From Mon, 1.5 to Wed, 1.7, we checked into this hotel. Booked it with our Hilton Honors points. I've stayed in plenty of Hilton branded hotels and this was a fancy one to us. We chose this hotel as it was close to the airport plus the Mall of Asia. Amenities were great! Reason for the 4 stars were the buttons to turn on and off the lights were confusing plus I wish our bathroom door could be lockable. We love that McDonald's and 7-Eleven were just next door so it was convenient for quick snacks. When we come back to the Philippines l, would stay in here again and check out the nearby restaurants and Newport Mall. Great customer service at the hotel! read more

Each Room is stocked with a Nespresso Espresso Coffee Machine with 2 Regular and 2 Decaf pods, in addition to a nice tea selection. The floor to ceiling windows allow for great natural lights in the room. Manual draw darkout curtains are available for a sleepless night over the sheer window coverings. A refrigerator is available for use under the TV console. The closet is an open walk in design that sit outside the wood sliding door, private bathroom with split toilet and stand shower with rainfall showerhead. The bath tub also offer a handheld shower head. Two bath robes in every room for the guests use, are hung in the closet. Toiletries are available in drawers. The pool and gym are on the 3rd floor, also on the same floor as the checkin Reception. Each entrance to the hotel and casino next door, secured with securities to ensure each guest's safety. Every bag and item must be xray scanned with each entry into the hotel. Complimentary International Breakfast with every stay in their dining room on the 3rd floor. What a beautiful Hilton hotel in Manila. We stayed here for our last night before flying out to Oahu the next day. Hilton Manila is connected to the casino and the mall for those who like to gamble and shop. There also a bunch of restaurants aa well. Our room 1110 was perfect. It clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was nice. It was perfect for a family of 4. For the Executive Lounge, I do agree with brotha Joe P. Family that can't control there kids from running around and big groups of multiple family should be limited. Service was outstanding and professional. Especially from Lulai Sa'u Director of Operations. Prior to check out 12pm Mr. Lulai came up to us while we had all our luggage and he ask us what time was our flight. Our flight to Oahu wasn't until 7:45 pm. Mr.Lulai made a quick call less than 30 seconds and gave our room back until time to leave for our flight. Yes, there hospitality is awesome. We stayed at the Hilton Manila twice during our trip to the PH: The night before our flight fr MNL to Boracay, and the night before our flight fr MNL to LAX. We chose the Hilton in Pasay bc it is close to the airport. Positives: Very professional staff, esp Francesca in the Exec Lounge; Welcome gift for Diamond Member; Unique Filipino & Japanese platters in Exec Lounge; Negatives: Small bathroom for a room on the Exec Floor; The food at the Exec Loung starts @ 6 pm. Some items I thought were all day snacks were out, so I grabbed a couple of items. It was 5:55 pm. I was told to put the items back (WTF?!). Another woman grabbed food @ 5:58 pm; Some asshole in the lounge was conducting a b'ness call in the lounge. There are signs everywhere informing guests to keep noise to a minimum; Another large group (~12) was essentially having a loud family gathering. There was an infant and the dad brought a playpen (you gotta be fukn kidding me). The second night we stayed was on a Mon. There was loud music blaring from the pool in the evening similar to a Vegas pool party. It took 6 hrs to get door to door fr Boracay to Manila. I wanted to relax. On the Tue I departed, people brought their dogs through the Exec Lounge to go outside. I've never seen this shitty behavior at other hotels w/ lounges. The only reason we stayed here was bc of the proximity to the airport. I hate peeps w/ shitty lounge etiquette that fuk it up for peeps who want to relax. It also made no sense to have loud music on a Mon night. I will not stay here in the future bc of the stereotypical rude, loud Americans, with no lounge etiquette that stay at this Hilton. read more

