And that is GOOD. They came breaded with Buffalo sauce on the side. They were juicy and delicious even without the sauce. I asked for "hot" and the sauce was Franks straight up which is just right for me. Apparently they offer four Buffalo heat flavors and over a dozen other sauces. Burger - a 1/4 or 1/3 pound burger with standard toppings. Breaded Calamari strips - first time I have encountered Calamari that looked like a fish stick. They were tender and good. Frys - these were amazing. Everyone does frys and it is hard to get excited but these were fantastic. Crisp and medium sized they came out hot and fresh. We think the kitchen is related and shared by the chicken place next door. The service was just right and the gal working the table was super nice and helpful. Prices were more than fair. In the past few months (March, May July 2023), I have eaten there 3 times. Each and every time the food was excellent, the staff friendly and efficient. The restaurant is clean. You can't beat the prices. You'll love the simplicity of the basic meals that are consistently very good, down-to-earth home cooking. I don't understand the owner's talk of "dinner". They close at 1:00 and 2:00 p.m. so I'm thinking they serve just breakfast and lunch only, unless they serve salmon and other common dinner entries on Friday and Saturday before closing at the posted hour of 2:00 p.m. I did send them a suggestion that they post the time that they stop serving breakfast, because it is quite a drive out to the airport and by the time you get seated, you are ready for a great breakfast. It's a heartbreaker to hear "Oh I'm sorry, we quite serving breakfast 20 minutes ago". Especially when your heard is set on pancakes and sausage! Made me cry.
