One of my favorite bars in the world. The ambiance is one of the coolest places you'll ever see. The cocktails and alcohol selection are On-Par. It never disappoints!

This place is relatively legendary but a lot of standards. But it gets CROWDED, especially on weekend nights. Live music on one side, the mixing room on the other. Drinks are extremely well balanced and the service is pretty solid. Overall, I'd recommend for a nice night out.

Initially went into the club portion of this establishment but was helpfully guided to the cocktail lounge that's connected. Much more of a sit down vibe but still cool interior. Our drinks were not bad but definitely on the pricier side for Hong Kong. Service was great and attentive!

Decided to have a quick drink after movie and Iron fairies always a good idea. The ceiling is decorated with 10 Thousand preserved butterflies. Tables have a pit of cast iron fairies, it's cute and if you wanted to take one home you need to think again because there's a reminder written on the table that stealing iron fairies will bring you bad luck. The band plays lively music snd it was nice. Drinks were also interesting.

Gotta love Iron Fairies! It's trendy and interesting and I haven't seen anything like it before. It's supposed to resemble a blacksmith workshop with thousands of butterflies hanging from wires on ceiling (I heart butterflies), iron fairy figurines on every table and vials of "fairy dust" hanging from the ceilings. They also have furnaces for small groups of people (and spendy table service) but for those who are claustrophobic, don't go in there. When we walked in, they had a really good cover band who was singing 1990s alt rock music. We managed to snag a couple stools at the bar and ordered drinks. I can't remember what I ordered (it was a long night) but it had some "smoke" (dry ice) coming off of it so it was cool to look at and drink. I really liked the ambiance of Iron Fairies - it may be a little overwhelming when first entering but after sitting there a while I could totally see how people love this place.

You've heard about the ceiling butterflies already so I'll save you the trouble. More of a Metapod guy myself This place makes some CRAZY drinks. They got a spicy drink with jalapeno peppers in it that actually sets your mouth on fire. Burns the 'rona right out of your mouth! The seating is interesting because you have these plush low seats around circular tables of 6. No problem if you're 5' but a bit disorienting if you're taller than that cos it feels like you've gotta hunch over to grab your drink. Also hope you've got good posture. the soft seats are like a scoliosis hazard and just make you wanna melt into them. DINGED one star for scoliosis They've got cool iron fairy figurines in the middle of the table. NGL was gonna cop one for myself but they stuck up this paper sign saying stealing fairies was bad luck. Superstition strikes again

By far this has to be one of my favorite bars I have ever visited. It's jaw dropping different and completely like nothing I've ever seen before. Ok, well I also like butterflies but it was truly the photo i saw that made me go...we must go there. Maybe it too many butterflies or maybe it was being overly excited while describing this place but my husband wasn't very keen on seeing butterflies hanging from the ceiling. Actually, there are 10,000 (preserved) butterflies suspended from metal rods hanging from the ceiling. I would bring out of town guests here and I would also come back for weekly drinks in the city (if I could afford it) but it's definitely one of those places you must take time to see. The wait staff is extremely attentive and there's a lot of them. I could barely put my glass down and she was already asking if I was ready for another! While don't come here thinking you will get "fairy" drinks or "fairy" prices because you ain't! It's located in Central so that should tell you something! Seating is either by reservation or first come first served around the tables. The tables, in the center of the room are round, think blacksmith's tables, complete with tons of real cast iron fairies in the center so you will end up sitting with up to as many as 8 other people. Don't even try to pocket or borrow a fairy because there are signs and cameras everywhere. Plus it's very bad luck to take a fairy! The private casting rooms are like freaking amazing. Next time we decide to come, we'll round up a group of friends and head over to one of those areas. Imagine being seated inside an "oven" hence the theme of a blacksmith's workshop! I believe there are 5 or 6 ovens which can fit up to 6 people and a minimum of $2000 HKD/ $260 USD total must be spent which breaks down to less than $45 USD per person or a few drinks and appetizers which isn't bad at all because the ambiance of this place is totally worth it. There is SO much to look at from the iron tools and fairy dust in miniature glass bottles hanging form the bar area to all the stuff on the walls. Don't say I didn't warn you that your neck might hurt from looking up, down, around and all over because it's that cool. The drink menu is extensive with some unique drink options. There's also a food menu with small plates to order from. I don't recall if they offered more than that. There was also a live band the night we were there which was fantastic. Just do yourself a favor and knock this one off your list because it will blow you away. And hubby, yes, he was totally impressed and he said the picture I showed him didn't do justice to how cool the place truly is.

Fairy bar, guys. From the moment we walked in till the moment we left we've experienced nothing but an amazing service, spot on cocktails and just the general cool vibe. The space is nothing what I've ever experienced before: iron stoves as private seating areas, ontology butterflies as a ceiling treatment, fire pits as tables. And then the music! Pick a night in a week to come as every night music is themed to genre. Have fun! I'm definitely coming back!

