I found Sage expensive for the small portion size and I even got charged for Sriracha sauce. In New Orleans you get far bigger portions and hot sauces are included for no additional charge. In New Orleans Sage would be a one star joint while in Fairhope they get to be a three as they have no competition currently. Sage does have good service and a nice ambiance. Sage is good for what it is in Fairhope but there is a lot of room for improvement and I hope more competition opens up to bring things to a higher level.
