Although we were only at this place for 1 day and it was well worth it. When we arrived, we quickly checked in and the bell desk took up our luggage after checking in. The bags did pass through an x-ray scanner before they wete brought into the hotel. We were able to get two rooms that included the upgraded free breakfast and one of the rooms had a complimentary chocolate dish with a thank you note included upon check in. The rooms were spacious with one being quite spacious and included a king size bed, table and chairs, huge tv, spacious shower and hot tub with privacy curtains, and tons of bottled water, coffee/tea, mini bar, safe, spots to store your clothing, slippers, and robe. They also included a good amount of toiletries. Almost both rooms were identical except that one had a view (along with balcony) overlooking the golf course and the other did not. It's nice that the key cards were coded to allow us to be able to go to the floors that we had access to. We checked in at the main lobby but realized we could've also checked in at the executive lounge. The bar service there closes at 9:30pm and we got in right before the service closed. They had appetizers and snacks with service starting at 5:30pm, so we got in right before they stopped but after the good stuff was mostly gone. We did manage to swing by for breakfast and they had a nice continental spread. In the executive lounge they also have a boardroom/meeting room available for use first come first serve. The breakfast included at Manila Cafe was quite the experience. They had different stations with Western style items, dim sum, salad, Filipino style, a fruit section, patry and bread section, fresh squeezed juices, coconut water (buko) and even a guy in a Taho cart and someone else bringing around hot chocolate. It was an amazing sight with presentation being key. The service was also top notch with the staff readily available when needed. We ended up checking out the gym since we needed to work off all the food we'd been eating. The gym was on a higher floor and had a view overlooking the city--Makati and BGC. The pool is outside, one level up and has one of the best views. Infinity pool with bar outside and some lounge chairs. The bathrooms outside have access to private sauna (separate one for males and females), steam room, shower, bathroom, lockers. Pretty nice amenities. The fitness center is in a studio space with some exercise bikes, treadmills, ellipticals, free weights, weight rack, exercise machines, medicine balls, mats, etc. It was a pretty nice setup and they also had a couple of tvs. The staff was in and out regularly and they cleaned off some machines during the time we were in the gym. The amenities were pretty nice, views spectacular, service was top notch. If I ever get a chance to stay here again, I'd do it. No complaints and they made me feel very welcome and important.

Very secure hotel with metal detectors and all before entering the lobby. Sorry kinda new to me. A safe place to walk around but don't ever let your guard down of course. We walk in the front lobby and fyi for Bonvoy members, you have to go to the west wing. It's a little fancier. I got the 2 queen beds in a larger room with a golf course view. Clean room with complimentary fresh fruit every morning. The staff was very friendly. Amenities are awesome, especially the rooftop infinity pool overlooking Manila is a nice place just to unwind. The gym is sufficient for a good workout. The elevator is responsive and doesn't take long. For Bonvoy members lounge is awesome and worth it. Unlimited cappuccino need I say more? Highly recommend this place. SYOY manila

I was so lucky to be taken to the Manila Marriott. My rating is a 4+. They had beautiful decor during the Christmas season. In addition, they display local artist's work in an exhibition along the hallway between the wings of the hotel. I enjoyed using the rooftop pool and exercise room, which have a stunning view of the City. The breakfast buffet featured traditional food and regional cuisines, but my favorites were the beautiful desserts and fish dishes with sweet and sour sauce. The service was impeccable as well as the cleanliness and furnishings. I had only one dissatisfaction over the 2 days. Housekeeping staff use a glass disinfectant that had an offensive smell to me. While it was consistently evident that all entry and elevator doors were sparkling clean, the chemical odor of that cleaning agent was unpleasant. Alas, the whiff similar to "Scrubbing Bubbles" is not something that enhances their brand.

    Complimentary shuttle service was cancelled.

I used to love this hotel until I found out last minute that complimentary airport shuttle services were cancelled 17 June 2022. I wasn't informed of this until a day prior I emailed the hotel for instructions on how to locate this service. It would have been nice if this was mentioned when I reserved a room. I believe and hope this service of the 5 star hotel will be included in the future. There are many other hotels in the area with lesser rates that still provides this with timely and clear communication. After I inquired for other ways of transportation to the hotel, I was told that they are able to do a private pick up WITH costs. With rooms over $300, I was hoping to be able to receive the same standard service that was provided previously. See the hotel's response to my inquiry.

