ONT NOT GO TO Celine for tape\-in or weft extensions…read more I originally went to her to have my tape-in extensions removed and replaced with wefts. After removing the tapes, there was still a significant amount of adhesive left in my hair. My hair was VERY sticky, yet she was prepared to install brand-new weft extensions on top of it. I was extremely uncomfortable with that and ended up going to another salon that same day to have the remaining adhesive professionally removed. For anyone struggling with tape residue, I highly recommend Line One removal solution. The other salon was able to get everything out in one round. There were also major communication issues with the weft installation. During our consultation, we had discussed how the extensions would be installed, but when it came time to actually do them, she was planning to install them differently because there wasn't enough hair for what we had originally discussed. Instead of stopping and telling me, "We don't have enough hair to do what we planned, so here are our options," she simply started working around the issue. I only realized what was happening because I looked and asked. A stylist should communicate a change like that and get the client's approval before proceeding. The biggest issue was that she cut the extensions far too short!!!! Once extension hair is cut, you obviously cannot put the length back. She acknowledged that she had made a mistake but maintained that it was "fixable" and was unwilling to replace the pack of hair. In my case, it was not fixable--I ultimately had to purchase another pack because the top row had been cut too short. Any experienced stylist knows the top row of extension hair is longer than the bottom row and she cut the top row way too short. Between the adhesive being left in my hair, the attempted change to the installation without discussing it with me first, and the extensions being cut too short, I unfortunately would not trust her with my extensions again. She didn't do the right thing of replacing the pack of hair when she admits it was her fault and it was a mistake, but it could be "fixable" but in the long run that would not have worked because the hair gets cut shorter each time. She said that's not a worry for right now. Umm you don't buy extensions for right now. You buy them for a year long.. She's not thinking what's best for the client or long term. Ladies go to another stylist because this one doesn't do the right thing!!!

Hanh is the best!…read more Made an appointment after learning that she's specialized in butterfly haircuts and wow she did not disappoint. She was very thorough during the consultation to make sure I understand what she is about to do and that I also get what I came in for. My original hair was highlighted (super bleached/ashy) and had a bad layered cut (turns out I had a mullet I wasn't aware of lol). I wanted to return to my natural color and also get a cut to even out my layers. Within two hours, Hanh achieved the color and cut seamlessly through proper and detailed steps to repair my damaged hair. My experience with her was fantastic. She is so bubbly and fun to talk to and she is an expert in her field. I have never learned so much about hair ever in my life! Even for styling, she gave so many tips. Hanh, you should consider teaching if you ever plan to! Overall, I am a happy customer that left with beautiful voluminous hair. Will be back for a maintenance cut and a fun girly chat!

THE BEST If I could…read moregive her 10 stars, I absolutely would. I literally just got my haircut and had to write this review before even leaving, she's that good. I'll admit, I was pretty nervous going in since I hadn't had a haircut in years. My hair is straight, flat, and typically hard to style, and I was hoping to add some volume and soft curls but wasn't sure what would actually work. Hanh immediately put me at ease with her warm, funny, and welcoming personality. She's genuinely so kind. During the consultation, she really took the time to understand what I wanted and helped refine my ideas into something even better. I walked away feeling confident and excited instead of anxious. I showed her a few inspiration photos, and she didn't just match them--she completely exceeded them. She absolutely nailed the look, even better than I imagined. I rarely write reviews, but this experience truly deserved one. I'll definitely be coming back to her again!

Respectfully, I think it's better you work with another salon and don't waste your time with them…read more I inquired with Hayley, she declined the appointment without saying anything. I inquired with Vee, no replies. I inquired with Taylor on IG and she just blocked me out of nowhere. Absolutely no idea what I did to deserve this crappy treatment but looks like some of the people working at this salon are just unprofessional. Stay away. UPDATE: Here is a reply to the salon owner's reply to my honest review... 1st, only one of your ladies suggested an in person appointment, and I forgot to reply to ONE of her messages (as I am a BUSY person like a lot of people out there). I never DECLINED nor disrespected her in any way. I even tried reaching out to her a few weeks later, apologizing for the delay in replying. You know what she did...? She straight out blocked me. Overly exaggerated reaction. 2nd, it's absolutely normal for ANYONE to share an honest review about a bad experience they had with people who claim to be professionals when they are not. The review I left about the other salon, is none of your business. They OVERPROCESSED my really long silky hair and dared charge me 700$ for it. They damaged my hair due to misjudgment and lack of professionalism. I'm not dumb, I know bleach damages hair, but OVERPROCESSING is something else completely and I think i'm doing the right thing letting other people know about my experience with them. The other salon I left a review about literally charged me 150$ to cut my bangs, after I showed a reference picture, and the results didn't look good at all. When you go to a hair salon, you want the stylists to make you look nice and make you feel good and happy, not the other way around right...? That's kinda lame and unprofessional of you to judge me and ignore my appointment request with you just because I was unlucky and had past bad experiences. Instead of treating people unfairly and poorly the way you do, you should find it in your heart to be compassionate and try to help them acheive their goals, instead of treating them the way you do.
