To clarify I have not stayed at Wyboston as a resort or get away. I have always stayed here for business. I didn't use their meeting spaces though. That being said I have never used the golf course, driving range or spa. I have though ate eaten at the restaurant and used the gym facility. Overall the Wyboston is a solid resort/hotel. The rooms are always very clean, the staff is very proper, polite and helpful and the amenities are a bonus. Additionally their prices are very fair and have always been able to accommodate us. I will add one note, the last time I was there I mentioned that I was vegan and asked if they had anything else that I could eat for breakfast other than toast, fruit and potatoes. The and vegan sausages they heated up for me every morning and I was very grateful that they were able to accommodate my diet. I have not eaten at the restaurant in years so I do not recall what options they have but they do like all great places in the UK have a good cold beer selection and plenty of gin. Look forward to my next trip over.

Some of us began with a selection of teas, and others chose coffee. The finger sandwiches were delicious and included turkey and cranberry sauce, egg salad, and cucumber & cream cheese. My friends raved about the scotch eggs and sausage roll, but I enjoyed the salmon and dill roll. The buttermilk scone was perfectly tender and was served with jam and clotted cream. Desserts included a macaron, a chocolate orange profiterole, an apple crumble tartlet and Christmas cake. All were perfection. Staff were very attentive. Paid parking is adjacent.

He did a fine job waiting on our table but we felt like it was always rushed. We had short rib pie, the sea bass & the snapper & they were all excellent. The atmosphere is just right, not too stuffy but does have class. I'd definitely would go again whenever I'm back visiting.

It was the best of both worlds, upscale amenities like the big chain hotels (huge towels, great beds, toiletries, hairdryer, towel warmers in bathroom, etc) but with the personal service of a B&B. The staff was so professional with true warmth & friendliness, from Roxana the bar manager(recommend the Hendricks cocktail), Chris & Leanna(superb wait staff), Tiegan (delightful receptionist), and Julia (dining GM) who overseas the delectable meals with genuine care for her guests. The food was 5 STAR, from breakfast to afternoon tea to gourmet dining!! I took advantage of the gorgeous steam room and spa services with a heavenly massage(they use luxury ESPA products) by the lovely Spa Manager, Charmaine. This hotel is a Must Stay when visiting London/Hertfordshire area. A truly indulgent experience at a great price ( hotel.com). Thank you so much to the remarkable staff at Needham House Hotel, Hitchin, for making my stay unforgettable, can't wait to return.

We really enjoyed the classic English continental breakfast, which was a great start to the day. Our room was spacious, the bed was comfy, and we slept well, though the layout of the bathroom was a bit awkward, especially the placement of the toilet. On the plus side, the hotel has a sauna and pool, which added to the relaxing experience. The staff were very nice--when we asked for an extra blanket, it was brought to us promptly, and the front desk was helpful. However, the WiFi was terrible, constantly dropping, which was frustrating and meant we had to rely mostly on our phone data. Overall, a nice stay but with some room for improvement.
