This has got to be the "Friendliest" Home Depot we have every been to in the History of all Home Depots; - Special Shout out to "Ed" - who stepped up - Full of Energy and made us 2 Perfect Keys for a great price. Team Members are out and about - they are filled with energy and ready to guide you through the tremendous selection of items that are available. Again - I am very empressed with everyone's willingness to help us. We will be returning back to this Home Depot - Excellent service. Shout out and thanks to the Friendly African-American Woman working the Front with the Green NY Yankees Hate; - Thank you for being so kind and gracious.

My hubs calls this Adults R Us! We find ourselves here several days each week buying materials for Work. We're in the construction industry and Home Depot is all things construction! The employees are not hard to find and are ready to assist with any issues! Tonight we returned a defective caulk gun and the service desk without hesitation replaced it on the spot ! Excellent customer service is one of the many reasons we shop here !

I came here to purchase my Christmas tree. I normally purchase it from the Home Depot in Rivergate, but since I was on this side I thought coming here would be a great experience also. Unfortunately that did not happen from the time I arrived to the time I left. Pulling in I was looking for the giant white tent that I'm use to seeing at Rivergate. They did y have one which was fine, their trees were located in the nursery. But if you go at night like I did please be advised that this entire store location in pourly lit. There was no lighting on the signyhat showed that they provided trees at their location. Which is why I did not notice they had trees at al. After parking and walking inside is when I noticed the two trees at the entrance. So I walked out to the nursery area and found the Christmas trees. Unfortunately there was no one out there to greet me or provide any assistance at all. The trees were large and a little difficult to pick up and some hadn't been cut open so I couldn't look at them. After about 10 minutes I de used to try and find someone. No one seemed to be available to assist so I left and now I'm heading 20 minutes away from pineville to Rivergate in hopes that they won't close by the time I arrive as it's 8:22pm. Yes I would rather drive out my way, and to a place where I know I'll be well taken care of. Sad and very unfortunate but true.

Meh. It's a Home Depot that is no better and no worse than any other Home Depot I've been into. I was looking for one specific item in the plumbing department and their selection was only one and it didn't have the features I wanted. Oh well, there's always Amazon.

Hello Friends, (Disclaimer) I have been on a serious Planking kick. One of my favorite show (online) is Sam the Cooking Guy. He made a Cedar Plank Salmon that looked outta this world. Sooooo In comes Home Depot. Instead of ordering cedar planks online for 10-34.99 or going to Wally world or the like and buying them for around 15 bucks. Under the direction of Sam, I went to a lumber yard. (well not quite but you get the point). I walked in and straight to the wood sections. Asked the guy for UNTREATED Cedar Wood. Well he pointed me in the direction of A LOT of different wood. I told him what i was trying to do and he in fact told me to go to Wally World. NO THANKS. He pointed me to some Cedar Wood 6ft tall. Well, i picked one up and asked if he could cut thme into 12 inch long "planks". He did so and I was outta there... Total cost for 6feet of Cedar wood cut into 6 twelve inch cuts... = 2.76. So instead of spending 10-35 bucks on 2 -12 inch planks, I spent 2.76 on 6 -12 inch planks. WINNING!!!! (of course i took pictures)

But walk through that door and its like the Tardis from Dr. Who. The store really opens up into multiple rooms each with their own treasures to be found. Then out back there is a garde. And green house. They have chili pepper plants the likes of which I don't think I will ever see again! I swear the jalapeno plant was nearly as tall as me. And that is not an exaggeration. It was massive. Like a spicy tree. It was seriously impressive. Anyhow, there was also a "volunteer" plant just outside the back door that had tiny red peppers on it. Nobody seemed to know the variety but said they were too too hot. Maybe Tobasco peppers they thought. I started talking to them about my own home garden and how I struggle with tomato and pepper blossoms not sticking around long enough to produce fruit. They told me about something called "Blossom Set." I would have bought some there but it was greater than 3 ounces and I had to fly home. What I did buy was a bottle of scuppernong juice. Funny name for a native grape with a delicious flavor. A little more tart than standard grapes. I had been wanting to try scuppernongs and that did the trick. My only regret here is that I don't live anywhere near Renfrow's and could not biy as much I really wanted to. If I was a local, this would likely me a regular stop on my weekend errands.

The style of the door and the transom didn't match, I called and was told "that's what you ordered" . Really I asked for mismatched styles? For the window I had ordered the lightest clearest low-e glass available, I got the dark type of glass that's recommended for Fla, Nm, Az etc. " That's what you ordered" was the response again. They don't even bother to ask what was shipped or what you ordered, they don't want to know because CYA is the order of the day. Then when you go over your buyer's order you realize that regardless of the conversation you had with their salesperson the printed order is so vague that they could ship you anything at all and claim that's what you ordered. My contractor bought my siding there, it's an off-brand and the quality doesn't impress. Really shoddy practices I ordered the rest of the windows ( Andersen) from The Plywood Mart although they won't match these and they were more expensive, that shows how I feel about sponsoring this store again

Meanwhile both an Employee and another man named Joel (dressed in business attire) stopped by to see if I needed anything or if I was finding everything all right. Joel may be someone from the Corporate Office and I think it is located in Charlotte now. Joel was dressed very well, was very friendly, and was a great listener. I explained that every time I purchase a flag stand it breaks quickly thereafter. I was on the website on my cellphone looking the various flag stands over and reading the reviews at the time. Joel went out of his way to make my shopping experience a great one. He said since I have have bought three and they all broke, this one would be on Lowe's. No cost to me! So nice to feel like an appreciated customer. Thanks to Joel for listening to my dilemma and finding a solution!! He walked with me to the checkout and told the associate that the flag stand in my cart was on Lowe's today. No cost to me. He thanked me for coming in. I must say I am very impressed that Joel listened to my issue and immediately solved it by making this customer both cared about and heard. I was very impressed and thankful.