The Iron Fairies absolutely blew me away when I stopped by during my trip to Hong Kong. The bar itself is incredibly beautiful, and Ashley Sutton, who designed the bar, truly created a master piece from floor to ceiling. It truly felt like I had been transported to another dimension. The drink I tried was called the Midnight Butterfly, and it was a passionfruit based cocktail. I absolutely adored it. Both the taste and the presentation were on point. Overall, I high recommend a stop at the Iron Fairies if you're ever in Hong Kong.

Omgoodness thousands of real butterflies above your head while you sip your cocktail. A bit weird and gross at first and then you hear the live music and get tipsy and it all starts to look pretty amazing. Good drinks and a unique place for sure!

To say that this is one of the best bars I have been to, is an understatement. That's how fantastic this bar is! Located in the Hollywood Street Alley of Lan Kwai Fong in Central, this bar has a sort of hidden entrance and goes for a speakeasy-vibe. It's not hard to find though, given the crowds and long lines often found outside this bar. The ambience inside will take your breath away. The ceiling is covered with hanging butterflies, the bar tables have a pit filled with tiny Iron Fairies, lovely low hanging candle chandeliers add to the charm. There are also private booths that have a minimum charge amount of HKD 2000. Drinks are unlike any other! The speciality here is the Smoke in the Bottle - Literally a drink poured from a bottle with smoke. The smoked chocolate aftertaste is delicious! This drink was designed by Joseph Boroski, one of Asia's most acclaimed bartenders. Surprisingly given the ambience, the drinks and the food, this place does Not leave a hole in your pocket either. Each drink costs 130 HKD on an average which is roughly around 16 USD. This place is a Must visit if you're in Hong Kong.

What looks like a million butterflies, dropping down from the ceiling, just over your head

This has to be the highlight of my 3 day Hong Kong trip. The exteriors give nothing away, but the moment one steps into the lounge, one is transported into fantasy land. 10,000 butterflies hang from the ceiling, there's gold dust and fairy dust everywhere, as part of the decor. Seating arrangements are grouped around lil tables filled with a variety of iron fairies (duh) that bring different varieties of luck with them. Easily the most unique gifts I've bought for my friends from my various travels. Didn't try the food there though I've heard they have a good chef. My Chardonnay was chilled just right, the service warm and endearing. The best part of the evening was the live band that played jazz through the evening.

This bar was so unique! We came here on a Sunday night at 10pm. There was a Raggae band playing and we were lucky to get a seat. Within about an hour the place got packed. I had 2 cocktails, both were complex and creative. I'd love to return if I'm back in Hong Kong!

My husband and I went with pretty high expectations, and honestly, it didn't quite live up to the hype. Now let me be clear, the views? Absolutely unmatched. The panoramic city and harbor views are what truly make this place special. And aesthetically, it's definitely Instagram-worthy. But outside of the scenery, everything else fell a bit short. The food and drinks were pretty basic, especially for a spot with such a luxe reputation. One thing I did appreciate was the service and hospitality. It was my husband's birthday, and they kindly gave both of us complimentary shots that tasted like wine, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, I'd say come for the views and experience, but maybe lower your expectations when it comes to the food and cocktails.

Attended on NYE 2024 entering 2025 the experience can largely be summed up as a disappointing money-grab with food no better than an AYCE buffet and service that was frankly dreadful. First, the booking process was laborious and error-filled despite staying at The Ritz-Carlton. Second, on arrival we were tucked in the back and largely ignored despite a costly "bottomless" champagne package. Third, servers were overworked and sparse, with the lone entree so protracted that we were told Dessert Buffet was going to close before savories even arrived. Finally, forced to leave mere seconds after finishing, we opted against remaining for fireworks. Ozone's apology was to come back for a free drink sometime...from America. Seemingly a partnership, as the Hotel and Bar refer to one another as separate entities, The Ritz-Carlton did try to make up for all this with a free bottle of Champagne delivered to the room but at $450USD for lousy food and dreadful service Ozone is an embarrassment to the Ritz-Carlton Brand.

We decided to check out The Sky Bar. It is located on the 13th floor, and overlooks other restaurants and shops within the mall. So, don't expect an actual "sky" view. The Sky Bar offers a variety of cocktails and mocktails, but limited beers and wines for their All You Can Drink menu. However, it is still a steal! I ordered all of their cocktails, and my favorite was the Nothing (vodka, coconut liqueur, melon liqueur, pineapple juice, lemon juice). My boyfriend ordered rounds of their beer and wine, which were okay. We also ordered the Crispy Calamari Rings with Wasabi Mayo to go with our beverages. Again, it was just okay. It did the job, but nothing spectacular or memorable. I wouldn't recommend it. Lastly, service was extremely slow, especially for having no other customers in the restaurant. It was a bit frustrating consistently trying to find staff members. By no means is this a go-to place, but if you are already in the area and want a place to sit and chill, The Sky Bar is an option, especially for their All You Can Drink menu.
