Beautiful property with views overlooking Manila Bay. Security was tight as they checked incoming vehicles at the gate before allowing them to drop guests off at the front entrance. Once we were dropped off we had to take an elevator to the 3rd floor to check in. The host stationed near the elevator and check-in line was friendly. I chatted with him for a little bit and he answered my questions. The front desk staff were kind too. It seemed like a pretty popular hotel with international travelers. While I waited in line I overheard different languages while they walked by. The room was spacious and clean. We had a nice view of Manila Bay and the promenade. The bathroom had a rainfall shower and they offered the usual toiletries on the sink counter. The view was pretty at night as the seaside promenade was lit up. The room service Halo-Halo was good. It was a pretty big portion size so my fam and I were able to share it. It was a nice treat after a busy day. The room was pretty quiet. If we had neighbors we didn't hear them. The pool area was nicely designed and beautifully landscaped. The staff working there were friendly. I liked that there was artwork spread throughout the resort so there was always something interesting to look at. The different artwork stopped me in my tracks a couple of times. We dined at one of their restaurants, Brasserie on 3, and we showed up for their breakfast buffet. I still think Medley Buffet at Okada is better in food and service but Brasserie was still pretty good. The hotel has a pretty large layout so it can take some time to get to the Mall of Asia but it was still very convenient. I liked that this property is connected to the mall via a pedestrian bridge. It was definitely one of the better hotels I stayed at while on vacation. I would stay here again. read more

