I cannot say enough good things about Pedro Carrion from Pedro the Handy Man…read more We had a 120 sq. foot job in Pflugerville where we needed to have some carpet removed and tile installed. Initially we contracted with another company who flaked out after 3 weeks of delays in starting. In hindsight this was probably the best thing that could have happened. I got Pedro's contact information from a neighbor who used his services and made a call. I spoke with Dee and from that conversation I knew this was the right company. She mentioned several considerations about the installation that the other company didn't bring up or simply didn't know to bring up. Many of Dee's suggestions made perfect sense and the job is much nicer for her suggestions. Pedro came over to give us a solid quote and we discussed several details about how we wanted to job to look and he was able the start the next day. Pedro was extremely courteous and right on time. Both he and Dee were great with communicating via text and email and were very reasonable on their prices. Pedro was very detail oriented and diligent about his work. The install is straight and level, looks amazing, and his attention to details is readily apparent. Most importantly the wife is thrilled. At the end of the day the job was completed promptly and beyond our satisfaction. I will absolutely use Pedro again on our next job and would 100% recommend him. www.pedrothehandyman.com Paul Morgan

Not anymore, power as it were, now rests in the hands of the people. I needed 3 things; A dumpster rental, a quote and information regarding getting said dumpster to my house. So I turned to Yelp and used the quote system and at the ended up with about four quotes. But I had many questions, and Danny was very quick on the response, quoted me a fair price and allowed the dumpster rental for 20 days which was a BIG plus for me. Did I mention he answered my questions promptly? Look, I have dealt with the murky depths of contractors and callbacks...not a good time. Danny shattered my expectations and what's more, on the day of the delivery I had to check status of the dumpster due to working from home that day and having to be on a conference call I could not leave. Danny got back to me in minutes, contacted the driver and had the driver quote me an updated delivery time which I was able to coordinate with my schedule. Imagine that? Working with MY schedule...Great Job Danny. Bottom line, call Danny and see what I mean. I have some floor work coming my way in the future, guess who just put himself at the top of that list? 5STARS!!!

Danny came out and gave me a quote that was detailed, fair and easy to understand. We ended up having to rip out most of our master bath. (The shower floor, half way up the shower walls and an entire wall down to the studs.) I also had a few other projects around the house that I kept adding on, and Danny never minded and always reworked the over all costs for us. They patched the sheetrock in the ceiling and a 6 other places in the walls, completely re-sheetrocked one wall, demo'd our shower, finally sloped the shower floor correctly (it never drained properly before!), matched the tile/grout seamlessly, installed a new vanity, reinstalled a vanity in the guest bath correctly, fixed my back door, built a banister and took an old nasty crawl space under the stairs and helped me turn it into a "hidey hole" for my son. Having a one year old and going through a home renovation like this was stressful. Danny and his guys made it so much easier. They talked to my kid, waved at him, kept their work space as clean as they could during a demo..They were even respectful of nap times! We have to redo our siding on our house soon and Danny is the only one I will be contacting. No other quotes needed.

I was desperate to get the repairs started on my house after we had a pipe burst in the kitchen in February. I contacted multiple contractors on Yelp after being flat out refused by the big name water damage companies. He responded quickly and promised to get the repairs done by the time my son got home from college in May. Guess what? He delivered! I can't say enough about the professionalism and courtesy of Carlos and his crew. A special shout out to Laro. He has extraordinary plumbing and electrical skills. He is also able to perform all the other tasks that were involved with the repair of my home. Raphael, sorry there were SO MANY boxes to pack. You are a trooper! It was easy to stay in contact with Carlos and the attention to detail that his crew exhibited is greatly appreciated. They completed all the tasks related to the repair of my home (except countertop installation) as well as a few extras. One of the extras was removing the nasty popcorn ceiling. It looks so nice and clean now. We also had a dimmer switch installed and undercabinet lighting and a new "spotlight" type fixture over the sink. I think the pictures will speak for themselves. A gigantic "thank you" to Carlos and his team!

The structure was okay, but drywall, cabinets, etc. all had to go, and we needed the job done quick and right since the tenant was displaced and couch surfing. Gene Dietrich came through big time. He helped us (and the tenant) get back to normal as quickly as possible. He did a great job, got our project done quickly and very affordably given what insurance was willing to cover. He went far beyond a rebuild showing ingenuity and creativity leaving the place in far better condition than before the flood. During the remodel, he was extremely communicative and kept my wife and me in the loop. If it was later in the evening he was even thoughtful enough to text and first ask if it was okay to call. Incredible attention to detail for both the house and our interactions. Most notable was his follow through. I gather this was a relatively small job for him, but even after the final payment, Gene followed up and responded to every call involving the inevitable tiny things that need to be addressed after every big job. This was a huge plus and very appreciated.

We have engaged Jaime on several occasions for home repair and handyman services over the past few…read moreyears. He was professional and provided quality work each and every time. Here are the projects that we have used him for: 1. Installation of a Gladiator Garage storage shelf space - he placed it perfectly in the area that we wanted. It was well secured and has provided an extra storage space in our small garage. He checked in with us each step of the installation to make sure that we were satisfied with all aspects of the job. 2. Leak repair with mold remediation, insulation and drywall/baseboard repair in our dining room - he located the leak, cleaned out the area between the studs (including sealing an opening to the outside wall, which we didn't know about), treated for some mold that was present and then reinstalled the insulation, finished the drywall and painted the area. This included removing the baseboards and reinstalling/matching them, re-applied the orange peel texture and then painting to a perfect finish. You would never have known there was a leak there. He even replaced the outdoor spigot that was on the other side of the leaking pipe! 3. Roof truss repair in the garage - Jaime noticed when he was installing the garage storage shelf that the joints of a few of the roof trusses had separated when he was surveying the beams in the attic space. He showed us the issue and we asked him if that was something he could repair as well...he said absolutely. After getting the truss connector parts, he went up....pulled the joints together and repaired them....this is one of those hidden issues that can be catastrophic if left unresolved. Jaime will always be our "go to" repair professional. He has broad knowledge of residential buildings and is professional, pleasant and reasonable.....He is a 5-star resource. Thanks for everything you have helped us out with Jaime!
