This sweet kind lady was a sight for sore eyes when returning to the UK. :-) Carmen and Sabi were excellent host and hostesses in the breakfast as well as working the front desk. A shout out also to Amie who worked the front desk and was very helpful when asked for anything. I needed a laundry bag - she brought one so quickly (even when I said no rush) It is such a pleasure to be a visitor and be greeted and welcomed by such amazing people.