Amazing hotel! What a way to start the trip. We came straight to the Conard Manila right after a long fifteen hour flight from the LA to freshen up before our drive up to Baguio. My mother in law booked the Presidential Suite and boy it was awesome. The rooms are huge with nice bathrooms. It also have a it's own private pool as well. A nice, clean hotel that is slightly dated and lacking some amenities of other Manilla hotels. Room: Well-prices with views of the Bay, the pool, or the city. It was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom did not have a large tub, like other hotels in Manilla at this price. The shower was nice, but complicated. The rest of the bathroom was not high tech like others in Manilla (heated seat, bidet). The furniture and items on furniture were worn, showing their age. Restaurants: I ordered room service a few times. Food was quite good. You order thru their website and it says to expect a 45 min wait. I never had to wait that long. The breakfast is a buffet. The buffet is li.ited to about half of the items seen at other hotels in the area. Ammenities: They have a full spa that is reasonably priced. Had trouble with our coffee machine. Worked first day but not the second day. Switch was very hidden. TV never seemed to work except late afternoon & evening bc of cable service provider down. Shower was a danger zone; my wife slipped the moment she turned on the faucet unaware of the rain shower was on top! Luckily she held onto the knob so she wouldn't slip & fall onto the floor of the shower. We asked Marlo the kind & hardworking housekeeper to leave an extra bath mat in there but wife ended up taking a bath after figuring out where is that hot water that she almost gave up! Like wtf??? A very tricky situation. She really didn't want to take a shower but much preferred taking a nice long & relaxing bath! We did have an awesome suite room despite the small issues. Breakfast buffet was the best there was. Better than our ocean cruise! The Mall connected directly to the hotel which was very convenient. It made staying here very nice to visit! I ordered Room service when I arrived that evening and in the morning for breakfast. Much needed. Delivery was quick, food delivered hot on a table rolled right up to the bed. Everything was great. No issues! Everything I needed was on that table and more. The 3rd floor inside/ outside bar area has great views of the bay and excellent cocktails. This is the smoking area in the hotel. I just stayed here for 5 days. Funky style hotel. First floor is basically where you drive up and give your luggages to the bellhop. It also has decent a coffee shop. But no restrooms. You would think they would have restrooms considering people have been traveling. Then, you take the elevator to the next floor. I can see why they designed it this way. Because the moment the elevator doors open on the main lobby, you have the view of beautiful Manila Bay...it gives you the WOW factor. So, to get to your room or to leave the hotel, you have to use 2 different set of elevators. The location of this hotel is excellent. It's walking distance to everything you need. Restaurants, ATMs, attached to mall, near MOA, grocery stores, Manila Bay activities, etc. Service was 5 star throughout the hotel except in 1 area. The bar/pool area. Management really dropped the ball on this one. They had 1 guy attending the bar, Jemmy. This is the only guy working the bar/pool the whole time I was there. Jemmy was making drinks, taking orders, food runner from the kitchen, doing his paper work, etc. with no help at all. Even on a non busy day, it's too much work for 1 person. Because of this, service in the pool area was terrible. I've also sent them a review of this. One thing that they did for me that I really appreciated was a late checkout...instead of noon, I checked out at 2pm. They did have their own car service for a fee. They also did money exchange. You definitely get the feel of high end with it's contemporary museum feel with sculptures adorning the bottom floor concierge and the even more impressive check in area on the 3rd floor. The check in area boasts sweeping views of Manila Bay and the boardwalk. It was very popular amongst guests and visitors and there was always people taking pictures. Here are my TOP 3 reasons you should book your next stay at the Conrad Manila. 1. Accommodation - The King Deluxe room was spacious and modern with a comfy king sized bed, a large sofa spanning the window and a great work/study desk. Tons of storage space for clothing and luggage. Large bathroom area with separate toilet and shower area. All the products provided are from high end brand Byredo from the hand soap, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. They even do turndown service on your first night which was a pleasant surprise. 2. Amenities - The fitness area overlooking the central pool was spacious and had everything you would want in a gym from multiple treadmills, ellipticals, free weights and weight machines. A nice bonus was the locker rooms which where very modern and clean. They also had a steam room and sauna. The other amenity I enjoyed was the pool. This pool was massive as I enjoyed swimming laps back and forth. Plenty of loungers and cabanas throughout the pool area and not to mention a bar centrally located. 3. Dining - My stay included breakfast everyday at Brasserie on 3 which is a buffet style breakfast with traditional western, filipino and indian selections. It was one of the best breakfast buffets as they everything from soups, sushi, pancakes, waffles, cheeses and more. I also had dinner at Brasserie on 3 for their dinner buffet with seafood and steak. Again a great selection of crabs, large prawns, prime rib, chicken and more. As for a nightcap, The C Lounge is a great bar/lounge with an epic view of the ferris wheel at night. Live music nightly and fantastic drink offerings from their amazing bartenders. Overall my stay was great from the accommodations, the friendly staff and not to mention the close proximity to the Mall of Asia which is a quick 5 minute walk through a connected bridge. We stayed at The Conrad Manila for 2 nights in early April 2023 and the experience far exceeded most that I have had living and travelliing in Asia for many many years. The staff was so accommodating and welcoming upon arrival and they eased our 14+ hour journey from California with direct and personal acknowledgements and the most welcoming and truly sincere smiles. Our room was perfect in every way with modern accommodations and Instagram worthy views of the hotel pool and Manila Bay in the background. My queries to the concierge staff about airport transfers, the attached Mall of Asia (one of the biggest in the region) and other details were addressed professionally and with a true eagerness to help make our experience the best. The accommodations and amenities were not only on-par, but on many levels exceeded 5-star equivalents we encountered in the US. In the mornings there were early morning coffee and breakfast items available for purchase from a take-out cart in front of the hotel...with a view of the closed avenue featuring weekend cyclists enjoying their Saturday morning seaside route. Conrad Manila - Dynamic architecture and dramatic views! - Hotels Near Me - Pasay City, NCR