A beautiful hotel with multiple restaurants . It's attached to the mall and a food court so you won't go hungry! It's the Philippines, so everyone is amazingly welcoming and just simply, nice! The room was extremely large with lots of space. The bathroom was huge. Everything was clean and upto date. We had a very comfortable stay here. It's conveniently located between downtown and the airport. This means you can get everywhere without necessarily being stuck in traffic. The hotel can make arrangements for you. The hotel itself is great with amazing staff who were all so kind! You can tell the staff takes pride in what they are doing. I love the extra security measures they take before you enter the lobby. Didn't experience the pool area since we were only here for one night. We had a double bed room on the executive floor with pool view and balcony. Room was amazing. Three options for how you want to bathe and loved the bidet and how it's separated by the doors. Just a short walk to the mall and tons of restaurants and bars to choose from! Stores are limited and not that great. Also a cinema and mini arcade for teens and children. I saw there was a barbershop, salon, and spa but did not go to those. There was a whiskey library I wish I had time to experience(always a next time!) tons of photo opportunities as well. I'd say it's great for families with young children but also noticed many business people around. Check out the: Kusina: it's a buffet with Filipino, western, Indian, Asian food, fresh fruity, build your own halo halo, ice cream, and sweet confectionary stations. There's also a small kid corner full of cute mini treats next to its play area! The play area was super clean and had many toys and activities for them. That's the highlight to end our stay here. As a Hilton Diamond member, our stay at the Manila Hilton was top notch as compared to other Hilton's in the states. I booked airport transport pickup at Terminal 3 and JC met us right away and what could have been a nightmare (Ninoy Aquino Airport is always a chaotic mess) was made so seamless and hassle free. He helped us maneuver thru checkin on the 5th floor and while I checked in my husband took advantage of the executive lounge beverage amenities. And there were plenty to be had. The lite dinner was a bit underwhelming but I guess it's to be expected when the place caters to a lot of non Filipinos. I was so looking forward to authentic Filipino cuisine but the chicken adobo was a bit subpar. The presentation and service though was impeccable. Luckily for us we had complimentary access to their buffet breakfast at hotel's flagship restaurant-Kusina. It more than made up for the bland and anemic offering at the lounge. They had everything, classic Filipino breakfast offerings along with other ethnic dishes-, Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Continental and a bunch of salad greens. The Filipino breakfast was to die for. The only drawback, maybe for this Filipino is the breakfast hotdog and chicken longanisa. I just cannot understand the love affair of my fellow Filipinos for the hot dog. And finally, for the love of god, why do folks insist on substituting chicken for pork? Chicke ln longanisa ??????. It's just a sin. The sink in our room was not draining properly but Cecelia promptly took care of the problem by sending someone to fix it within seconds. Our 11th floor executive suite was just so comfortable. The sheets were smooth and cool which made my slumber so restful. The Manila Hilton makes it easy to stay with this hotel brand for my lifetime. read more

Great location to Manila Airport. Across from the Mall. However we had some problems during our stay. 1. My wife got a period so I called the front desk if they have feminine items. They don't have any and I was advised to go buy it at the convenience store. I believe this is the Hilton hotel with full service, they have Concierges and bell staff as well. I didn't stay at Embassy Suites/Hampton Inn/Hilton Garden Inn/Homewood/Home2 Suites. Those don't have concierges so I totally understand. But this Hilton has no feminine items for urgent, no concierge service like errands to buy and charge to the room. I felt like I stayed at Hilton Garden Inn. 2. I booked the reservation when I was still a diamond member status. When I arrived at the Hotel, I was told that they just newly updated the status on 04/01/25 and I am no longer Diamond status. They didn't honor club lounge access, room upgrade nor no breakfast credits. I was told that I still can get 30% discounts at the restaurants, but it was not honored when I dined at the Cucina. 3. We had a 2PM late check out due to the late flight. I placed a Do Not Disturb sign at the front door, but the housekeeper just knocked once and opened the door to get in! No security/privacy! I called the front desk to report about it. They just told me that they will talk to the housekeeper. I stay here and Conrad Manila as same as last year. I learned a lesson this time if you're not Diamond status, they will look down you. read more

