This is my favorite coffee place in the whole wide world. I wish it was a chain, but that would detract from its coziness and unique hospitable environment. Love the free speech room. Love the cereal. Love the iced vanilla blossom with an extra shot almond milk and their home made vanilla whipped cream. I would drink two a day if I could.

This place is a quirky/funky little coffee shop. They have Keto options and a LOT of sugar free options on their food and coffee menus! Latte's are AMAZING!!! They have sugar free, gluten free, low carb snickerdoodle cookies that are to die for!!! Great and relaxing outdoor seating area too!! Open 7 days a week, 8am to 8 pm - easy hours to remember. Enjoy!!!

    Chicken Club

The staff was extremely rude and slow and I got the chicken club and it was extremely lazily made . It did not contain all the ingredients listed on the board . The chicken tasted like it was out of a can. And the overall vibe and quality was extremely poor . Never again don't recommend

Great service, quality beverages, and amazing pastries and food. We got a vanilla blossom and Lieutenant Dan! Both not too sweet but the flavors were present! We got the Devils picnic and the chicken pesto for lunch both very fresh and yummy! Lastly we enjoyed a pumpkin muffin and a choco banana scone both most fresh and not too sweet. Everything tasted very natural and homemade. Not even mentioning the inside!! It's such a cute cozy atmosphere will be back next visit!

    Mudslinger and Snickers

Came here for some coffee. Drinks are fairly tricked up. I got the Mudslinger, and my daughter got the Snickers. Honestly, they taste the same. It's pretty good, but for $5, not sure it's any better than the standard cold brews from Starbucks or other places. I'd come here again if in the area but probably wouldn't mKe a special trip.

Terrible service. Only ones in the place, and told we'd have to wait 30mins+ for a panini. Good thing Starbucks is right across the road.

It takes awhile to go through and read the selections. The owners seem to go to great lengths to accommodate special dietary requests, too. Highly recommended. There are specials everyday which are posted on Facebook.

I literally check that page every day. Even if I don't go to Sandwich Bowl that day I check the Facebook page like it's the freaking New York Times (or whatever folks read a lot these days (I've been watching a lot of Gilmore Girls so iykyk)). The ambiance is pretty bare bones but they definitely advertise their political stance and I appreciate that because I like to support like minded places and people. They also had signage up that was super informative and helpful for certain situations one might run into in this current environment. The kitchen is super open and the service was friendly. They offer a variety of sandwiches, sides, soups, Italian sodas, and even catering. I went with the Classic sandwich: roast chicken, turkey, bacon, Colby, green leaf lettuce, tomato, onions, mayo, and avocado spread on toasted whole grain. I did have them swap the whole grain for sourdough because I'm a sourdough junkie. They were totally accommodating. The sandwich was delicious. The deli meat was high quality and had a great flavor. The veggies were fresh. The sandwich stacked. Highly recommend. They have a bunch of sides like potato, pasta, and even green salads, plus Mac and cheese, but I went with the tomato soup. The tomato soup is housemade with white wine and aromatics and topped with a dill crème fraische. The soup was so good that I would have happily eaten a giant vat of it and would have been satisfied. This will probably be the side I order for life. Although they do have a daily soup so that may have to be tried in the future. Definitely stop in and check them out!

The sandwiches we had were so good. I had a fancy bologna (The Bourdain) sandwich essentially and my husband had a Reuben. I loved my sandwich.