I'm in the middle of my first stay here and about the most negative thing I can say about it is that its expansive 2 wing layout will be tough on those that don't like to walk. Much of the hotel based services are in the south wing with about half the rooms and the walking connection to the SM Mall of Asia and the other half of the rooms are in the north wing. There is a separate entrance/exit in the north wing but it is locked after 10pm so if your room is in the north, unless you are a recluse, you will get in several thousand steps just getting in and out of the hotel. Although that is the most negative thing I could come up with, I actually find it kind of nice because having my room in the north wing means, it is very quiet and feels almost private. This is a very modern, luxurious, and full-service property with all of the amenities you would imagine, including some great views, a great location on the waterfront, views of the boardwalk and the Ferris wheel, an executive club that is very private and expansive, and some nice restaurants with award-winning teams at the helm. The rooms are also very well appointed, comfortable, and clean with nightly turn down services that are a really nice touch. I think the absolute best part of this property, however, is the people that work here. I have run into many of them, and every single one of them is polite, genuinely happy, and looking to be of service. I was asked three times on my first day by various employees if I had any special requests, dietary restrictions, or needs for room amenities such as extra filtered water, special pillows, or anything else for that matter. Granted, I have significant loyalty status with Hilton, which gets me perks and recognition, but I have seen these same employees treat every guest the same way they are treating me, so I don't think that is part of the equation here. The genuine expressions of hospitality are really impressive and make this a really nice place to stay when in Manila. It's location across the street from the waterfront is also pretty prime because there are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance as well as a separate entrance to the mall of Asia, which has a fantastic food court for casual and inexpensive dining options if you are looking for something like that. A pro tip for visitors from different time. zones is to go through this dedicated walkway to the mall off of the north wing lobby, and on the way to the mall is a small convenience store where you can stock up on snacks or instant Ramen for the room. I find that whenever I am in this time zone, I wake up around two in the morning, and I am starving so being able to make something to eat dorm room style is key to keeping me happy. At two in the morning, there is not much around the hotel within walking distance that is still open for convenient eats so cup ramen hits the spot. In case it is not apparent, I really like this property. If given the chance, I would not miss the opportunity to stay here again and neither should you. read more

My wife and I stayed in Conrad Manila Hotel for 3 nights. We both give this place a 4/5 stars. The hotel reached out via email to confirm our early morning arrival at 0300 and upgraded our suite to accommodate us even better given that we paid an extra day to compensate our arrival window. That itself made the experience personable. From the food to the hotel staff, we have no complaints at all compared to the other 5 star hotels. We stayed on the 7th floor, executive lounge, and their bathroom setup was incredible-- highly recommend! The hotel view from the room is subpar. There was construction in front of the pool and across the Bay. They're building an extension of the mall that ruins the whole view. Furthermore, the smell if you step outside the hotel is horrendous. Just an absolute pungent smell coming from the Bay. You can also smell this if you're in the pool. It's pretty bad. The hotel has a ton of food and shopping options given that it's literally connected to the Mall. Also, IKEA is nearby, two blocks down, if you would like to check that out and walk around. We recommend this place over Grand Hyatt Hotel in BGC which we also stayed at for 4 nights. read more

My husband and I ended our last 2 nights of our honeymoon and our trip to the Philippines at The Conrad - a very pleasant stay! We arrived at our hotel around 2pm on a Saturday and though there was a long line to check-in, the staff was efficient with the process and they were apologetic for the wait. To our surprise, our room was upgraded to a Bay View Room with a fantastic view of the sunset and we were able to opt for a free breakfast buffet for 2. We mainly chose The Conrad due to its proximity to the Mall of Asia and the airport and we do not regret our decision! It was very easy to walk to the SM and MOA to complete our pasalubong shopping. There are also many other options for food, restaurants, and dessert at the first floor of the hotel and in MOA if you want to venture out of the hotel. Booking a Grab for transport to the airport on our final day was very easy and there was very little traffic leaving at 6:30am on a Monday. Concierge was kind enough to assist us with both unloading and loading our many baggages when we arrived/left the hotel. Service was amazing! 2 of our bags were delayed and were to be delivered by our airline to the hotel. Communicating with both the front desk and concierge to ensure safe delivery of our bags was easy. We were surprised by a delivery of a Conrad caribou plush on our first night and a Best Wishes cake and chocolate for our honeymoon the next day. The robes provided with the room were very cozy. Stayed here for a week from Xmas to New Year's Eve and it was overall a good experience. The property is impressive, the food is good and the staff service was overall very good. I took off one star due to a few hotel issues. This hotel is part of the Hilton family and I have preferred status on the Hilton honors program. It's supposed to come with a complimentary room upgrade, views, complimentary breakfast and lounge access but they said they couldn't give me anything except breakfast due to availability. I don't think they made enough effort to offset other perks that should have come with my stay. Would I stay here again? Maybe, but I would make sure I confirmed my expectations before my next visit or call Hilton honors ahead to voice my prior concerns. read more