February 2024- Due to flight delays from PAL, we landed late and checked in before 8pm. The front desk was welcoming and friendly. We upgraded to the executive floor and was not disappointed. The room was spacious, clean and included amenities such as still and sparking water, Nespresso machine and toiletries. I didn't have time to enjoy the bath tub but I did like the shower and the large bathroom itself. I appreciate that the bathroom had good lighting and vanity mirrors. The bed was very comfy. We had a nice view of the pool. There were also fresh chocolate chip cookies in the room. This Hilton is very close to the airport which was convenient. Although the traffic itself in Manila is crazy. Be prepared to be stuck in traffic around the airport. Since we arrived later in the evening, I thought we wouldn't make it for the complimentary dinner in the executive lounge. However, the front desk called and informed us we still had time before they closed the kitchen. So we went straight to our room to put our things down then walked over to the lounge. FYI- hotel slippers are not allowed so be sure to wear proper footwear. The Indian food they served for dinner was delicious. I was pleased to see they had alcohol such as beer for self-serve. However I wished they also offered mixed cocktails made to order. The next morning we enjoyed breakfast also. They have excellent options for both a Filipino or American style breakfast. Be sure to try their fresh juices and ginger shots! The Filipino pastries were amazing too! And the self serve espresso machine was great. Check out was also easy and pleasant. They had chilled water available nearby the front desk. I am definitely planning to stay here again and hope to enjoy more of what the hotel has to offer. read more

We definitely enjoyed our stay and got our money's worth. We travel with 5 kids, and staying here made it comfortable and convenient to get to the airport, shops, food, and a large swimming pool for kids to relax and have fun. There's also a Buffett with a large diverse food selection and a kiddy play area for kids 8 and younger to play while you eat. There's a mall across the street but you can access it through the hotel using a bridge on the second floor, and there is a ton of food options such as Japanese, dim sum, Italian, Mexican, etc.. definitely a spot I would come back too with my family. read more

Although the hotel is well kept and amenities are ample, I hated the whole process of getting in. We waited a good 20 or so minutes just to get through the lobby drop off. Unfortunately there is only one lane to do drop off. Eith that said, good luck if the cars in front of you has tons of luggages as you will be stuck there for a while. Once it is your turn, you feel so rushed with the cars honking at you and the bell boy rushing to unload. For a nice hotel this was a big flaw for me. read more

As a concierge regardless of how busy you are the phones should always be answered. What is the point of having them if they do not answer the phone. Security - People in this department should have a little bit more common sense and be flexible enough to guest that are staying over two days especially when they see them in and out daily. If you are waiting for your rental car to be brought to you but took too long and you just want to go back inside the lobby to stay away from the hot weather. Is it Necessary for the guest to keep going to the same screening door? Of Which by the way was different treatment from the men security the day before. They did not make a big fuss about it. They actually offered and suggested for me to go back inside as supposed to wait outside.Sometime you have 3 or 4 people at the screening door doing nothing. If you really want the guest stay to be more pleasant and convenient you want to accommodate them and not make it difficult for them. Also these women security thinks they have more authority over men think again. Not a good practice and you're just upsetting too many guest. Parking/Valet - On our first night when we checked-in our rental car with the valet service it was fine except the following morning when we asked them to fetched the car, when they brought it back the car smelled like a dead rat or a sewer. Where did they take the car or parked the car that it smelled that way. Did someone took the car for a joyride and trash it or what, Still did not get any answer about this. What a horrible smell. Room service - is great! The staff never fails to smile and always ready to help when you need something no matter how tired they are. "KUDOS" to these staff. Dining; During Breakfast: CONS: 1. Welcoming staff literally "Blurts" out your room number and name in front of the other guest. No privacy at all. 2. The process are very slow 3. Breakfast staff were not very enthusiastic as if they are on their monthly period all the time. 4. Certain food are not cook very good. 5. Hard to approach the staff for any help 6. On our last day of breakfast someone ask if I wanted something hot to drink and I asked if they finally have a vanilla extract and the person said No, but they can replace it with something else. But that's about it she never came back. Later in the middle of my breakfast another person came to pick up used dishes and I ask what happen to the alternate latte and said he has no clue, but will rush and make it now. During Dinner: CONS: 1. No privacy, they also yell out your room number and your name 2. Certain Filipino foods are not cooked with correct ingredients or cooked authentic. 3. Western Food - Seafoods are overcooked regardless of whether breakfast or dinner. 4. Indian Food - you can tell that the food are not freshly cook whether from day ago or 2 days before same thing. 5. Chinese and Japanese cuisine seems to be in the same spot and hard to tell which one is which. 6. Juices are too sweets 7. Coffee and Lattes - The first time I ask someone to make me a vanilla latte I was told that the vanilla extract was not available. The next day I asked I was told that they are still out and if I am willing to wait the staff offered if they could go out and buy some Starbucks. Of course I told him no need. The 3rd time I gave up. PROS: 1. Staff are much more friendlier and more at ease and offers help even comes out from behind the counter to help dish out the food if they see you struggling. Swimming POOL: 1. It is too chaotic. No separation between family with screaming children and single person here for business you can't relax. read more

