I have passed this place many times, when it was closed. Mind the step up and into the store. They sell clothes, costume jewelry, furniture, glassware and many other random things. I love this store! I'm from out of state but I've made a point to visit whenever I'm in Michigan! The workers are so friendly, the items are good quality, and there's large enough selection to consider it an antique mall. Great collection. Filled with old, retro and unusual items. You will not find bargains here usually but the prices are very fair. Items are clean and in good condition. If there is an issue, the owner (he was helping us. I forgot his name) will point them out so no surprises. Also, his stock is often turned around so not always the same unsold items. Really cute and fun store, large enough to be considered an antique mall. It's mostly MCM with older pieces scattered here and there. Lots of good furniture (which is getting harder to find in your average antique mall)! I've been over MCM for a while now, but this is definitely the place to go if that's your bag. The two people working here (one of which, I believe, was the owner) were really nice. I do have to point out that the clothing section in the back was really disappointing. Very little of it was vintage and those items were completely overpriced. Seeing a moth-ravaged, hole-ridden 50s sweater for $55 is now embedded in my memory as one of the most ridiculous items I've ever seen in my many years of antiquing. read more

This is exactly what I pictured most antique stores to look like! Most other stores I've been to seemed to have old furniture that was passed down for a couple generations and donated. But this store, which had only been opened for a couple weeks reminds me of what American Pickers would find. The owner is friendly and informative about all the products. Don't listen to any of these reviews about the owner. I'm not one to leave a review but I had a great experience. The place closed at 6 and the owner stayed with us until 7 to look around and we ended up purchasing a rare international China set for a good price. Will definitely come back to buy more things for my apartment. read more

Great selection although the pricing is well beyond unreasonable, but that was expected before walking in to the place for the first time. It isn't a bad place to peruse once in a while, just be extremely careful in the parking lot as the patrons of the business directly behind it are always dangerously tearing through it at ridiculous speeds only to park in the spots belonging to that business ( that happen to be maybe 30 feet away and accessible from both Orchard and Cambourne ), or to just cut through and park on Orchard. Despite only stopping in on occasion there has not been one visit that went without multiple people tearing through the lot like they're drunk, it's honestly extremely odd that it's such a constant occurrence in this location. This alone has seriously decreased the appeal of the place. read more

Huge selection of just about anything vintage you can think of, kinda tight inside, makes me afraid of bumping in to something and breaking! Rudest owner, irritable and rude to customers. Knows nothing about his merchandise. He doesn't have a happy bone in his body. Prices are what you'd pay on Chairish, over the top. Too much garbage mixed in with the good stuff makes it cluttered like a church junk sale. It's really his unwarranted rudeness that takes the cake. I will not be going back. The store owner was very rude and deceiving. I on the other hand understand that business is business but I won't stand to be called a liar of the price I was given by the owner himself through a text message in which I have proof of. He then proceeded to yank the phone out of my hands and said " let me see that." Then he says to me " no no that's not what I said. I said I would pay 5 dollars a piece for pyrex glass." Immediately changed his story when I brought my Pyrex glass in. He more than likely pays for these ads Iean good reviews because of all the profit he is making from ripping people off. read more

amazing finds, amazing owners! Some of the best vintage i have found across the USA

I can't believe no one has reviewed this place yet! Last year when I was looking for some unique accents for my house, I checked out Vogue Vintage. Holy jackpot! I got this cool rustic metal milk jug (about 2 1/2 feet tall) that I use next to my couch as a side table, for I think it was $25 bucks! Incredible value for such a unique piece. If that was at Anthropologie, it would have been $150 bucks. I also got a great old Tin Toy Robot, still in the box and everything. They have all kinds of furniture that would suit just about every taste under the sun. They have anything from 60's mod style furniture to country style sort of "shabby chic" items. Everything in there is of good quality and really reasonable prices. As much as I can admire the style and design of an Eames chair, I'm not going to pay big bucks for an item like that because, frankly, I can't afford it! So the good news is, Vogue Vintage still does have some pricey stuff, but that's not all they have. There's a bit for every one's price point. They have some great old fans, old toys and they even have some vintage clothes & jewelry. This store is like having a permanent garage sale just down the block! I was on the hunt for a dress for a prohibition party and popped into Vogue Vintage to scope the scene. I didn't see any 20s themed dresses but I did see some stunning hats that would have been perfect...had they not been priced $100 or so. SIGH. But those hats were the only thing that I found to be overly priced (and not being a hat expert maybe they weren't?). They don't have a huge selection of clothing but what they do have is really lovely and unique, most dresses that I saw were priced around $40 with more formal gowns going up in price. Actually the clothing is probably the smallest section in this store. What they really specialize in is furniture and home decor. I have to admit that mod isn't really my style when it comes to housewares but they had some really incredible pieced of mod furniture that I would not turn away from my home if someone were bringing it by. I also saw the most stunning couch that was beautifully upholstered in a green, wallpaper like pattern. I didn't look at the price in fear that it might actually be affordable and I might actually buy it and I don't have space for a new couch right now! They had some really cool older appliances, luggage pieces, and other home decor that I really enjoyed pouring over and they're all at pretty reasonable prices considering their quality and uniqueness. I can't wait till I have a place with more space to decorate. I know where I'll be coming to find some cool stuff! I didn't interact much with the staff but everyone greeted me with a big smile and told me to holler if I needed anything. I didn't walk out of there with a purchase today but I know that now that I've been here, it's only a matter of time! read more

Loved this place. You're going to find some awesome vintage stuff in here...and by stuff, I mean anything and everything that you could possibly want to collect or wear to stand out. The staff are awesome, nice and super helpful. I bought a sweet leather jacket that I negotiated down to a lower price... and the rest of the store for me turned into a museum of cool stuff. I shop BOTH locations but prefer the warehouse as I like to restore, recover and repaint myself so I get a better price. If you want it ready to go, definatley use the woodward vintage Vogue location. Its like any other place of this kind, sometimes you find insanely great stuff or just what you need and other times you strike out. People forget owner needs to make some money too and bitch about prices, shame on you! Always fun to stroll around and get some things you didn't even realize you needed. One of my favorite haunts. I have yet to be paid for items they sold for me in their store on consignement - for 17 months they just say "I'll look into it". and you do not hear back. they finally returned my deco cabinet - that they sold - but customer never picked up after paid in full. of course I did not see any money from that either. Took months to get my cabinet back - without the skeleton key! Store has cool stuff - but mismanaged. read more