12.31.18 - o1.o4.19 Very pretty hotel. We we're supposed to check in 12.3o but we got stranded on the island due to the typhoon. T.T But thankfully, at last, we got back to the city on New Year's Eve and got to enjoy a hot shower and a comfy bed. The hotel was absolutely beautiful. It has very pretty decorations and the staffs are super friendly. And it was pretty crazy that there was a security scan by every entrance. But I realized that's everywhere in the Philippines for hotels and shops. Wow The room was very nicely oriented. And there were some welcome snacks. I ate them all. Such a fatty haha The front desk staff was able to get us in to the C Lounge for the fireworks for the New Year. Thank you so much. We also got access to the executive lounge. They have varieties of breakfast! There are noodles hehe We wanted Bayside view and the executive lounge staff was able to change our room when it became available. We spent a few hours to explore the hotel and ended up at the spa. We were able to book a couples spa and a facial for myself. The one served me was Grace. She was amazing! After the spa, I shared my experience with my bf. He said his person didn't do as much as mine. Owell, they liked me more. Hahaha And I was very ill too. I pretty much lose my voice. I was so scared that I'll get them sick. I returned the next day for my facial and I got Grace again. It was a very nice experience. I fell asleep a little. Hahaha And because I was very sick, there was one day we just stayed in the hotel to chill and I watched Birdbox on Netflix. We didn't have dinner since we weren't very hungry apparently. But later that night, we got hungry and ordered room service. My bf said the portion is probably very small since room services usually cost more and the price wasn't too bad. Boy was he wrong. The portions were huge! And I couldn't eat much because I had no appetite due to my sickness. I wish I got to enjoy it more. We had the beef bone soup and the grilled pork. What an amazing hotel! This was definitely a luxury experience no matter the origin of your standards. We stayed three nights at the Conrad. It's located adjacent to the Mall of Asia with a shortcut to reach it through the hotel. We were immediately greeted by a bellman who helped with our luggage and led us to the check-in area on the third floor. The floor-to-ceiling glass windows are spectacular, really adding to the ambiance. You'll see the Ferris wheel and bustling "fairground" type of environment across the street (nice to visit at night). There is a separate set of elevators around the corner from the Brassiere on 3rd restaurant to access floors 4-7. The seventh floor is the executive lounge--we didn't utilize the offerings (its own dining area, happy hours, etc.) but it hosted panoramic views and spacious rooms. Our room was immaculate, the beds cozy, and the bathroom extravagant. Ceiling shower head for the win! I also really enjoyed the slippers and robes that kept me cozy. We had a gorgeous view of the ocean with seating by the window to sit and enjoy your morning cup of coffee. I got an amazing night's sleep each time. We ate at the Brassiere on 3rd every morning for breakfast (pre-purchased upon booking) as well as one night for dinner. Both buffets included a huge variety sure to satisfy anyone. My only complaint about the entire stay was that the food was often not kept warm enough, but otherwise it was all delicious. There are countless other dining options within the mall as well as within walking distance of the hotel--oh yeah, there's a coffee shop on the ground floor and another coffee shop/cocktail lounge right next to the entrance. Nearly every staff member we encountered was memorably nice--the Philippines hosts some of the kindest people you'll meet in general, but this place shows off the best of the best. I highly recommend the Conrad if you're looking for a place to treat yourself for your visit to this incredible island nation capital. read more

