I drove here because the store had an item I was interested in actually in stock and I was concerned that the existing plumbing would not work with the vanity I was interested in. It wouldn't but my second choice was also in stock. The 5 stores closest to me would have had to order them an would not be shipped until mid December! Also impressed with the young gentleman who carried my selected item to the checkout and loaded it into my car! All your employees I dealt with were so so helpful. Please read before buying LG! We bought an LG washing machine, replacing our old LG (10 year warranty). After a short few months it started to destroy our clothes. It first accord after washing our sheets. They looks like some sharp object would be in the drum and pull strands out of the fabric. We checked the drum, stroked over every inch with our hands, used cotton balls to see if anything stuck - nothing! I called customer service (we ordered our washer directly from LG). They told us to run the drum clean cycle 5 times in a row (that's 7.5 hours!) that should solve the problem. We did and the next load of laundry had the same problem. We called LG again, send them pictures as requested, were told they investigate and call back. They never did. Today was the 6th time I called and also send an email to the president. After telling them that I will write this review and post it everywhere I was asked by the supervisor if I use the right cycle to wash my laundry. I am 69 years old and know how to do laundry. Finally I was told he would pass it on to their service center which will contact me to find out if it is a manufactory defect. This goes on now for over 6 weeks. The service center contacted us via text and asked what are the defective parts - how am I supposed to know? The next message was they reach out if they have someone available. I would stay away from LG which is hard to say because we have LG everywhere from fridge to TVs but if something is wrong it is the worse customer service you ever experience. read more

I had a very frustrating experience with a recent dishwasher delivery and installation from Home Depot. The dishwasher was delivered, but the installers said they couldn't complete the job because the connection needed to be replaced--something that was supposed to be included in the installation I already paid for. To make matters worse, when I called to get clarification, Lisa in the Appliances department was extremely rude and actually hung up on me. I'm currently 9 months pregnant and dealing with this level of stress and disrespect is absolutely unacceptable. I was told a plumber needed to come out separately, even though that service was part of what I had already paid for. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and unprofessional behavior has been incredibly disappointing. I expected better from a company like Home Depot, especially when it comes to honoring paid services and treating customers with basic respect. read more

This Home Depot location is a hit or miss. Sometimes they have what I needed in stock, sometimes they don't. But they do keep almost everything organized. The employees that I've asked for help were pretty friendly. They all knew where everything is. I am amazed at their memories. I love the order online and pick up in store option, because the lockers are right at the entrance of the store. It's really convenient to use. The only thing about lockers is that I've gotten items that were in poor shape, so then I have to go through Customer Service line to get it exchanged or returned. Parking lot is big, but it's shared with other huge stores and the mall. read more

Never has a store's background music fit so well. I waited for two intercom pages for an associate to help me cut vertical blinds. No one came. Then U2's "With or Without You" plays. It was like a message from god himself. So I cut the blinds myself and disregarded the safety warnings to wait for an associate. Thanks Bono for the encouragement to do things on my own. You can also usually find parking relatively close to the front door. Aside from that, this Home Depot location is a bit odd to get into off of Flagler, but all else is pretty standard for one of this Home Improvement chain's stores. read more

Stoped by for paint. Only one person in the paint department. It took him four tries to color match a 4 ounce paint. He had 6 customers waiting and he would talk to anyone who interrupted him. Ask two staff if there was someone to help him. But they both could not seem to understand English. So sad. read more

Bad, especially the garden department. I had my child in my arms, and there was this big lazy guy at the exit of the garden department who couldn't even tell me that it was not self check out. There was this one woman that was checking everybody out, he just let me go ahead, and didn't inform me that it wasn't self check out. I had to wait for two more people that were behind me to finish checking out. That's just a really unpleasant trip to Home Depot and shows how much customer service there is within this specific location. read more

This is a nice, large home depot, but the parking lot is a mess. It is hard to find parking, people drive through it with no regard for anyone else, and there is the continual battle royale for that last spot. It is almost like you are playing Fortnite, and need to be the last man standing in order to get a parking spot. Good luck with that. Once inside, I'd imagine this is what Home Depot feels like in Havana. No one is speaking English, people are hustling and bustling without paying attention to anyone else, and the checkout process is utter chaos. That being said, they have everything a Home Depot should carry, and the self checkout avoids some of the mess. If you are looking for a microcosm of the Miami experience, come to this Home Depot. I have been coming here for years because it's the closest one to my house. The hours are good. I can get here late after work. The parking lot always has at least one spot left. The staff knows where thing are for the most part. Home Depot does have a pretty good app now though. So I tend to look up my item ahead of time and then see the aisle and bay where the item is located. That way I can go in, head directly to what I am looking for and then spend an hour browsing! read more

As normally any home depot location is always packed and difficult to find parking. Went in and was only able to get 2 out of the 3 items I needed. The last item as mentioned by the staff need to order from the online store and have it delivered to the location of choice. Its unconvenient, that any of the stores no longer carries a small tank less water heater. Going have to wait 2 to 3 weeks before it arrives to the location. The area looked pretty well maintained compared to other stores but still busy. read more

