Fetuccine Carbonara 425php. Looks kinda small but i filled me up. Tastes good

Ive stayed at this hotel 4 times now. Its the only one ive stayed at in the Philippines and I keep coming back because its pretty great. Its located on a main street in Manila within walking distance of resteraunts, fast food, MOA (Mall of Asia). Easilly accessible to taxis', jeepney, tricycles. Double Dragon shopping center is across the street. Most importantly though, the Heritage has a very western feel inside. The rooms are clean, spacious, nice bathroom, big breakfast buffett, tv, quality wifi. Im including some photos of some of the room service food in case you wanna order something familiar

Rodora and Edsan great service

So the service sector sector in the Philippines is beyond good, I would say it's excellent. The accommodations themselves are just very simple and that is what I would expect for paying $50 a night to stay here. But everything is very clean. I had a noodle soup at the café, which was actually very good. I also ordered a hamburger that was made really well, I must be fair to say that I don't think the meat, the beef in this country is very high-quality. I've had a steak here in the past and it was chewy and bland. So I would not recommend ordering steak, but the chicken is very good.

Relaxing. TV all. Day. Long. for the next 7 days!

Excellent hotel! As for quarantine, you're treated very, very well. Marj, Julio and Eric at the front desk were extremely helpful and so very accommodating. Booked through hotels.com, check in was a breeze, room is very comfortable, bathroom is filed with amenities. Room could use a microwave oven though, but the mini fridge is handy! Other than that, everything is prefect, making mandatory 7-day quarantine just a little more bearable.

Make sure to spray mosquitos repellent before you sleep. Never expected this from a 4 Star Hotel.

We stayed here for eight nights and had the best experience here! Room service is excellent! The food was very good. We ordered, pizza, burgers, fries, & spaghetti. Our room was maintained well. There is a mini-fridge in the room stocked with water, soda, juice, & chocolate. There is also a hot water maker for tea, and a coffee maker. The shower in here is a 10! There is a drop down rain, shower, a regular showerhead that detaches from the wall, and a shower jet that streams out from the wall midsection. The water pressure is excellent!. The pool is beautiful, and the gym overlooks it, so it's nice to workout in here. They also have a sauna & a steam room in separate areas for the men and women. The Conrad is connected to both the SMX Convention Center & the Mall of Asia via two pedestrian bridges. It made it easy to get around to these locations every day., & they have security upon entrance to all areas of the hotel, so we felt very safe. There is a coffee shop, a buffet, and a 5 Star Michelin Chinese restaurant on the premises. This is one of the more expensive hotels you can stay at in Manila, but it is worth every penny!

At the start of my trip to the Philippines, we stayed at the Conrad hotel. Note this hotel is not…read morereally close to the airport- at night it took us 30 minutes to get to the hotel. The hotel is located next to a large mall. We got to the hotel at about 9pm and were ready to check in quickly and get a good night of sleep. There was nobody waiting at the check in desk, but the process was extremely slow-- I am not sure if it was the front desk computer or the key system. After some time, our keys were finally ready and we were escorted to our room. The room was nicely appointed, although the room felt tight. We did have an amazing view of the water, unfortunately the view was skewed due to the construction going-- unfortunately the construction will be going on for a while. We were also disappointed with the finishings in the room, they seemed a bit outdated and worn. Given this is a Conrad hotel, we expected the quality of the room to be higher. Also, the room did not have a bathtub. The room did have a nice size shower that was a bit complicated. Despite the room being small and outdated, the bed was excellent. The bed was extremely comfy with nice fluffy blankets. The hotel does have a nice pool. The pool is very clean. We were at the hotel off season-July, so the pool was not too crowded. The pool is small so I could imagine the pool be super busy and perhaps a lack of chairs during busy times. The hotel also has a nice gym on the first floor. The gym is appointed with a good amount of equipment. The equipment is nicely spaced to provide room to move around. As diamond members we were offered breakfast in the lounge or in the restaurant. The restaurant has a large buffet for breakfast, so we elected to eat there-- best to go super early before the restaurant gets busy. During prime time, you may have to wait for a seat. We were fortunate to grab a seat with a view. The restaurant offering were wonderful. As diamond members we were offered a special menu. The special menu offered special drinks and food items. All of this is included in a menu. The buffet was nice, but the service could be better- drink orders took a while. Plus, tables around us were not cleaned readily. We did not like having our breakfast and looking at dirty dishes. On the executive floor, there is also a small executive lounge that is offered to gold and diamond members. They offer breakfast, snacks and happy hour. Lastly, the hotel offers good security. When you arrive, they check your car. Plus, you have to go through additional security when you walk into the lounge.

