Excellent service and memorable experience for my parents, post Anniversary celebration. Their breakfast buffer was also great. We were treated really well inside the buffet section. They keep checking and refilling water and/or coffee and plate replacements and all with smiles and attentiveness. We sent a thank you note to the Corporate to hopefully honor their staff members.

A nice, clean hotel that is slightly dated and lacking some amenities of other Manilla hotels. Room: Well-prices with views of the Bay, the pool, or the city. It was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom did not have a large tub, like other hotels in Manilla at this price. The shower was nice, but complicated. The rest of the bathroom was not high tech like others in Manilla (heated seat, bidet). The furniture and items on furniture were worn, showing their age. Restaurants: I ordered room service a few times. Food was quite good. You order thru their website and it says to expect a 45 min wait. I never had to wait that long. The breakfast is a buffet. The buffet is li.ited to about half of the items seen at other hotels in the area. Ammenities: They have a full spa that is reasonably priced. They also have a nice, clean, modern pool with a poolside bar. Very nice. Locality: The hotel is very close to the Mall of Asia. There are amusement rides near the hotel.

This hotel is a great hotel to stay if you are in Manila. The staff are friendly and helpful. There's soo much to do without having to leave the hotel! There's the mall connected, there's a bar downstairs, a restaurant, affordable room service, a gym, the pool, and they have great breakfast buffet. There's ferries wheel is within walking distance along with the restaurants on the boardwalk.

Had trouble with our coffee machine. Worked first day but not the second day. Switch was very hidden. TV never seemed to work except late afternoon & evening bc of cable service provider down. Shower was a danger zone; my wife slipped the moment she turned on the faucet unaware of the rain shower was on top! Luckily she held onto the knob so she wouldn't slip & fall onto the floor of the shower. We asked Marlo the kind & hardworking housekeeper to leave an extra bath mat in there but wife ended up taking a bath after figuring out where is that hot water that she almost gave up! Like wtf??? A very tricky situation. She really didn't want to take a shower but much preferred taking a nice long & relaxing bath! We did have an awesome suite room despite the small issues. Breakfast buffet was the best there was. Better than our ocean cruise! The Mall connected directly to the hotel which was very convenient. It made staying here very nice to visit! Too bad we didn't like the hot & humid weather in the Philippines even in the wintertime. Bc of that we probably will not return in our lifetime.,

Clean comfortable room. Excellent bathroom / shower. Great view. A winner!

Conrad Manila!I didn't know what to expect? I roughed it north 4 hours for 12 days. This 2 day visit was a much needed rest at the end of my adventure before flying home. 1st class VIP experience from entry to exit and everything in between was amazing. Thank you sir, Yes sir. You're welcome sir! Have a great evening sir! Good Morning sir! You get the point. Very polite staff. Excellence! Whatever you need, just ask and they will deliver, and deliver quickly. Customer service at its finest. Easy check in. Drive up, go through security and up to the 2nd floor check in. Great security. Safe place! A Nice Lobby I must say. I walked off the elevator and said to myself this will work. Exceeded my expectations! I Received a Great room overlooking the pool / bay view situated on the executive level floor. A nice Executive lounge. Visited for breakfast & happy hour. Customer service at its finest! A great lounge. All inclusive. Very clean. I ordered Room service when I arrived that evening and in the morning for breakfast. Much needed. Delivery was quick, food delivered hot on a table rolled right up to the bed. Everything was great. No issues! Everything I needed was on that table and more. The 3rd floor inside/ outside bar area has great views of the bay and excellent cocktails. This is the smoking area in the hotel. A favorite place for great sunset photos. Excellent views and Comfortable seating. servers come out to tend to your needs. 1st class service. The Conrad Manila has everything you need for a world class experience. I'm Definitely staying here next time I'm in Manila. Nice job!