Overall, my stay at the Hilton Manila has been outstanding!!! The Hilton Manila is the latest Hilton property to open in the Metro Manila area, and it is an outstanding hotel. From the time you enter the hotel, you get the feeling of a luxury hotel that rivals their sister hotel Conrad Manila. The staff at the hotel from their General Manager on down are outstanding and very welcoming. Say hello to Frances when you arrive, she has a very contagious smile! If you enjoy coffee, they have a coffee bar and lounge as you enter the hotel, Jae, Ashley, Sugar, Aimee and Angel are great at making that perfect cup of coffee, cappuccino, or latte (which was much needed daily). They also serve drinks in the evening, with live entertainment most nights. Dennis Leslie, who is Executive Chef, has done an excellent job of training both the lounge staff in coffee making as well as the food service personnel. Speaking of food, the food here is outstanding. From the buffet breakfast to in-room dining, the food is well prepared, and quite tasty. The rooms are a nice size, and the views of the swimming pool are amazing. The beds are very comfortable, and their is very little outside noise from the airport. The bathrooms have a separate shower and tub, and are very spacious. I would recommend the Hilton Manila to anyone visiting the Metro Manila area for business or pleasure. read more

This hotel just opened in Oct 2018. I booked a car to pick me up at Terminal 1. Flawless and hassle free transfer. Less than 10 mins to the Hilton. New car, smells great, cold water and pleasant driver. Arrived to a cool lobby. Concierge, Dave, took care of everything. Room is large, stylish and smelled great. New and clean very spacious bathroom. Posh robe and slippers. Love the amenities. But truly, the piece de resistance, ordered rooms service and had the most delicious bowl of arroz caldo. Filipino comfort food. Topped off my midnight snack with a pot of camomile tea. Hilton is bliss. I've stayed at the Marriott-pricy and Remington-old, so if you are considering this hotel I advise to a pend the extra $. It's a wonderful, clean and comfy home away from home. read more

As a Hilton Diamond member, we were really catered to. Check-in process was smooth and quick. Only one vehicle in front of us. Checked in at Exec. lounge. Great service! Ample room over looking the pool. Breakfast buffet was awesome. The food in the Exec Lounge was terrific. I wish Hilton had this same set up at all their resorts. What can I say!? Hilton, you've done it again! You've never disappoint me as a Gold Hilton member. From the time we checked in, to the excellent service we experienced around the outstanding service throughout the hotel, we felt like VIPs and how pampered we were just being at this fine hotel. Received a plate of fresh fruits when we checked into our room. The ExecutiveLounge is one of the BEST that I have ever seen. Service was impeccable with the staff and outstanding Chefs who creates the Hors d'oeuvres for their customers who enjoys the Lounge. Also, two thumbs up for Paolo A., a Concierge Team Leader, who took it an extra step to help me rectify a concern with Grab app. We double paid the driver by mistake. He went the extra mile by calling their customer service and got our credit back from our Credit Card! Now, how awesome is that!? That extra mile of doing customer service for their guest is what retains the business. Thats probably why he is leader and it shows through his performance by taking care of his guest at Hilton Manila. We will be sure to come back when in the Philippines again for a visit!
