Tried the (only on Friday) perch. My order came with four nice-sized perch pieces, potato choice, roll and coleslaw. The beer-battered perch was out-of-this-world outstanding! Incredibly fresh and tender, with a nicely seasoned crust. So good! A+++

The patio is perfect in the summer, and the inside is warm and cozy in the winter. The food is consistently excellent. Their rotating specials are a huge highlight. Last night I had their fried chicken and it was outstanding -- the breading was crisp, light, and perfectly seasoned. You can tell they put care into everything they serve. Their other specials like the Nashville chicken sandwich, ribs, and Friday fish fry are always worth checking out too. Desserts are always a win here, so I try to save room. Drinks are solid as well with plenty of beer and cocktail options. The only downside is parking. The lot fills up fast, so you may end up on the street if you arrive later. But honestly, the food and atmosphere make it more than worth it. Easily one of my favorite spots in Madison.

My friend, Hailey, and I are such fans of their beers and we were lucky to get a tour of their brewery facility. Service was quick and the staff is super friendly. Highly recommend and would def come back for board games and their rotation of new beers (prefer on the lighter end though). So far, my fav is periodic.

On a very hot Saturday afternoon we made our way to this location not too far off the Beltline. Fortunately there was just enough shade outside that the tables and chairs were out of the sun to watch the band. Delta doesn't have a very attractive outdoor space but that is not unlike other small microbreweries around here. They had quite a few beers to choose from though most were not my taste. I did settle on their German pils which was quite good. My wife opted for a kombucha that she liked. They do have a number of non-alcoholic choices too and even a few mixed drinks... Given it was their version of Octoberfest they had a food vendor outside and I understand they often have food trucks because I am not sure what other food choices they have beyond a tombstone-like pizza I saw someone eating. We didn't spend anytime inside but it looked like a typical microbrewery with high top tables and lots of games.

After checking in at the front desk, there's a security check point for valid ID (make sure you're of legal drinking age) and I got stamped with a smiley face on the back of my right hand. There were plenty of entertainment scattered throughout the arena with the band right the entrance. There were also some food vendors scattered in the back and to the left corner. My favorite was a stand for Stuff Your Face Hole of gourmet seasoned pretzels. I bought three packs mini pretzels for $10 total (a single bag would've costed $5). Trust me, you'd want to snack on food while you're drinking! Throughout the event, I tried small samples of Sierra Nevada, New Glarus, Lombardi Limonata (half raspberry, half lemonade) and Six Point. My favorite was the Lombardi Limonata, the sweetness of the drink was just perfect! Since there was a lot of drinks that I didn't get to try, I do wish for the chance to try at another time. I'd say, this event would be more fun with more people, so be sure to bring all your friends to the next Madison on Tap next year! Shout out to my fellow Yelp Elites who made it to this event, and big thanks to Yelp for the invite! Hope you all had as much if not more fun than I did.

This made the brewers hard to locate and there were a couple that I never ended up finding on my list. Overall, though, the fest is large but manageable and affordable at around $30.