Currently the hotel room with a twin size bed runs for P37,193.88 ($700+) for 3 nights stay. You can opt to have a view of the Manila bay for more money. Great place to stay at during New Years for fireworks. Food is geared towards the tourists but they still serve authentic Pinoy dishes like Adobo, tapsilog, etc. Cost of breakfast buffet is PHP 2093.32 for 2 people as of 01/28/2020 (they honored my Mom's senior citizen discount as long as you show your ID/DL) Lots of food choices! When a hotel claims to be 5-stars, the service expectations are high and the Conrad Manila just doesn't deliver. Great sunset views on the third floor terrace overlooking the Bay with decent cocktails, but trying to order was confusingly awkward. After sitting ready for 10 mins trying to catch an eye, a waiter came over and I thought my luck was turning but he just wanted to take the QR code menu in front of me to another table and wandered off with it. The room had a broken TV remote and after 5 calls to the front desk over two days it was finally replaced. The bathroom mirror light was out. The wash cloths I used were removed but not replaced. Shower gel and shampoo replenished but not the conditioner. Surfaces seemed minimally cleaned and restrooms throughout had a sweaty, plastic quality. The simple things seemed to require a call to the front desk each time. The signs everywhere stating a strict 'business or business casual' dress code were pretentious and hilariously ignored by the droves of guests pouring out of the pool in their robes and milling about the lobby. Team Conrad: it's the details that matter. The Conrad serves 3-star service for a 5-star price tag. You can experience the restaurants without the disappointment of a room reservation. read more

Oh man!!! This hotel is BEAUTIFUL! It's location on Manila Bay (polluted, albeit, but I used my imagination) and proximity to Mall of Asia, S. Maison, and Shoemart can't be beat! We were in Manila for a friend's wedding and I chose Conrad Manila because I had a lot of Hilton Honors points I could burn through, and I do not regret it! We were there during the busy ASEAN conference, but it didn't compromise our stay. We were wondering why our friends were giving us crap about staying here, and from my photos you can see why! Check in can be confusing, since the lobby on the first floor is not the actual lobby, it's on the 3rd floor. Once we got to the right place, check-in was a breeze! Although the front desk did not mention they upgraded us to a 1-bedroom corner suite, so we were pleasantly surprised when we walked in our room!!! This room is bigger than our condo in Seattle!!! Amenities were fantastic! I didn't use the Executive Lounge since we could enjoy the breakfast buffet in the restaurant hotel. Staff were very nice, although we didn't really use the concierge services, everyone we encountered was pleasant. We will definitely book a room here next time in Manila! read more

If i had to live in the Philippines I would live in the 5th floor corner suite overlooking Manila Bay because for a $120/night 5 star hotel during a busy weekend.. this was one of the highlights of my Philippines vacation! You will feel like a baller on a budget.. but still super BOUGIE! I came on recommendation by a friend... I mean the Miss Universe contestants stayed here so it had to be the best! The hotel is large, clean, comfortable, customer service friendly, etc. etc. etc. I recommend paying for your room when booking to get the best rate and not have to worry about charges (other than incidentals) upon check out. We got room service on our last day and it arrived promptly and deliciously! There's also a PILLOW MENU!! It's convenient to the Mall of Asia where my husband and I had dinner at and I got a facial at one of the spas on our downtime. It's easy to grab a cab/uber if you want to leave.. and easy to walk across the street to the boardwalk for sights and more eats. The pool is great! We enjoyed one of our mornings here sipping on a mango shake and a REALLY GOOD chia seed/oatmeal/fruit breakfast smoothie. I also grabbed some of the free pastries at the buffet since they weren't serving food until 11am. You can't get this great quality for this price anywhere else! Wow. Talk about an outstanding quality of service! This is probably the best hotel experience I've had to date. I was here for 3 days/2 nights for a family party that took place in their Forbes Ballroom. I loved everything about this hotel. I love how all the staff were so polite, respectful and accommodating. From the bell boys, the concierge, the staff that got you in the elevators on the 3rd floor lobby, the staff working during breakfast at Brasserie on 3 restaurant - everyone was just on their A game. I wasn't there for long but I hadn't met one employee who wasn't polite. I loved their pool and their 24 hour gym. I used their gym every day, and there was an employee there who supervised and would disinfect each equipment after someone had used it. If you ever use their gym, make sure to check out their changing room, which is right outside the gym. Holy moly, that room was huge with all the lockers, showers and bathrooms. Don't miss out on their breakfast which was amazing. So much to choose from! Also, if you ever have any questions, not only can you call the concierge but they give you an option to text them! So helpful. I could go on and on about this hotel. Their customer service was top notch. I was very impressed and was so sad that I had to check out of this beautiful hotel. It's also great that this hotel has a passageway that connects to the Mall of Asia. If I ever come back to Manila, this is the only hotel I'll be staying at! read more

