it was a very good deal, first time, $29, and for three more only $79. Plus you get three more free and the first month. Pretty good deal very clean facility, not a long wait time. They accommodated me and my doctor specifically was very patient and very informed and went over everything with me before we jumped into it, which made me feel a lot more comfortable. I went to the Joint today for a 1st time visit as a scheduled appointment. Advertised as $29. The first thing I noticed was there were 7 people waiting in the lobby for the chiropractor. I had an appt! Upon filling out paperwork, you're given 3 options, in terms of care and maintenance care. Option 1, pay today and bill Medicare. This was one of the options they listed. Option 2 is no Medicare billing and choose 1 of their maintenance pkgs to pay out of pocket. option 3 was, decline maintenance care. If you choose this one, you will be referred to another provider. What they don't tell you is only option 2 will be acceptable by The Joint. I chose 1 and was immediately shut out of the form, could not even back page to reselect a different option. The messages was I would be referred to a provider who accepts Medicare. The question I have is, why even have 3 options? When in fact they are only going to see you by agreeing to a maintenance care pkg, aka option 2. Period! I walked up to the receptionist and told her I've changed my mind about treatment there and I left. She called me while still in the parking lot to ask why I canceled. I told her exactly what I've written here. I would much rather find a provider who will at least not book appointments of 4-8 at the same time. Even if I have to pay out of pocket the full charge. read more

USE CAUTION WHEN VISITING THE JOINT CHIROPRACTIC WITH DR PARIS!!! I was a client of this practice for 10 years. A few days before Thanksgiving 2024 Dr Paris started to adjust me and did something different it was a hug type of maneuver and he was pulling on my arm it popped very loud, I yelled out he continued with the adjustment and pulled again. The best of my orthopedic surgeon can figure out is it was partially dislocated shoulder and a tear in my rotator cuff this is going to require surgery to repair. Sunglasses were stolen while i was getting my adjustment today. Had set them down in a basket with the rest of my belongings and when I went to retrieve my things everything was there besides my brand new sunglasses which I had worn twice :) staff did not seem to care whatsoever and told me they would call if someone returned them (seems highly unlikely that is going to happen). Should also note that staff did nothing as I watched two young children climb all over the table I was about to be adjusted on and did not wipe the table down after I saw one of them literally put his hand in his mouth and proceed to touch/climb all over the table. Seems a bit unsanitary if you ask me, especially during say, a global pandemic? Also felt pressure at times from staff to sign up for their monthly membership ($79) and received a fair amount of pushback when I told them I did not want to do that. The environment they provide is calm and professional. You can tell they know what they're doing and the girl at the front desk was incredibly helpful in helping me through the ins and outs and making me feel comfortable. I was seen by Dr. Tony and was at ease as soon as he began examining my back. He explains the whole process in a way anyone can understand and his adjustments are quick yet incredibly effective. Thank goodness for 7 days a week treatment. I threw my back out on a Saturday while cleaning. Bent over, couldn't stand up and nothing was fixing it! After a horrible night Sunday morning I tried to reach my regular chiro(hasn't seen patients since COVID19 hit) with zero response, I started looking for any chiro in an hours drive to take weekend appointments. This place lacks professionalism and courtesy to ALL people. 1st chiropractor I had was very sloppily dressed and sweaty. 2nd time I went in I had a new chiropractor and he did a good adjustment. 3rd time I went in I had chiropractor #2 but he was really rude and unprofessional when I said something about God and the weather. If he doesn't believe in God that is his perrogative but someone needs to remind him that the customer should always be treated with respect or he will lose a client and that he did. **The receptionist was nice and courteous. I went in because I was experiencing pain in my neck and back, and I was greeted with a warm and caring response from the staff and Dr.Tony. You can tell Dr. Tony really cares about his patients I rushed over from work for my follow up and got there right at 7:00 pm even though they were technically closed he still made sure to squeeze me in for an adjustment. My husband and I have really enjoyed our visits to the Joint in Circle C. The staff is friendly and both chiropractors are very professional. Dr. Scott in particular is very knowledgable and good at providing customized treatments. I personally have a chronic problem in my back that is hard to treat and every time I've seen him, I leave feeling better than when I walked in. Growing up I believed that Chiropractic was only for when you are in pain. I started seeing Dr. John once a week about 6 or 7 months ago. I thought I was just always going to be in pain because of how rough on my body I was when younger.