I just returned from a 3 week stay at the Marriott Manila and happily used this property as my home base. I highly recommend this location. The service was fantastic! The food in lounge was great and the Steak house was also delicious. Going up and meeting Raymond in the gym and pool deck was the best! His customer service is above and beyond. He found me swim trunks for my grandkids that came to visit and he made the best Mango smoothies. He also can book the spa for you and asked us everyday if he could book us an appt. He always got us the time desired and the spa is fabulous! A great value and a great service if you're feeling a bit of jet lag or just want to be spoiled. I left to go to go to Japan a few days and El nido a few days and upon my return my room was always clean and they did my laundry. I can't say enough about the staff and amazing service me and my family experienced. I only recommend that you download the "Grab" app for transportation because the hotel transport is very overpriced. The airport is very close and should not be $65 for a ride. Certain gates are also walkable to and from the hotel. Lots of fun places to walk to in the area and an attached mall as well. So much fun! I will return! Say hi to Raymond for me ... everybody loves Raymond!

Excellent customer service! Kudos to all that works here! Front Desk agent Jan for being very accommodating cheerful and helpful. Housekeeping Virginia who's always happy to help and maintained impeccable cleanliness of my room and the attentive restaurant manager Anj that folded my table napkin when I got up to get my food caught my attention. Paying attention to small details goes a long way. Jheng also at the restaurant gave an excellent customer service when we had our breakfast before checking out. Overall, a delightful stay with top-notch hospitality. You guys are amazing and are true definition of great customer service.

I am bias as I am a lifetime Titanium with Marriott/Bonvoy but my experience her was great. Great service in the executive lounge, the executive tower is away from ghe main tower and overlooks the Golf course and out to BGC. At nigh it is ama I g view, private gym and pool on the top floor of the executive tower, can still use main pool and all those facilities but why? Several great Resturants, from a Steak house to traditional Chinese. Attached to the mall with many outstanding eating options there including a Wolfgang's Steakhouse. Executive lounge and staff top notch, great food and service and open 24 hours. Only one thing I wish they would do is make an arrangement eigg to h ghe golf course gor Tee times and ghe ability to walk from the hotel to the golf shop

Five Yelp stars for this hotel! Loved they had a shuttle from the airport to this hotel (look for the Resorts World shuttle). If you take a taxi here from the airport, the drivers will probably complain that it's too close, it should not be more than 100 pesos. This area, Pasay, there are tons around, and this hotel is connected to the Resorts World Casino and the Newport Mall. I loved this location because shopping and restaurants were all within walking distance, and you didn't have to go out and deal with the humidity, heat, and traffic. If you are part of the Bonvoy family and have status, the hotel has another section of the building dedicated for those folks, with their own rooftop pool, gym, and the ultimate access to the Executive Lounge! The lounge is top notch, probably up there with the other Marriott lounges. The food is excellent, they serve up Filipino fare along with other essentials when it comes to breakfast and lunch. The main building of the hotel includes a couple of restaurants, spa, pool and gym area. The lobby area is very spacious and is also great for entertaining if guests come to visit. The overall hotel has a luxurious and modern atmosphere which is felt into the hotel rooms and bathrooms. And they have comfy beddings! The hotel is gated and has a guard upon entering or exiting on the driveways. Upon entering, take note, all bags and individuals entering the premises will go through a security scanner. I appreciated that when I called for a taxi, before leaving, the guards took down the taxi number in case anything happened to us. I felt very safe staying here. Everyone that worked there were friendly and helpful, and they all speak English well.

This is the executive lounge for the Manila Marriott hotel. I love this lounge because everyone here is super gracious and helpful. I am truly impress with the level of service that I have received here. Their manager is Marnelli and she is simply fantastic. Karloss here is also an exceptionally gifted and hard working guy! Overall this place is fantastic!

Arrived after a 14 hr flight to the sight of the Marriott driver waiting in the curb for the complimentary transfer. Van had good A/C and driver was polite. Check in was a breeze and the lobby was clean and staff was helpful. The executive suite on the 8th flr (#836) was worth every penny ($380/ night), spacious with full amenities and a beautiful view of the golf course and commercial district. Breakfast and happy hour (top shelf alcohol) at the lounge was awesome. We didn't need to go elsewhere. We had a very relaxing time. Casino and shops are in the same building. Thank you Precious for making up our room efficiently and generously refilling our toiletries. Thank you also to the guy preparing our waffles and pancakes (sorry forgot his name) every morning. Truly a wonderful stay and we didn't want the vacation to end.

Skyline of Mighty Manila from my balcony room 7020 - West Wing.