I wish parking wasn't such an excerpt of a terrible dead-end video game. There's like 20 pot holes, 14 speed bumps, 10 viejas not paying attention and blocking you with their cars as they text, and a zero visibility. Once you get inside, it's not tragically that demising. There's a million people everywhere and usually you can't find what you're looking for but if you can seek help an employee with an orange apron on, you'll get the help you need. The lines are sometimes unbearable but it's the only Home Depot in the area so people deal with it. They're open late at least & it's a quick hop off the palmetto if your fortunate enough to survive the Costco crowd. I'll make it short so as my blood pressure doesn't go through the roof. Purchased an entire kitchen of cabinets ( several $K's) here, as well as a washer and dryer totaling close to $2000 in a separate order. They gave me a 6am to 6pm window for the delivery. Some Window!!. Wasted an entire day waiting for these clowns. Fast forward to 6pm-ish and no delivery. When I had to call, I was informed there was an apparent "glitch" in the system and it cancelled the delivery, but not the purchase itself. I was promised a call with a new delivery date. Fast forward a week later when I called them to ask about the new delivery date. There was none. The "glitch" cancelled the order as well. Not a single call, email, or text from anyone, alerting me to anything. The moral of this story..... If you need a box of nails, some super glue or make a key (even this, you wait and wait and wave your arms at anyone passing by, like a castaway on a deserted island), then go to Home Depot. For anything of importance, go somewhere professional.... just sayin read more

They were well stocked and seemed to have more variety of what I was looking for today... HVAC ventilation duct work and accessories. This is my Home Depot of choice, mainly because it is the closest one to my house and invariably I always find myself in the middle of a project missing a key tool or running of material so I have to take the inevitable weekend trek to Home Depot. I must sadly say that it is much more pleasurable to shop here nowadays because it is not as crazy as it used to be on the weekends in the middle of the so called boom - although I would happily trade crazy Home Depot to the current crisis any day. From paint to lumber to electrical to garden this is simply a one stop shop deal and with almost 3.00 per gallon of gas, this is what I call convenience. In terms of service, again, it is far better now that the store is not as busy, but it still a bit inconsistent. All in all, however, it is pretty good. read more

Hey Home Depot is Home Depot. The differences are in size and service. This particular one is HUGE, it boasts one of the biggest garden areas in all of the HD's. When we are redoing the garden we try to come here. (Disclaimer: I haven't been to the garden area in the Hialeah HD, maybe its better? I don't know). Usually well stocked, yesterday we found two instances where an item was on display but none were available anywhere. When you find help they are very helpful, but on a Saturday its kind of hard to find anyone who isn't helping someone else. When we did find someone walking past us as we were trying to figure some lighting issues out, his response was "This isn't my department, the guy you want is in the other aisle", and that can be frustrating. I understand his point, but help us get that guy? All in all this will be my go to Home Depot. read more

I havent done the math but I am pretty sure that I our home is geographically located in the dead center of three Home Depots This one, the newish one at Hialeah's dyck tip and the stoopid one on Calle 8. I never go to the stoopid one unless absolutely necessary and the one in Hialeah is on the way to and from work but this is the one I go to most often. Pretty friendly service and shady parking are pluses to go along with the plethora of chongitas walking around said parking lot due to Mall of Americas being nearby read more

I went there because I found a kitchen hood online and it says there are 4 available, I asked the lady associate from appliances department to help me and at first she said there's none and I had to order online. So I insisted and she was mad and later she found 4 boxes! She asked a guy to help her bring it down and when I look the series number was different. I tried to ask the lady again and she was mad and kept saying I don't know that's the box and ignore me! Really bad service!! Welp, I looked online to see if they had a specific toilet in a specific color in stock. They said they had 34 of them. This store is 45 minutes south of me. Before I drove all the way down there to find out they ain't got the toilets, I called. And called. And was on the phone listening to it ring for 30 minutes. After that, we just got in the truck and drove down. Yes, the store did have the item we needed, but why didn't someone answer the phone? There were plenty of employees that my husband and I could see in the store, but a business with a phone number should answer the phone or have an answering service. read more

I went to home deep Saturday afternoon to buy an outside rug for my yard. While I enter the store a sales associate had a sign selling all holloween. Candy and items for 75% off. She said the candy comes out to 98 cents. I said perfect will take a couple of bags. When I fo to the register the cashier told me no way is this on sale. I explain the whole situation to her she was super rude and told me well is not on sale nothing I can do. I asked her to please call her supervisor because she needs to honor the sale. The superysaid I cant help and walked away. I have been in customer service for 30 years never in my life have I seen such poor customer service skills the Cashiers ans supervisors need to be retrained to have more customer service skills! read more

In my younger years I use to hate Home Depot. I did not see the point in a store dedicated to selling wood, nails and handsaws. But times have changed. I'm much older now and I understand it's purpose. This location is fairly new. It is much bigger than the older own that was next to the theater. It is kept well organized and fully stocked most of the time. If you are looking to make some home improvements, this is the place. However, don't be fooled by the friendly and helpful employee on TV ads. In real life they are rude and hard to find. 4 stars. I'm a fan. read more

Customer servise sucks, We ordered washer and dryer and got it only after 3 attempts! and 2 months!!! XPO logistic is another sucker here, but Home Depot didn't really want to deal with any problems they created. 1st time machines were deliver, the driver said your outlet doesn't work and left. Turned out the machine was broken... So we had to arrange for a pick up. 2nd time the driver (XPO logistic) couldn't make it at the time planned... 3rd time they brought the machines but didn't want to!!! install them!!! They were rude and unprofessional. Thy guys said because there is no stacking kit on order ( and we had to order it separately bc HOMEDEPOT didn't sell them!!!). So they said either we bring machines or we take them back... Of course Ive told them to bring them( by the time I was doing coin laundry for my family of 4 for 2 MONTHS!!!) So they left machines next to each other, forgot 2 cables )) and left... Calling Home Depot Customer Service means to be on hold for HOURS!!! and nothing solved.
