They bring a high-tech lens to everything they do, and whenever they launch something new it always offers something innovative that no one else is doing. The clothes themselves can be washed and dried, and are comfortable enough for work-from-home wear but nice enough to wear to a real meeting (you know, when we have those again). Also, they can be washed and dried. Full stop. No "tumble dry low." No pilling or wrinkling or shrinking. But they also sell coats now, which are incredible - the Mercury jacket is heated and can be controlled by an app or by buttons within the jacket. The Great Auk is as warm as Canada Goose, with no down, and it's carbon neutral. They're also selling masks which are breathable and have filters.

Though if you're into Nanette, Milly, or Tibi you'll most likely enjoy Mint Julep- they really do have some great dresses if you're willing to put out the $$. I'm giving it an extra star due to the atmosphere- while small, I think the store is adorable. Honestly, this is the store that got me more into boutique shopping- which is something I never really did before. The place is organized well and somehow they manage to fit everything comfortably in their rather small space. It's definitely cute and I like the vibe shopping here. The baskets on the floor are cool too- you can find some pretty nice tops in there for a more reasonable price tag if you look. I came across a really nice three dot top that's definitely making its round of appearances since I bought it here. Also, they sell Spanx and premium denim!

Went into the store because it looked cute from the outside. the sales lady behind the desk asked…read moreif I was looking for anything in particular. I said I was browsing. Then she immediately told me I had to leave my tote bag by the side of the desk (out in the open.) I didn't want to do that because A I had just bought a new jacket across the street, which was in the tote bag. And B there's no way I am leaving my tote bag out in the open like that for someone to steal it the minute the sales person leaves the desk. Also treating your customers, the minute they walk in the door, like a criminal simply because they are holding a tote bag, which hello most people do today instead of using in store paper bags is not good customer service to say the least. And then telling them to just leave the tote bag sitting in the open unsecured is crazy. Would they pay for my new coat if someone stole it? I get that shoplifting is a problem but treating a potential customer with this broad brush approach isn't the solution. I've gone to many shops and stores and never encountered this policy. I may have bought something in there but I was so turned off by this rude and condescending approach that I just left. MUJI across the street never once asked me to leave my tote bag because they were afraid I might steal something. They were all super friendly and nice and even let me bring my tote bag in the dressing room after counting the number of items I was bringing in.

I had gone into the store once awhile back and was being shown dresses by a nice informative helpful salesperson when another salesperson in the store (who I now believe must be the owner or manager at least) , treated me rudely, so I left the store. That was a good while back , and I had not been back in this store since. So I just very recently decided to again give this shop another try. I went into the store and again a nice helpful salesperson assisted me and I became quite interested in one dress she showed me, and as I was viewing this dress and was looking at the colors in it thinking about what shoes, purse, jewelry etc I would put with this dress and was just about to go try the dress on, the same individual who was so rude the first time I went into this store, again came out of nowhere , and became rude again. I was startled and said I would think about the dress and left the store because this had already happened to me once before in this very same store. Don't even waste your time going here.
