I cannot say enough good things about The Hi Hat! The owners are super friendly and make you feel right at home as soon as you walk through the door. Since getting my hair cut by Bridget, I've gotten endless compliments from friends, family and even clients at work asking me where I went. She takes her time when discussing what you're looking for and definitely delivers, not to mention she is just the sweetest person to talk to. My dad also got his hair cut by Kyle at their open house during DIY weekend, and was very happy with the outcome, and that's coming from a guy who has only let 3 people cut his hair in his entire life! He started referring people to try them out that same night. Kyle is a true master at his craft! Finally, their Dirty Girl Farm hair products are my new favorite. The shampoo and conditioner leave my hair feeling super soft and smelling great all day. Dropped by Hi Hat today to get my haircut, and my experience exceeded my expectations. The other reviews talk about how the place gives off warm/good vibes; and the place definitely does. Right when I walked in I was offered something to drink, and felt welcomed the whole time I was there. I've had my haircut by Kyle before, so I knew I was gonna get a great cut. He does GREAT fades, and focuses on making sure you get a clean cut. Whenever I get my haircut I always get compliments from both friends and strangers, who ask me who cut my hair. Great cut. They pulled me in off the street on a Friday night. I wasn't even planning on getting a cut, just heading to the bar, but they had cold beer and good tunes, and they talked me into it. I didn't know it was cash only, and I just had a card. They just said no worries. The beer and the cut were free! I'd gladly pay though, super clean cut, very professionally done. Good vibes all the way, nice ambiance and he's making changes to the building (paint and such) to hide the ugly HVAC and make it have better appeal.
