sauces which most normal curds dont. Rocker sauce is good, but never figured out what was in it. Tangy, sweet. Loved the Wedge salad, the ranch was outstanding. Prime rib after 5pm, upgrade your sides to loaded baked potato and a wedge side salad, it's worth it. The 10 oz is more like 12 and the 16 oz is more like 18. Great crust and seasoning, zesty horseradish. Wall to wall pink, tender, juicy. No sauces here like au poive or a bernaise. Save room for dessert their carrot cake is moist, soft and sweet. the peanut butter pie is a downhome classic and the oreos, my god. Service is great, prices are good for the area. Ambiance is excellent. It's a great representation of what an area can do without trying to be like someone else. I actually had their shrimp which is odd being so far from water here, they obliged me to get them all 3 ways if I ordered 2 orders.

It's especially nice when some other local steakhouses are no longer around. The ambiance definitely had a country western theme. We ordered Rocky Mountain oysters as an appetizer. I've had them in numerous other places and I thought these were the most "Stringy" or "tough" kind of like there were strings of meat that didn't want to let go... so it wasn't incredibly mouth pleasing but I know it's probably more the bulls fault than the restaurants fault! prime rib I had was cooked very well and the au jus had good flavor is probably the reason for the 4th star. They did forget my mushrooms though so it keeps it at a 4 star for me. We will be back though to try it again. The bar next door has a large dance floor with the live music so that is nice.

When we came in at around 4pm, there seemed to be plenty of tables available but after an hour, the place quickly filled up. Vibes/Service: Parking lot in the back and it seemed there was some street parking available as well. Many, many tables available with bar seating as well. It can certainly fit a larger group. Great service from our server. Checked on us often and filled up our waters. Food: Because it was our first meal here, we wanted to try out their staple dishes. -Bison Potstickers ($16): 5 pieces topped with mango and garlic chili sauce and served with some coleslaw. Rich and filling, paired well with the sauce. Would order this again! -Bison Patty Melt ($22): it was my first time eating Bison, the waiter suggested medium rare. It looked more red than I usually like but it actually was juicy and tasty-- I guess this is the difference between a regular beef patty. I'd also order this again. -Served with pepper parmesan fries which was so uniquely food. Fries were fresh. -Huckleberry Cream Ale ($8/pint) paired well with my meal.

My server knew the special menu, regular menu and drinks very well. I ordered the bison patty melt and tots for the meal and the Bridger Hazy IPA for the drink. The bartender recommended the IPA and it was excellent. The homemade tots were great. A shredded potato in the middle, nice and creamy and crunchy exterior. Feedback was there were only 5 on the plate. Definitely could use more. The bison patty met was perfectly cooked. A lot of folks overcook and dry out the bison. It was perfectly medium and juicy. Feedback would be a little char on the patty would be great. The service really tailed off in the end, it was not super busy and they had about 5 servers behind the bar. I sat there for at least 15 min until another bar tender asked if I wanted another brew and my server came about 5 to 10 later to attend to things.