I just stayed here for 5 days. Funky style hotel. First floor is basically where you drive up and give your luggages to the bellhop. It also has decent a coffee shop. But no restrooms. You would think they would have restrooms considering people have been traveling. Then, you take the elevator to the next floor. I can see why they designed it this way. Because the moment the elevator doors open on the main lobby, you have the view of beautiful Manila Bay...it gives you the WOW factor. So, to get to your room or to leave the hotel, you have to use 2 different set of elevators. The location of this hotel is excellent. It's walking distance to everything you need. Restaurants, ATMs, attached to mall, near MOA, grocery stores, Manila Bay activities, etc. Service was 5 star throughout the hotel except in 1 area. The bar/pool area. Management really dropped the ball on this one. They had 1 guy attending the bar, Jemmy. This is the only guy working the bar/pool the whole time I was there. Jemmy was making drinks, taking orders, food runner from the kitchen, doing his paper work, etc. with no help at all. Even on a non busy day, it's too much work for 1 person. Because of this, service in the pool area was terrible. I've also sent them a review of this. One thing that they did for me that I really appreciated was a late checkout...instead of noon, I checked out at 2pm. They did have their own car service for a fee. They also did money exchange. Everything else about this hotel was excellent.

    Dynamic architecture and dramatic views!

We stayed at The Conrad Manila for 2 nights in early April 2023 and the experience far exceeded most that I have had living and travelliing in Asia for many many years. The staff was so accommodating and welcoming upon arrival and they eased our 14+ hour journey from California with direct and personal acknowledgements and the most welcoming and truly sincere smiles. Our room was perfect in every way with modern accommodations and Instagram worthy views of the hotel pool and Manila Bay in the background. My queries to the concierge staff about airport transfers, the attached Mall of Asia (one of the biggest in the region) and other details were addressed professionally and with a true eagerness to help make our experience the best. The accommodations and amenities were not only on-par, but on many levels exceeded 5-star equivalents we encountered in the US. In the mornings there were early morning coffee and breakfast items available for purchase from a take-out cart in front of the hotel...with a view of the closed avenue featuring weekend cyclists enjoying their Saturday morning seaside route. Wow, Conrad Manila... you guys ROCK! Highly recommended. What a wonderful representation of a truly exceptional 5 star hotel experience Manila!

I'm in the middle of my first stay here and about the most negative thing I can say about it is that its expansive 2 wing layout will be tough on those that don't like to walk. Much of the hotel based services are in the south wing with about half the rooms and the walking connection to the SM Mall of Asia and the other half of the rooms are in the north wing. There is a separate entrance/exit in the north wing but it is locked after 10pm so if your room is in the north, unless you are a recluse, you will get in several thousand steps just getting in and out of the hotel. Although that is the most negative thing I could come up with, I actually find it kind of nice because having my room in the north wing means, it is very quiet and feels almost private. This is a very modern, luxurious, and full-service property with all of the amenities you would imagine, including some great views, a great location on the waterfront, views of the boardwalk and the Ferris wheel, an executive club that is very private and expansive, and some nice restaurants with award-winning teams at the helm. The rooms are also very well appointed, comfortable, and clean with nightly turn down services that are a really nice touch. I think the absolute best part of this property, however, is the people that work here. I have run into many of them, and every single one of them is polite, genuinely happy, and looking to be of service. I was asked three times on my first day by various employees if I had any special requests, dietary restrictions, or needs for room amenities such as extra filtered water, special pillows, or anything else for that matter. Granted, I have significant loyalty status with Hilton, which gets me perks and recognition, but I have seen these same employees treat every guest the same way they are treating me, so I don't think that is part of the equation here. The genuine expressions of hospitality are really impressive and make this a really nice place to stay when in Manila. It's location across the street from the waterfront is also pretty prime because there are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance as well as a separate entrance to the mall of Asia, which has a fantastic food court for casual and inexpensive dining options if you are looking for something like that. A pro tip for visitors from different time. zones is to go through this dedicated walkway to the mall off of the north wing lobby, and on the way to the mall is a small convenience store where you can stock up on snacks or instant Ramen for the room. I find that whenever I am in this time zone, I wake up around two in the morning, and I am starving so being able to make something to eat dorm room style is key to keeping me happy. At two in the morning, there is not much around the hotel within walking distance that is still open for convenient eats so cup ramen hits the spot. In case it is not apparent, I really like this property. If given the chance, I would not miss the opportunity to stay here again and neither should you.

Great hotel and close to the airport. Love the art work. Secure and connected to mall of Asia via bridge - the bridge closes by 10 PM.