It's packed with traveling Japanese, Euros and Australians in the city to party. More than sufficient for an overnight stay. I am writing a blog for great and reasonable travel in Southeast Asia and this Thai based company, is expanding in the Japan, Malaysia,Thailand and now the Philippines markets is one of the leading contenders in reasonable housing. The other value-added service here is the car pickup from MNL to this hotel. Its the cheapest around about 1100 Phil. pesos round trip (about $22). A person shows up at the airport by baggage claim with your name on a sign, just like a regular limo service. The car is an economy car unless you want to limo. That costs more of course. You can book through the travel desk at this hotel (a 3rd party company) to the right of the checkin desk. Or email the hotel ahead of time. It takes about 24 hours to confirm your airport pick up. Verdict: Enjoyed it for an overnight stay. Will use again if i come in on a late night flight and leaving the next morning. The service is the best you can ever get. They put so much effort in great service, gorgeous decorations all over the hotel, and cleanliness. I'd give it 10 stars if I could! And the best part is... drum roll... The Nobu restaurant. It's the same Nobu chain as the ones in Los Angeles/Malibu/Newport Beach and so on. The sushi is EXCELLENT. Just like the ones out in LA and Malibu, if not better. The fish is so fresh every time and the service is excellent! If you're ever in Manila, Philippines, you must try to stay here, or at least visit.

There were X-ray machines at the front entrance and at the rear casino entrance. They do provide you with a few complimentary snacks and beverages in your room. The hotel is part of a resort complex, City of Dreams, with a casino and a shopping mall. The mall is so small with only a handful of shops and restaurants. The pool and garden area is huge. It is shared with the other two hotels. Nobu Restaurant can be accessed on the same level. The problem was there were no actual seating in the garden area, only in the pool and outdoor restaurant. Our main problem was our room was too dimly lit. It was very hard to see inside our luggages. The shower stall had no door. At least, the bathroom was well lit. The two elevators were quite busy at times. That is probably why there were benches in front or near elevators at certain levels. At least we have tried this place, we have to find a different place for next time.

A little bit of refreshing goes a very very long way and it's definitely good for the traveling spirit. Specially when you have another flight at 0810. An airconditioned shuttle to and from the hotel is provided and is complementary. The spacious Suzuki people carrier came to pick us up that night. The driver greeted us warmly and even helped us with our bags. Upon arrival to the hotel, two bell employees helped unload the van and helped us carry our bags up 2 flights of stairs and escorted us to our room. The rooms had two beds (one single, one full), air-conditioning unit, a fridge, two chairs and a little table and a window. It also has a bathroom with hot shower, a toilet, and a sink with a mirror. Other than that this place is all I need and plenty more. I had a great short night stay here. Thank you very much Siayan Hotel for a quick night stay. I'll probably see you again next time.

Plus, as a diamond member I typically stay at Hilton hotels. As a diamond member we were provided access to the executive lounge which was useful while we waited for our room to be ready and after check out. Plus provides an opportunity to bypass the normal check in, which is great during busy times. The lounge is offered to gold star members and above. I would have rated this hotel a 5 star experience but had some hipcups. First of all- we requested in advance early check in. When we arrive several hours ahead of check in- we noticed they could not accommodate this request immediately. They said the room would be ready shortly, so we waited. We assumed that they would prioritize our room in preparation and be ready within an hour. After waiting an extensive amount of time, we learned that the wait would be several hours. We felt mislead and frustrated. We could of spent this time doing something in manila rather than waiting in the lounge. When it came time to check out- we asked for a late check out due to our flight departure time-- We learned that they could not accommodate this even though I was a diamond member-- As a diamond member they typically offer a 2pm check out. Given that the hotel was not sold out that day, I believe they could of provided this to us. Lastly, I had to request an upgrade- normally Hilton offers me an upgrade due to my status. Beyond my customer experience- the lounge was not well managed. The lounge was very loud-- kids screaming. Large families coming in-- usually lounge is limited to how many per a room/reservation can come in. Guest were on their phone and their ipads-extemely loud. I find this funny, as when I checked in the desk told me about what clothes are acceptable for the lounge but noise level is acceptable???? Due to these poor customer service experiences, I downgraded the number of stars provided to this hotel. Customer service is everything- be up front with your guest. On the positive side- The room was very clean and nicely appointed. The waitress in the lounge went out of her way to provide me fresh orange juice when it was not fresh juice squeeze day. The employees at the pool bar were excellent- great customer service.
