2 Blended Caramel Large Coffees

I have been ordering from here since last year. For the last 6 months, something has been wrong each time I went. I love the beehive, but I pay a lot of money for what I get. This time, I got three blended caramel coffees and they weren't full. One time, I got a crispy chicken bacon wrap and the sauce didn't taste like it first did, it wasn't good at all. I called twice now and no response or call back, and I left two messages. The person that I talked to at the store when I just went there said to complain about it next time to whoever makes my order. It wasn't blended properly and not enough ice.

Great cup of coffee in a creative atmosphere. I got my hot latte to go but in the short time I was in The Hive, I loved it. Fun macrame and plants. Support of local artists with photos and quilts. I saw people conversing, working and bopping in and out like me. Staff was very friendly. Great stop.

Nice little shop in Aurora with a pleasant interior design. Reminds me of the Minneapolis loop area - Very cute. Coffee: ice coffees with a hint of vanilla. They are generous with the coffee to ice and the coffee is a fraction of the price of major conglomerates.

Stopped here on the way from Ely to Duluth and it was great! Good selection for drinks and food items! My mom got an earl grey iced tea and I got an iced pumpkin spice latte. They were both very good! I live in Los Angeles and am always at sort of hipster coffee shops out there and this compares to those. It's a large space with plenty of seating and also enters into Legacy Studio of Dance, which looks so cute. The decor is nice, workers were nice, place was clean, and our drinks were good! I definitely recommend you pop in.

Stopped for lunch in their first week of business. Had the French onion soup, which was very good. The caramel mocha was a little weak and the temperature not as hot as I would like. I did not try the fresh baked goods but they looked wonderful! Decor is interesting, service was pleasant. I will definitely try it again and update my review.

Fabulous internet cafe in Ely. I spent time here one morning while my female cousins were getting…read moremassages at Pebble Spa and again later in the week when we all were doing laundry at Ely Speed Wash across the street. My first visit I enjoyed a house baked scone and the second visit I tried one of their breakfast burritos. Both were good choices, but if I had to repeat, I'd go with another scone. On their menu, they also offer quiche, muffins and a variety of danish. The coffee is self-serve once you order and they give you two regular and one decaf to choose from. If you add sugar to your coffee, they had the real thing, plus raw sugar and a rainbow of artificial sugars to choose from. I got a grin that the ice cream they offer was a small town company back home in Illinois. They serve, Prairie Farms. Which is based in, Carlinville, Illinois. It was nice to see that they support a farmer owned company. Front Porch does have a fabulous porch that almost wraps around the entire building. It is great for relaxing on a beautiful day. Pets are welcome with well behaved owners. Only thing that disappointed me was, I did not visit them on a Monday. Monday is the day, Seniors get a 10% discount and we all like to save. Staff was what you'd expect from a small town coffee shop, it was extremely friendly. Everyone knew each other, yet they made out-of-town folks feel welcomed as well.

Good coffee and tea, a nice selection of house-made baked goods and lunch options. Gets busy in…read morethe summer at about 8.