My wife and I stayed in Conrad Manila Hotel for 3 nights. We both give this place a 4/5 stars. The hotel reached out via email to confirm our early morning arrival at 0300 and upgraded our suite to accommodate us even better given that we paid an extra day to compensate our arrival window. That itself made the experience personable. From the food to the hotel staff, we have no complaints at all compared to the other 5 star hotels. We stayed on the 7th floor, executive lounge, and their bathroom setup was incredible-- highly recommend! The hotel view from the room is subpar. There was construction in front of the pool and across the Bay. They're building an extension of the mall that ruins the whole view. Furthermore, the smell if you step outside the hotel is horrendous. Just an absolute pungent smell coming from the Bay. You can also smell this if you're in the pool. It's pretty bad. The hotel has a ton of food and shopping options given that it's literally connected to the Mall. Also, IKEA is nearby, two blocks down, if you would like to check that out and walk around. We recommend this place over Grand Hyatt Hotel in BGC which we also stayed at for 4 nights.

It was a great place to stay. They went beyond my expectation as a Hilton Member. They gave me cake for my Birthday, Plushie, and superb room view. Room and lobby was very clean. Easy access to mall. I wish Hilton in US/ Canada has this kind of service. Cant wait to book another stay with them.

My husband and I ended our last 2 nights of our honeymoon and our trip to the Philippines at The Conrad - a very pleasant stay! We arrived at our hotel around 2pm on a Saturday and though there was a long line to check-in, the staff was efficient with the process and they were apologetic for the wait. To our surprise, our room was upgraded to a Bay View Room with a fantastic view of the sunset and we were able to opt for a free breakfast buffet for 2. We mainly chose The Conrad due to its proximity to the Mall of Asia and the airport and we do not regret our decision! It was very easy to walk to the SM and MOA to complete our pasalubong shopping. There are also many other options for food, restaurants, and dessert at the first floor of the hotel and in MOA if you want to venture out of the hotel. Booking a Grab for transport to the airport on our final day was very easy and there was very little traffic leaving at 6:30am on a Monday. Concierge was kind enough to assist us with both unloading and loading our many baggages when we arrived/left the hotel. Service was amazing! 2 of our bags were delayed and were to be delivered by our airline to the hotel. Communicating with both the front desk and concierge to ensure safe delivery of our bags was easy. We were surprised by a delivery of a Conrad caribou plush on our first night and a Best Wishes cake and chocolate for our honeymoon the next day. The robes provided with the room were very cozy. A very comfortable stay, beautiful rooms, and great service!

Prime lodgings at prime prices, which are not really far from US midlevel hotel rates. But the architecture and access to the coastal area establishments are pretty awesome. The suite we got had a 180 degree view of the Bay. Staff are very nice.

This hotel came highly recommended - the mall is nearby, tons of eatery options, there's a casino a few minutes away, and most of all, it's only a 10-15 minute drive to the airport. But after a 10 hour drive just getting here, I just wanted to chill and relax, maybe have grub from the hotel restaurant (Millie's - that's for another review.) I wasn't really interested in leaving after arrival, more especially with that pending long flight back to the US coming up in a few hours. But off the bat, I was impressed. Staff was very cautious about unloading our bags from the car to the cart. They were also quick and efficient about delivering them to our room. Checking in was also an easy and quick process. Best of all, all levels of staff were very welcoming. The room was pristine clean. The beds were made perfect. Not a speck of clutter anywhere. The bathroom was the same - it truly smelled sanitized. The only hiccup was the signal for the smart TV wasn't strong, so it kept skipping out every five or ten seconds or so, so just keeping the TV on wasn't pleasant. I made staff aware, but since we were only gonna be there for hours, plus the WiFi was pretty strong, we made do with smart phones and tablets. But staff was aware and mentioned they will take a look at it. Cost was a little under $200US. I was overall impressed. Keeping them on my radar for when the need comes up again.

