Esau was such a great guy to work with! He was fast and super responsive. We had our condo repainted and he communicated so well with us. We aren't in the city so he FaceTimed us, sent us before and after photos, and gave us a very reasonable price compared to other painters in the area. Originally we just wanted the walls painted, but after he finished the walls he suggested the ceilings and baseboards too which we ended up doing as well. In the process he also repainted our doors without us asking for no additional cost. Highly recommend him and his team! For any other future paint jobs we'll be using him for sure!! read more

My Finance and I needed to upgrade the house we just purchased and it all started with the cabinets and deck. We contacted Esau of Blessing Painting and his team did not disappoint. We had the cabinets repainted to white and the deck repainted from a faded and chipped purplish color, to two tones of gray. Highly recommended read more

I highly recommend Blessing Painting!!! I was rushing to find quality, reputable company to paint the kitchen cabinets in my first home, and I was very nervous about doing such a drastic color change. I hated the look of the darker cabinets! Esau responded fast for the free estimate, offered me a competitive price, and turned the job around in 3 days or so! His team is fast, they are clean, they pay attention to details, and they are highly qualified. I love the new and modern look of my cabinets! read more

Where do I begin without sounding boring...Five stars XXX 10! If I could give 100, I would! I checked the reviews before contracting and proceeded with caution. This crew is professional, respectful, on time, efficient and keep their word. They know what they are doing, do a fabulous job at it and don't make a mess. They are respectful of your home and clean up everything before they leave. I am a skeptic...and after being what I considered a scammed a couple of times, I'm pretty jaded...questioning every step of the way. Esau is a true leader, his crew are the best. Not only that, but I'm pretty picky about the work and I could find NOTHING to complain about! My bathroom cabinets look brand new, pristine and beautiful! If you are looking to do any kind of paint job, look no further! I am going to have them come back to do more work in my home. read more

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ESAU OWNER OF BLESSING PAINT! We paid him over $20k to paint our house and he never finished the job. He walked away towards the end and said it was too expensive and not profitable for him to finish the job. He didn't prepare the surface of trim or clean the walls before he painted. He said he would use good paint and then used cheap speed coat paint, the walls have a very uneven finish and all trim nail holes were filled but not sanded so there are bumps all over the trim. Worst paint job ever. He promises it will be great and severely under delivers. I had to pay a real painter $5k to fix his mistakes and finish the job he didn't finish. His reviews must be fake, he was the worst! read more

I highly recommend and I would hire Mr. Sanchez again. He was very responsive, and professional from the first phone call for a quote all the way to the final day of the job. Mr. Sanchez was very detailed and quick to provide a written, concise proposal, as well as a written contract. His attention to work-related details made this a very stress-free and professional transaction. Mr. Sanchez's work ethic, integrity, and honesty definitely deserve this recommendation. It was a pleasure doing business with Mr Sanchez. read more

Mr. Esau Sanchez was very professional from the beginning. There was an immediate response to my request for an estimate, and within a day, Mr. Sanchez came to my house to do a walk through for a paint job for my stairs and second floor. The price was very reasonable, and he included materials and labor in a single price, which made it so easy! I already had paint colors in mind, so the whole job took less than a day and a half. I'm so pleased! My house was built in the mid 90's, so a fresh coat of paint for the baseboards, doors, and walls is exactly what it needed. It looks incredible! read more

Esau did an amazing job painting our 2 story house - walls, ceilings, baseboards, trim, doors, fireplace, and stairs. We have a lot of crown molding and high ceilings so we needed to call in help. He and his crew did such a good job. It was about a 2 week project. Esau was very fair in his pricing and very professional. There were a couple issues we ran into and he didn't stop until we were 100% satisfied. We will definitely recommend him to anyone in need of his services and will use him again for future projects. read more

I found Esau on Yelp and saw the great reviews so decided to give him a call. He showed up the next day and gave us an estimate to paint our whole house and deck. The house came out amazing. He and his helper did an amazing job. They replaced rotting wood around windows and replaced siding in other areas. It's like we have a new house. We are so happy with the quality of work and professionalism. He is also very fairly priced. He walked around the house and did touch ups and did not leave until we were satisfied. We will use him again for our rental property. read more

Really happy with Blessing Painting! Esau Sanchez painted my bathroom walls and cabinets in addition to my kitchen walls and ceiling. This is quite possibly the BEST company ever. Esau has the most trustworthy and kind crew, as is Esau, and he was willing to do whatever I needed within his ability. The strong reviews on this site is for a reason: 5+STARS. Don't even think about suggestions. I have had 8 homes remodeled and I have never trusted and and was respected as much as Blessing Painting. read more

Esau and his crew worked Monday through Friday from 8 to 5 with a lunch break. The crew was always on time in the morning and worked efficiently throughout the day. I was given the start date and an end date and it was spot on. The painting they did was on the interior of the house. They did ceilings, walls, baseboards and door frames. Daily Esau made sure that if I had any concern that it was taken care of to my satisfaction. I am very pleased with the final outcome. I am currently in the process of getting approval from my HOA for repair and paint on the exterior window trim. Once approved by the HOA there is no doubt in my mind that the job will be done promptly and efficiently to my satisfaction by Esau and his crew. read more

I tried contacting this contractor and received an email response with a phone number to call. I called the number and was then asked to send them a text with my contact information which I did promptly. It has been several days now and I have received no further correspondence. If the contractor cannot communicate effectively then I have little confidence that they would follow through with the work. The response to my review is false. I received confirmation that my text was received but then no further follow-up was received until I posted my review. I spoke to a gentlemen on the phone when I first called but he would not discuss my project - only wanted me to text him for some reason. The communication channels are still poor. read more

My wife and I traveled to San Antonio from Nevada for three months to renovate a property we owned there. I enjoyed having them there and highly recommend Blessing Painting to anyone for all their painting needs. read more

Esau is terrific! I can't say enough good words about him and his crew. They are really good. I've been going to Esau for several years now for all my drywall and painting projects, and I've had quite a few... One such project was the result of a water heater going sideways and the resulting water damage to flooring, drywall, etc. was extensive. Esau and his folks were wizards! They put humpty dumpty back together again but even better than before! And his prices are reasonable. So shame on me for not writing a well-deserved 5-star review sooner! Shame on me!! I can confidently recommend Blessing Painting and Esau Sanchez! read more

Excellent work! Let's all support small business owners like this. Esau responded immediately to my request for a bid on Yelp. He was able to come the next day and was even able to come earlier than we were scheduled. That worked out great. He gave me a great price and finished the job the very next day. The bathroom walls look great. I could never have done what he did in such a short amount of time and he even had to correct some of my previous DIY handiwork. He did an impeccable job on clean up. I would hire him again for sure. read more

Esau was extremely professional and mindful of COVID regulations during our first meeting. He gave us a free quote, then worked with us to get it into our price range. He then returned the *same week* to accomplish all of the painting. He had a very full day (he gets a lot of business) but still arrived early. The painting was perfect. He even left us a few of his tools so we could use them for another painting project we were tackling DIY. Talk about above and beyond! Can't wait to hire him again in a few months to paint the entire exterior of the house. Really personable and efficient. A joy. read more

Esau and his guys were amazing. I sent him a message originally and heard back from him quickly. He came to the house and gave a free estimate. Esau is great. He communicated via text/phone constantly with any updates. Very responsive. Pricing was fair. The painted our daughter's bedroom- with an accent wall and it is flawless. The garage and pantry was also painted - and looks great. He didn't leave a mess behind. Finished the job in two days. He also had a partner install carpet for us in 3 rooms.
