They showed up late and spent a third of the day looking at their phones, dripped paint on all of my outdoor furniture, punctured roofing shingles, destroyed flower gardens, crashed their truck into a retaining wall, left paint on windows, and more. The crew manager was inefficient and ignorant, and the owner offered empty promises. In the end they caused over $10,000 in damages to my property.

Their reviews were strongly favorable and more so noteworthy was that T1P had been voted Best of Idaho twice (among many other plaudits)! So, when we were ready we contacted them with the intention that they would provide us with our first estimate. We were visited by Ruth Brinton, a professional house painter and owner of T1P. She presented well with confidence and comprehension. She looked at many things that we would have likely overlooked. She made many observations and shared her thoughts with us.
