The juice theory is one of my favorite places! It's a super cozy place to sit down and enjoy a nice salad and warm cup of soup. They have daily soups and special salads. If you're looking for dessert their Acai bowls are to die for! You can choose any three toppings and top it off with almond or peanut butter not to mention their homemade granola makes the whole experience. Stop in for lunch and try the grilled cheese, you won't regret it!

Tofu over quinoa and curried cauliflower (I don't love curry so was not for me) but the tofu was good

The bowl gave us the perfect opportunity to try a little bit of it all. Staff member was friendly and did not skimp on toppings. We did 1/2 falafel and 1/2 mushrooms for the protein - both SO good. And the zesty feta is a must! The tahini milkshake was the icing on the cake... I'm not ever a fan of milkshakes but WOW - so creamy and delicious without being overly sweet - perfection... just don't look at the calorie count, lol!

I chose Pita bread - they spread 3 types of Hummuses (I chose Harissa, Tzatziki, and Zesty) with beans, spinach, Chicken Shawarma, toppings (Onions, cabbage, Beets, tomato, etc...), and dressing... you can choose whatever you want out of their spreads, proteins, toppings, hummus - it's cool...mind it- their hat sauce can be really hot. Sweet owners, helping you to choose cause let's accept it, it can be confusing sometimes. Yes, it was so messy while eating - but I loved it. On a busy day, there could be a cleanliness issue - just ignore it. they are trying their best. The portions are generous and very satisfying, and the menu is all very fresh and healthy. This is a great take-out spot that I recommend to everyone.

I…read morewas actually looking for a cafe/coffee shop that serves food, but luckily the "cafe" search added this spot to the list. They were not too busy when I stopped in, so I was able to get my order in right away. And I do have to say the woman that took my order was so kind and helpful! She even helped me track down another open spot to grab a coffee! I went with the salmon sandwich and it was SO GOOD!! Salmon was perfectly cooked and so flavorful and all of the sauces and other bits in it were delicious. It came on soft french bread with mango, avocado, dill, cucumber, tomatoes, mixed greens, lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil. Kind of my perfect sandwich. They have half and whole sizes, the whole is most likely going to be perfect for two meals, if not one big and very filling meal. They are a block from the beach so I know parking can be tough in this area in the summer, but on a December weekday it was easy! The vibe inside is clean but very casual. Perfect for a quick, easy and delicious meal. Enjoy!

The staff and service were as warm and welcoming as ever. The decor hasn't changed much, and it still feels primarily like a takeout spot, although there are several tables if you want to sit down and enjoy your meal. We ordered quite a few things: Indian Plate 3.5/5 The tofu was a little too fried this time and wasn't quite as enjoyable as I remembered. The sauce, however, is still very good. Buffalo Soldier 4/5 Still a solid choice. Their crispy baked tempeh buffalo wings are tossed in hot sauce and served in a wrap. The only thing missing was their creamy ranch, which I completely forgot to ask for. Cauliflower Crunch Wrap 4/5 This was a new addition for us, although we remember seeing it several years ago. My friend said it was delicious. Gluten Free Jam Cookie 3/5 My friend didn't finish it, saying the cookie was a little too dense for her liking. Slutty Brownie 3/5 The brownie portion on top was excellent, but the bottom had a very dense cookie layer that was a little much for us. Tiramisu 4/5 Smooth, creamy, and topped nicely. A very enjoyable dessert. Service 5/5 The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming, just as we remembered. Overall, it was nice to come back after several years and revisit a place that brought back some good memories. Some things were just as good as we remembered, while a few others weren't quite the same for us this time around.

We were seated after about an hour wait after our 1st check in. After 10 minutes our server - who explained she was training and it was her 1st day came to the table without the server training her. Needless to say, she didn't know the menu and needed to come back again to get details on our meal (this is not her fault, and who made the decision to have a trainee work her 1st day on a holiday without supervision). We did receive our food, but couldn't get a refill on my iced tea because our server never check in on us. I didn't see our actual server until I had completed my meal. I asked to see the manager. I explained all of this to the manager and she had zero empathy for our situation. Instead, she defended the ladies at the front and said the training server was one of her better servers. All she offered was a faint, half-hearted apology. I've worked as a server and can understand when someone is in the weeds. In this case, it was just horrible service, and a manager who didn't appear to understand what quality service is. The food was fine ... not sure if it is worth the hassle.

The Sesame Crunch Salad was abundant and had that perfect combination of fresh, crunchy, and satisfying. Very tangy dressing. The Mediterranean Bowl was one of my favorites. It was fresh, filling, and had all those classic Mediterranean flavors coming together in one bowl. Yup, even vegan tzatziki and feta. The Meatball Parm Sub had this hearty, saucy, cheesy combination you want from a meatball parm, and really mimicked the texture and flavor of a real meatball well. The Cheezsteak was another one that really surprised me. It had that classic cheesesteak feel without the meat, although this wasn't a personal favorite of mine. And if you're a pesto lover, the Chick'n Parm Pesto is one you have to try. It was crispy, cheesy, saucy, and packed with pesto flavor. My favorite of the sandwiches! And great ciabatta bread. The Acai Bowl was the perfect refreshing way to finish everything. Very fresh fruit. The place is clean, well maintained, and has regular tables and bar seating. The staff member was helpful in helping us pick some popular options which was nice coming from another fellow omnivore. So if you're vegan, vegetarian, or just someone who loves good food, I'd say this is worth checking out!
