Have been going to them since they open but I have followed my stylist Victoria for years now. She always knocks it out of the park with my color request. I can honestly say this is the best salon I have ever been to. The spooky vibes in the salon make me so happy. It's always clean and the stylists are very welcoming. I've been going to Bryanna since August of last year and she's been so amazing. Always asks questions and encourages me to provide details/reference photos of what I want before the service. I like that she is realistic about my expectations. I have really fine, flat hair so we try styles that are light and layered. I'm on my hair regrowth journey and she's been so supportive. I booked an appointment with Bryanna and she did a good job with the color, BUT... she BOTCHED my hair. For context I have short hair.. I originally asked for a fench bob styled cut. (My hair just needed shaping) She seemed confused on the style of a French bob. I explained and showed some photos for suggestions. She still seemed confused. Once i noticed that there is going to be miscommunication and misunderstanding..I said forget the bob, just add some long layers and texturing. Nothing shorter or crazy because I have staright hair and it will make my hair look flat (more layers=less hair) she agreed. I also asked for curtain bangs. I also informed her i don't style my hair, it's rare I do so. So a simple styled cut would be great. I'm okay with just styling my curtain bangs if needed. I walked out with a shag hair cut (shag hair=excessive layering) with uneven layers. Mind you a shag hair cut is messy, I didn't want messy. The curtain bangs are not symmetrical. I have a short choppy hair section on the back right of my hair, ONLY. I have missing hair in the front. Bryanna agreed to fix it for me. In deep thought I'd perfer to get a portion of my money back (I did). The only way to fix it is to make the right side botch portion of my hair equal the left side, no thanks. She mentioned she's been doing hair for 2 years. Due to her inexperience and lack of hair styling credibility, I rather not take the risk on her fixing my hair and possibly making it worse AGAIN. I appreciate her honestly in her time in the hair industry, if she cannot execute a simple cut I rather not take chances. I also asked for more blonde peekaboo sections on the back of my hair, evenly. She gave my left side more than my right. When I brought it up to her attention she shift blame and did not take accountability. My mistake was trusting she can evenly part the back of my hair. I cannot see nor was i down the back of my head, i trusted her judgement. I noticed my inner ear crevice was damp, didn't think much of it just thought it couldve been water from the hair rinse. Bryanna did not properly rinse off the bleach from the left side of my head, having some of that bleach inner my inner ear crevice. I thought it was water, until later on the evening I had itchy, hot, red, and irritation on the inner part of my ear. It began to worsen, now I just have dry flaked skin. 250 is not worth the price. She refuses to give me a portion of my money back so I can to to someone new to fix it. She is not to be trusted with simple hair tasks, will overcharge for ruined hair and mild chemical burns. read more

I got a "shag" a few months ago and I'm still waiting for it to grow out. The lady who cut my hair (don't wanna name names) had no idea what she was doing and basically cut my hair in 2 blocky layers- one super short & one long with straight-across bangs. She said she specialized in shags but she most definitely does not and even let me leave the salon with wet hair cause her next client arrived and she couldn't figure out a shag cut within the hour appointment. My hair looked ridiculous after I went to Hair Witch Project. They weren't the friendliest either. I learned afterwards that the hairdresser had only been doing hair for 1 or 2 years. Do yourself a favor and go to a different salon with experienced hairdressers! First off, amazing atmosphere here! I would never have found this place without coming in to get my hair done by Kelly. I have been coming to her to get my vibrant hair color for years and this is the first salon that feels like a perfect fit for her work! I love how my hair turned out at my last appointment, I have never done neon green before! I did have darker green ends and a lot of regrowth and the results were stunning. I had my haircut with Brianna. I am 57 years old and really needed a change my hair was just straight and long. very disappointed with Cynthia L. Came in with waist length hair ready for a big cut then to have it twice come out wrong. First time I accepted it could be a miscommunication and a fix shouldn't be an issue. After that first fix it still felt uneven. I would have been done coming in a second time to fix it and I can walk away happy having short shaggy hair. However rather than being open to fixing it she lets me know she went out of her way to see me and theres nothing she can do and the BLOCKS ME. Extremely unprofessional with an embarassing lack of accountability. If she couldn't fix it, she should've talked to a manager so they can handle it and not blocked me trying to hide from a choppy cut. read more

I came in 7/13/24 for a lightening & toning service with Kelly. Prior to the appt I had my hair toned and lighten for an ash balayage style 03/2024 at a different location, I came to her because she had stated she was able to lighten my hair to get to a silver shade. I've been growing and cutting out my old dye for 3 yrs before getting my hair done 03/2024, so I never expected it to be a challenge for Kelly to achieve the look I was aiming for. Kelly charged me $350, for lightening my roots since I hadn't touched it up since I last did my hair in march and tone it to a chocolate brown. Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't hair have to be a platinum blonde to achieve a silver ? And she only lighten my roots? Anyways when she got to the toning part of the visit she wanted to experiment with my hair with toning it a different way then what she usually does for her customers she stated , so "I wouldn't have to come back as often to tone and it would last longer" , which I never agreed to do and didn't notify about me about it before she even tried it. after she dried it and we both saw how dark brown my hair looked, and we went outside to see if maybe it was just the lighting inside making it look dark, but now my hair was brown.she decided to wash out my hair in hopes that the hot water would rinse the color out and she insisted we try again a different way. She decided to tone it AGAIN, and it came out looking the same. She then went to go consult with her colleague Taylor, and they both came back to me stating that it was my hair's fault as to why it didn't become silver stating my hair was still "ash blonde " when that was not true cause the ash blonde toner must've faded awhile back , it's been FIVE months since my hair was toned and it just looked blonde. There was absolutely NO TONER/COLOR in my hair. She then proceeded to tell me that she promised she would fix it on a different day, a day the owner would be in the salon , so they can both pick out the mixture of the toner. Taylor suggested that until then I wash my hair twice a day with clarifying shampoo or dawn soap, to remove the toner out of my hair. So I trusted her , paid, and left. I followed up with her few days later asking when the owner would be in and to notify her that I've been washing my hair twice a day and there hasn't been much of a change to the color of the hair. I'll post pictures below of our conversation / my hair before the appt and after/ and of Kelly so people can avoid her for lightening services I still don't understand how I go from blonde to brown? And on top of that she states my hair was dry and porous , when I've told her COUNTLESS times I don't blow dry my hair or curl it , I VERY RARELY straighten my hair out due to me working in the medical field my hair ALWAYS has to be tied and I'm there all the time. The only time I've done anything to my hair was just in march when I first lightened it in 3 years. Kelly then states she no longer wanted to fix my hair or have any contact with me, very unprofessional IMO, but I guess that's how they handle things at the new salon she decided to go to. She did provided me with the owners info to contact , but I thought if this is how Kelly is handling the situation , I can ONLY IMAGINE how Hayley is going to go about it,even though Kelly made me aware that the owner was made aware of all this, Hayley still didn't contact me, when I think she should've and apologized for the way things went. Overall the salon vibe was nice and I'm sure everyone else there does a great job, I just don't understand why Kelly had issues ? And should've just told me from the start , that's something she is unable to do and could've had someone else in the salon do it with more experience than. Worst salon experience I've had in my life and I regret not going back to the person who originally did my hair in march. read more

She has created one of the most unique salons I've ever been too and will continue to frequent. She understands my vision and executes it masterfully. I don't think inclusivity means listening to a woman loudly and coarsely extol all of her witchcraft practices to a young man who was clearly uncomfortable.
