When I arrived about 10 minutes before their 10 AM opening time, the shop was still closed, but shortly after, I saw the owner arrive and open up. I hadn't threaded my eyebrows since before COVID and had been letting them grow out, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The owner was very kind and professional. When I showed her the style I wanted, she was honest and explained that my brows weren't full enough for that exact look. She designed my eyebrows based on my natural shape, confirmed I liked them, then did a tint, numbed me with topical cream, then did the ombré tat. Done! No pain! She is a 5/5 for sure. However, today i had a different woman who was much harsher and left scars on my eyebrows. Started in a private room for the lamination (about 1/2 hour) then back out into the common area for the tinting then threading. A very simple process and relaxing. This is supposed to last for about 6 weeks so we shall see. By the way, the scent of the lamination might be strong for some - reminded me of hair dye. The smell only lasted when it was applied then it was gone while we let it sit. Salon is clean and spacious. Parking out front and there's an entire lot of the shopping center. Give this place a try! It was recommended supposedly will last up to 3 week or so. 1 nail fell off completely 2 days later, I went bk they did the repair for free (expected) 2 days later nail after bail stated to lift an fall off completely. Let's just say from the 10th. To the 15th I was missing 5 nails. Not cracked completely off. Paid $110 +tip by Friday to nail remaining so I just took them off myself. I don't live close. I work two jobs did not have time to be going back-and-forth. Very disappointed to say the least.