Title: Exceptional 60th Birthday Stay with Top-Notch Service…read moreI seldom write reviews, but when I do, it's because I want to share a truly honest experience. When I vacation, I plan ahead and prefer staying in 4 to 5-star hotels. I don't mind spending money as long as the experience is worth it--that's the whole point of a vacation! From the moment I stepped out of my car, the service was extraordinary. Everyone, from the concierge to the front desk and the restaurant staff where I celebrated my birthday, was incredibly polite and accommodating. Most importantly, the hotel was spotless. I was initially worried because it's a casino hotel and I feared it would be smoky (which is a concern for my asthmatic child), but it was very fresh. The brunch buffet at Fresh was delicious, and the ambiance was perfect. You truly get what you pay for. A special thank you to Ms. Valdez for assisting with my booking all the way from California! Regarding security and safety: after lunch, we checked in and headed to the pool to relax and watch the Manila Bay sunset. I was impressed to see lifeguards everywhere. I even overheard a child asking to remove her life vest because she felt she was tall enough, but the lifeguard asked, "Can you swim?" When she said no, the lifeguard firmly said, "No." Seeing that level of responsibility made me feel so much more comfortable leaving my kids in the pool area. The room itself was a sanctuary. The bedding was high-quality, and despite the hotel being busy, the soundproofing was excellent--I couldn't hear any noise from the casino floor or the hallways. For a parent with an asthmatic child, I also noticed the AC filters were well-maintained; there wasn't a hint of dust or that old hotel' smell. It sad to say they beat Caesar Palace Las Vegas . The location is perfect for those who want to be near the airport without feeling like they are in a 'transit' hotel. Being right by Manila Bay gives you those world-class sunset views that you just can't get anywhere else in the city. It felt like a true resort getaway in the middle of the metro. Check-out was seamless. They offered various transportation options, from a private limousine to Grab services for the airport. Thank you to Ms. Pam and Ms. Marge for the excellent customer service. They truly made this vacation stress-free. I highly recommend this hotel! 100 percent will come back again!

Upon arrival at 4pm, check-in was swift with excellent customer service. I was pleasantly surprised by being upgraded to a deluxe room, 6023, offering additional space and a window behind the TV. However, I did notice that the A/C vent was not very clean, which I didn't think would be an issue. It was also odd that the room seemed to be automatically on, with a key card already inserted? Unfortunately, after visiting the extremely dirty 11th-floor smoking room only a handful of times I was there, I returned to the states and was diagnosed with bronchitis, making it a terrible experience. I recommend the hotel to pay more attention to cleaning their vents and improving ventilation in the tooms and smoking areas. Despite these issues, the hotel had good amenities, with a nice gym (although it was uncomfortably hot on the second day) and a pool that was warmer later in the day. The pool menu was average; I should have probably chosen a burger over the Banh Mi I ordered. The sandwich needed a lot of improvement. The steam room and sauna worked once during my 3-night, 4-day stay. Real estate agents were persistent near the elevator, and I even had a couple of close calls getting stuck in it. The housekeeping staff was friendly, and Mark, who brought ice promptly every night upon request, deserved a tip (even small tips like 50-100php were appreciated). We added the breakfast buffet for $4 per person per day, which was worth it. However, there was a discrepancy in the breakfast charges, my cousins suprised me and booked a couple of rooms; I was told breakfast buffet would be 390php instead was charged 950php. Despite my overall rating of 4 stars, the experience felt more like a 3.5 out of 5. I would still recommend this hotel, but guests should be vigilant about cleanliness issues. I regret not addressing the A/C vent problem and requesting a room change during my stay.

It's packed with traveling Japanese, Euros and Australians in the city to party. More than sufficient for an overnight stay. I am writing a blog for great and reasonable travel in Southeast Asia and this Thai based company, is expanding in the Japan, Malaysia,Thailand and now the Philippines markets is one of the leading contenders in reasonable housing. The other value-added service here is the car pickup from MNL to this hotel. Its the cheapest around about 1100 Phil. pesos round trip (about $22). A person shows up at the airport by baggage claim with your name on a sign, just like a regular limo service. The car is an economy car unless you want to limo. That costs more of course. You can book through the travel desk at this hotel (a 3rd party company) to the right of the checkin desk. Or email the hotel ahead of time. It takes about 24 hours to confirm your airport pick up. Verdict: Enjoyed it for an overnight stay. Will use again if i come in on a late night flight and leaving the next morning. Visits: 1 Tip: Do not stay here if you expect 4-5 star hotel services. But come here if you want to save beaucoup $$ because the rate is incredibly fair. There is a Family Mart and 2 other convenience stores. There are no phones in the room. Think of this room as airport lodging while in transit nothing more.
