ONT NOT GO TO Celine for tape\-in or weft extensions…read more I originally went to her to have my tape-in extensions removed and replaced with wefts. After removing the tapes, there was still a significant amount of adhesive left in my hair. My hair was VERY sticky, yet she was prepared to install brand-new weft extensions on top of it. I was extremely uncomfortable with that and ended up going to another salon that same day to have the remaining adhesive professionally removed. For anyone struggling with tape residue, I highly recommend Line One removal solution. The other salon was able to get everything out in one round. There were also major communication issues with the weft installation. During our consultation, we had discussed how the extensions would be installed, but when it came time to actually do them, she was planning to install them differently because there wasn't enough hair for what we had originally discussed. Instead of stopping and telling me, "We don't have enough hair to do what we planned, so here are our options," she simply started working around the issue. I only realized what was happening because I looked and asked. A stylist should communicate a change like that and get the client's approval before proceeding. The biggest issue was that she cut the extensions far too short!!!! Once extension hair is cut, you obviously cannot put the length back. She acknowledged that she had made a mistake but maintained that it was "fixable" and was unwilling to replace the pack of hair. In my case, it was not fixable--I ultimately had to purchase another pack because the top row had been cut too short. Any experienced stylist knows the top row of extension hair is longer than the bottom row and she cut the top row way too short. Between the adhesive being left in my hair, the attempted change to the installation without discussing it with me first, and the extensions being cut too short, I unfortunately would not trust her with my extensions again. She didn't do the right thing of replacing the pack of hair when she admits it was her fault and it was a mistake, but it could be "fixable" but in the long run that would not have worked because the hair gets cut shorter each time. She said that's not a worry for right now. Umm you don't buy extensions for right now. You buy them for a year long.. She's not thinking what's best for the client or long term. Ladies go to another stylist because this one doesn't do the right thing!!!

She was very thorough during the consultation to make sure I understand what she is about to do and that I also get what I came in for. My original hair was highlighted (super bleached/ashy) and had a bad layered cut (turns out I had a mullet I wasn't aware of lol). I wanted to return to my natural color and also get a cut to even out my layers. Within two hours, Hanh achieved the color and cut seamlessly through proper and detailed steps to repair my damaged hair. My experience with her was fantastic.
