When I tried to book her again, she was unavailable, so the system assigned me to Nicole at the same $110 price. I arrived five minutes early. A different girl (who appeared to be a trainee) took me without introducing herself. The owner, Eric, only stopped by from time to time to tell her what to do next--he did not perform the service himself. She applied color to my roots but missed some areas. Eric suggested adding a toner to help blend, and I agreed. She then washed my hair poorly--barely touching my scalp and not fully rinsing the product or color. After the 8-minute toner, they started the blow-dry (Eric did one half, she did the other). They then had to rewash half my hair because color was still on my scalp. The final result was uneven: one half looked fine, but the half she did was frizzy and puffy at the roots. At checkout the cashier immediately charged the card they had on file from my last visit and sent me on my way--no discussion and no chance to tip. Later I received an email receipt for $250. They had changed the service from root touch-up to "full color" and listed Eric as the stylist who serviced me. This is incorrect: * The service I received was still a root touch-up, exactly like my first visit, with only a toner added. Even with the toner, the price should not have increased by $140. * Eric did not service me--he only gave occasional instructions to the trainee. * I booked a $110 root touch-up with a different stylist. * Their website and booking platform list no full-color service for $250. The actual prices are toner $75, root touch-up $110, and full color $157-$200. When I called to complain, the receptionist first said the owner claimed it was full color. I told her that was false and that I have the booking confirmation. She then said I needed more color because of thick hair. I pointed out it was the same hair I had last month for a root touch-up. She apologized but said there was nothing she could do. I have filed a dispute with my bank. I feel scammed and disrespected. They owe an apology for the low-quality service by a trainee, mishandling my booking, falsely listing the owner as my stylist, and overcharging me.

Hanh is the best!…read more Made an appointment after learning that she's specialized in butterfly haircuts and wow she did not disappoint. She was very thorough during the consultation to make sure I understand what she is about to do and that I also get what I came in for. My original hair was highlighted (super bleached/ashy) and had a bad layered cut (turns out I had a mullet I wasn't aware of lol). I wanted to return to my natural color and also get a cut to even out my layers. Within two hours, Hanh achieved the color and cut seamlessly through proper and detailed steps to repair my damaged hair. My experience with her was fantastic. She is so bubbly and fun to talk to and she is an expert in her field. I have never learned so much about hair ever in my life! Even for styling, she gave so many tips. Hanh, you should consider teaching if you ever plan to! Overall, I am a happy customer that left with beautiful voluminous hair. Will be back for a maintenance cut and a fun girly chat!

I originally came to her for color and highlights. The first appointment was over $500, and while the dimension looked nice when I left, the color faded extremely quickly within just a few washes. I reached out politely to let her know, and she offered to gloss it , which I understood as simply refreshing the tone. Instead, my entire head was turned into a single dark chocolate color. All of my highlights were completely covered, my hair became several shades darker than what I originally paid for, and the dimension I loved was gone. None of this was discussed with me during the service. She didn't even fully dry my hair before I left, so I couldn't see the true result until I got home. My hair was already dry from the first appointment, and this additional processing made things worse. When I reached out to express confusion and concern, she did not take responsibility or apologize. Her responses were dismissive, and at one point she simply replied "Ok," which made it clear she didn't care about the impact the service had on my hair or how I felt as a client. It was deeply unprofessional and left me feeling unheard. Throughout all of this, I remained kind, calm, and respectful. I work in the beauty industry myself, and I believe strongly in treating clients the way I would want to be treated , with care, honesty, and accountability. When a mistake is made, it's our job to take responsibility and make it right, unless a client is being truly abusive. That wasn't the case here at all, which is why her coldness and lack of remorse were so confusing and disappointing. Weeks later, my hair is still not the same color or look I originally paid for. I had a future appointment booked, which I canceled with plenty of notice, and politely asked for my deposit back. Only then did she inform me that deposits are nonrefundable , something that was never communicated at booking. She insisted the policy had been stated, but it absolutely was not. Keeping a client's money when they cancel days in advance, especially after a service that went wrong, is not ethically or professionally acceptable. Overall, my experience with Diana showed: Lack of communication during the service No accountability when the result was not what I asked for Dismissive responses when I expressed concern No empathy or care for the health of my hair Uncommunicated policy used to keep a deposit after poor service A cold, unprofessional attitude toward a client who was nothing but kind I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was stressful, expensive, and handled with very little professionalism or integrity. I would not return and cannot recommend her based on how she treated me throughout this entire situation.

In the end she added the extension and completely darkened my hair into a dark brown with a red look to it while also covering up my highlights I had just recently done. I truly hate what she did to my hair and hope no one else has to experience this. On top of all that she seems to have booked another appointment too soon and sat them down and rushed me through to get to her next customer she failed to blend and style my hair leaving my bangs looking like Dora the explorer and leaving the lengths of my hair uneven looking like a child had cut it. I had to go to someone else to get it styled properly so it looks presentable. Attempted to get some sort of refund only for her and the owner of her shop to verbally gang up on me being rude and telling me I got exactly what I asked for when I know I never asked for this color or my highlights to be covered up. I normally go to my stylist at Supercuts but they are not able to do extensions so I came to Veronica hoping to feel beautiful after a morning at the salon.