This review is for the just opened (4 weeks ago) West Wing, a new annex to the successful Marriott hotel close to the airport. Just like Jason D here, I've stayed at Marriotts all over the USA, he's done international Marrriott visits. First, I was taken aback, as soon as I arrived via the car service, I was met at the curb in front of the wing, addressed by my name and taken straight to my room and checked in there. Wish I get checked in like this everywhere. I have to say the rooms at the new wing are far superior than the Marriotts and JW Marriotts I've visited. There's a free shoe shine service, everything is delivered to your doorstep with a smile. There are a few features to this building that are very very good. First, it overlooks the golf course (it looks like a plain golf course; not a golfer so I cannot judge golf courses). But that's not all if you get a room on the golf course side, most rooms are upgrade rooms for Marriott and SPG gold members and above, you will typically get a balcony room, if available (their disclaimer). Go out onto this balcony in the morning and you see an expansive Manila skyline, so expansive it rivals what I've seen of SF, NYC and Chicago skylines. Then the Executive lounge (second floor, I miss it already) is open for continental (much more expansive than your standard eggs and croissants). I took pictures for Yelpers here. Then at 2:30p, there's tea and coffee and cakes for the sweet teeth. At 5:30, hors d'oevres with wine, San Miguel and a partial bar. I saw some members make a meal of the small bites here. Everyone in the lounge were served by the staff by fetching anything from the kitchen. At the West Wing, people remember your name too, no lie. A huge shoutout to the staff in the West Wing, you really took care of us. Thank you for picking up my luggage at 6:45 prompt and loading it onto the shuttle efficiently, I made it to my flight on time. My traveling life is so much more pleasurable with the staff there. I'm getting hooked to the customer service of the staff who work here and that is just the icing on an already superior cake. I agree to Manila Marriotts tag line, Travel Brilliantly. I must say there's no Marriott like Manila's. Impressed beyond words. Visits: 5+ Tip: Ask for a room at the West Wing. I could take a shower roll up the blinds to the bathroom and viewed the Manila skyline every morning.

Upon arrival at 4pm, check-in was swift with excellent customer service. I was pleasantly surprised by being upgraded to a deluxe room, 6023, offering additional space and a window behind the TV. However, I did notice that the A/C vent was not very clean, which I didn't think would be an issue. It was also odd that the room seemed to be automatically on, with a key card already inserted? Unfortunately, after visiting the extremely dirty 11th-floor smoking room only a handful of times I was there, I returned to the states and was diagnosed with bronchitis, making it a terrible experience. I recommend the hotel to pay more attention to cleaning their vents and improving ventilation in the tooms and smoking areas. Despite these issues, the hotel had good amenities, with a nice gym (although it was uncomfortably hot on the second day) and a pool that was warmer later in the day. The pool menu was average; I should have probably chosen a burger over the Banh Mi I ordered. The sandwich needed a lot of improvement. The steam room and sauna worked once during my 3-night, 4-day stay. Real estate agents were persistent near the elevator, and I even had a couple of close calls getting stuck in it. The housekeeping staff was friendly, and Mark, who brought ice promptly every night upon request, deserved a tip (even small tips like 50-100php were appreciated). We added the breakfast buffet for $4 per person per day, which was worth it. However, there was a discrepancy in the breakfast charges, my cousins suprised me and booked a couple of rooms; I was told breakfast buffet would be 390php instead was charged 950php. Despite my overall rating of 4 stars, the experience felt more like a 3.5 out of 5. I would still recommend this hotel, but guests should be vigilant about cleanliness issues. I regret not addressing the A/C vent problem and requesting a room change during my stay.

Undoubtedly no because Hyatt always seems to deliver and the temperature of the water was tolerable for our 1 night stay.

Joel checked us in and was a bartender in the lounge at night; The bellman Kyle went above and beyond. There were 4 of us, and he delivered 8 large bags/luggages of pasalubong to mija's room; Big room w/ nice bathroom that had marble like tiles to the ceiling; Complimentary snacks, soft drinks and toothbrushes, et al in the room; Casino adjacent; Negatives: Spotty wifi; No rubber mat for marble type shower floors. Its slippery; One small ass tube of lotion for 2 people. They should have a lotion dispenser w/ a holder similar to the liquids in the shower; In Dec 2024, I stayed at the Grand Hyatt in BGC. Although the Regency is smaller vs the Grand, it is no less lively. The clientele seemed to mostly be locals, some of whom enjoy going to a casino. I like this property bc it is closer to MNL vs the Grand.

The hotel is fairly new and very central to shopping - next the new Greenbelt mall, attached older Landmark mall and easily accessible to the Glorietta mall complexes so there is no shortage of shopping or food options within a 5min walk. It is also attached to the Raffles hotel. I really enjoyed the breakfast here - lots of international options (Philippine, Japanese, Chinese, Western, etc). Pro-tip: they will happily bring any items not displayed if available (ie I got a daily plate of fresh mangoes!). Get spa services here - I got a 3hr Fairmont Special (scrub, facial and massage) for $150 USD - this is very expensive locally but a great deal vs US prices and honestly it was excellent! You can definitely go to the mall for half cost but this is a convenient option as well. Hotel also provides affordable transportation options - much more expensive than using Grab - but worth peace of mind if you're new to the area and worried about transportation.
