I highly recommend The Homework Corner for all your students' needs. I have two kids, who have been going there since Kindergarten. They are in 1st grade now. They understand how to work with my kids and manage the everyday stress of keeping up with homework and studies expectations. Mrs. Ani has a great leader and instills great motivation and values amongst her tutors. The staff is great communicating with teachers and counselors if needed. Ms. Ani and her teachers are SO WONDERFUL, I am so thankful for all that they do. My child was struggling in school and falling behind, and also just generally not enjoying it. I sent my daughter here during summer break and I must say I was blown away. Ms. Ani did everything to make sure the kids had a memorable and fun time. The place is kept very clean and all Covid protocols were always followed. The staff is great and my daughter came home so happy everyday. Oh my gosh such a cute place!! I attended their grand opening & I fall in love instantly :) Location: the place is easy to find & there is street parking. The Homework Center is up on a little hill but you can walk up the stairs to the center. Service: everyone that works there was very friendly. One of the owners, Mrs. Yarijanian, was lovely. She made you feel welcomed. She was very good with the kids. Environment: the center has 3 different rooms for kids. The big kids room which has tables & a wall of chalkboard. As a busy mom I am very happy that I found this new place called "the homework corner" in La Crescenta. The location is perfect and the place is squeaky clean. I am very sensitive to equipment and books used by many kids in one place , and I can tell you I am very comfortable to leave my son there and not to worry that he will pick up some germs. Everything is clean, wiped out after every use. The best part in this place is that kids not only learn and do their homework thanks to the professional staff that helps them a lot, but also there are plenty of nice toys that are at the same time educational toys , so the kids even when they play they are still learning. Our favorite tutor is Annie- she is amazing, carrying, gentle, polite and always with great smile on her face. I usually don't have a habit of writing reviews on Yelp but I really wanted to get my word out there on how amazing this place is I have two girls that are enrolled there, my oldest one has been going there since the day they have been open and she just has so much fun learning there and doing some fun activities there she loves the teachers there and now my other daughter is there she's going to be going to kindergarden but now they are enrolled in their summer program they are doing many fun activities going to field trips and the teachers are just such caring and amazing people the place is very clean. As it Paron it is important that your child gets individual attention and I couldn't tell both of my kids are getting that attention and then so happy and so grateful that I actually found them and I'm not even hesitating to drive 15 minutes to take my kids to Homework Corner.
