I was traveling for work and needed an adjustment for my neck and found this company. The receptionist was very friendly and very knowledgeable while getting signed up. I've been going to The Joint Chiropractic on Bethel for a number of years, and It has made an enormous difference in how I feel. I am a frequent traveler via car and plane, and, before I started going to the Joint on Bethel, I used to almost always have aches, pains, and general discomfort from the travel. The director of operations was working the front that day. We went in with a couple coupons for some free initial visits. She immediately yelled at us saying they do not offer those and they are not real coupons. I understand that they don't honor the coupons we had but she was extremely rude about it. She then assumed we didn't want an long term help, which was false. After being treated that way we decided to leave and try a few other chiropractic offices. If you are looking to become a new patient, do do fill out paperwork nor walk in after 6pm because they will not see you and make you come back. I have been coming here for a few months and only have had one bad experience with a chiropractor because she wasn't strong enough to adjust me I felt like, or just scared she would hurt me. Usually I'll get Dr. Bill and he's always fantastic. Today I got a new chiropractor and he was phenomenal but I didn't catch his name. (Before) I was a member since last year summer, and cancelled my membership for a couple months as I was travelling, then joined back. I called them over the phone and ask them to cancel my membership as I was exposed with someone who tested positive for Covid as I'd rather not to have the chances of spreading the virus around. I usually have a decent experience here however I will be finding a new chiropractor after today. I have been a member for three years. Today I stopped in for a quick adjustment, there was no one else there or in line. I should have been out in five minutes. Instead the front desk lady asked me to fill out new i processing paperwork, she said that it would take approximately 10 minutes. Which I did not have. I asked to do it next time and get adjusted and she said not without the paperwork. Ti e is money, these guys are just too corporate. Amazing results from my weekly visits! My back was off a bit from work and sports and years of doing nothing about it. I saw their monthly maintenance plan online and gave it a shot. Been going weekly for a good "cracking" since June and the results have been awesome!! $69 a month for a weekly visit that takes 5 minutes and has me saying to myself as I leave " Yesssssssss!! I can't believe I put this off for so long!! The friendly woman at the front and the doctors I have seen have all been very helpful and welcoming in my book! This was an excellent chance to explore the chiropractic experience without breaking the bank. While I didn't have a medical need for chiro adjustments, I had always been curious what the process was like. Despite wondering I never went because of the prohibitive costs associated with, but after seeing the high reviews on yelp and the pricing structure i decided to go for it. I went with a two month program which offered flexibility in visiting the office when it was convenient for me. The first visit had an orientation and initial assessment with subsequent visits providing quick but thoughtful adjustments. All of the staff was very warm and courteous and I found the office location to be very, very relaxing. I also want to point out the shopping center parking situation is excellent. The more Columbus grows the more miserable the parking situation is getting so I'm really starting to relish big parking lots with plenty of space and easy in and out. I found the adjustments to be refreshing and relaxing. While I don't medically require them, its good to know an affordable, flexible service is out there if/when I ever do. read more

First of all the Doctor was really great and helpful he did help me... I'm only rating them a 2 start because the woman at the front desk is rude and unhelpful. I was also charged for a month that I didn't use. I came into this place with a kink in my neck that the doctor did help, but I was forced to pay for 2 months of services when I only used 1 which was not explained at the initial payment Seems reasonably priced till they get you in the door and charge you with out you knowing/ for services you didn't use. I have been going to The Joint for a few months now and couldn't be happier with the service I've received. I have been to many chiropractors through the years and am particularly impressed with this place. In the past I have only seen chiropractors when I was in a great deal of pain. I would be fine for a few months but would eventually find myself in a lot of pain. Each visit would cost a minimum of $40, so I ended up avoiding going in for regular maintenance visits. With The Joint, I don't have to continue that cycle any more. With the wellness plan I am on, it's affordable, no insurance needed, and I can go in once a week whether I'm in pain or not. I'm feeling so much better as a result. Dr. Joe is great, too. He has a gentle approach to adjustments and has been able to easily pinpoint where I am hurting without me saying a thing. Used to come here for the monthly membership where are you get for visits month. You just come in there just you and you are out of there within about 15 minutes. When I came here years ago it was $50 and well worth it. I came back today because my back is killing me and the price had gone up to $70 for 4 visits per month. I went here regularly during my pregnancy and the paid membership is well worth it! Weekly visits were just what my pregnancy needed! It helped immensely. I love the flexibility of walking in when you can - the only downside is that if a new patient walks in before you, then expect a 15-25 minute wait instead of walking in and out. I have never received regular healthy chiropractic care for overall wellness maintenance assuming chiropractic care was for acute or chronic pain. This place is amazing! It beats health insurance co-pays and you get in and out very quickly--plus they are open until 7pm AND Saturdays. Most chiropractic offices can't get you in for days--what a relief that I found this place. Great atmosphere, knowledgeable and friendly doctors who know what they are doing. So a few days back I had an issue with my back, and I needed to get in to see someone... I tried calling a few places and with no avail, I couldn't get in anywhere... so I called the joint on bethel rd and explained my situation about the last time in Gahanna and the director of operations assured me that she had done some revamping of the company and would make sure I got the treatment I needed and deserved... boy was she right!!!!! Place was immaculate on the inside and both people at the front desk were courteous and professional.. my doctor listened to my needs and adjusted me accordingly and within 5 minutes I felt like a new person... so I'm glad I gave them another chance to prove themselves, because the far left seceded my expectations and they got they're customer back for good!!! read more