If i could have spent my whole visit to the Philippines here I would have, happily!! I'd deal with the insane traffic, it would be worth it! Superior service throughout! Well, except for the time we sat outside for drinks. The waiter left right in the middle of taking our order, physically walked away during someone telling him their drink order. He came back, but damage was done. Room was very comfortable. Big towels, robes, slippers, strong ac! The room we got was what they called two twin beds room. They were really full size beds, not single twin. We pushed the beds together since it was my mom, sister and I. We slept like Grandpa Joe from Willy Wonka, haha. The rest of the hotel was amazing. The view of the water and the pier was epic! Sunsets we amazing from any angle. Executive lounge was perfect addition to our stay. Cocktail hour was a nice touch. Buffet breakfast had all my favorites! Champorado with toyo, lugaw, waffles, pancakes, and choose your own omelet! There's other stuff too and everything looked fresh. There is also a connecting passage to MoA, so you don't have to go outside and almost get run over. Aaaaand a secret door to an awesome mini mall with great restaurants and a Starbucks!!!!!! High security at every entrance, which is scary but nice to have. Pool was pretty epic too! read more

The hotel is spotless. The facilities from the pool to he gym to the spa are 1st class. This hotel is attached to its one mall and to the mall of Asia via a sky bridge. Calm, relaxing oasis on the edge of crazy Manila. The staff is perfect: Extremely helpful and courteous. They remembered my name, the concierge desk hooked me up with a map and route to a specific Ukulele shop, and were in the process of arranging a car for us when our driver showed up 15 minutes late. I could go on and on about the food. I have no idea how good the menu is because we had the buffet 4 nights in a row. The main courses are western, Philippine, and Chinese. They rotate every day. As does the salad bar and desert bars. Best food I have ever had in Manila - bar none. You will notice that my pictures have a lot of food in them. read more

This was my first 5 star hotel ever which location on Manila Bay next to the Mall of Asia, and a carnival ride amusement park , Star Park, with a giant ferris wheel on the bay. I booked the Conrad Manila just based on the way the rooms looked and wanted a suite which in the Philippines would cost about a third of what you pay elsewhere. Check in was on the 3rd floor with a beautiful lobby. The only negative I had here was that I arrived at 10:00 AM and check in was at 3:00 PM. So after spending hours at the Mall of Asia and adding 20,000 plus steps to my Fitbit my room was ready, and it was a luxurious, condo size apartment  about 1000 square feet.The bedroom with couch, combo office sitting room with additional TV a a bathroom with super size tub and a small TV embedded behind the large mirror with a shower that had three heads. Plus a walking in closet dressing room area with an additional water closet. For breakfast the room includes a international buffet an the Brasserie 3 restaurant where I also had a delicious hamburger with fires equal or better to anything I got in the states.  And there a fine Asian restaurant the China Blue that is a must try, they even have Bird Nest soup..  We got complementary dessert treats and stuffed hotel mascot in our room. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous and go out of there way to assist you even without asking and everyone speaks English because that is a second language for the Philippines. This place made me want to book Conrad at other cities now. read more

QUICKIE REVIEW Truly a luxury hotel with a five-star experience. PARKING Yes, under the hotel and it is NOT free. SERVICE Stellar. You cannot even walk to an elevator without someone diving in front of you to call the elevator for you. When walking down you room hallway you are always greeted by staff, even if they are in conversation. Breakfast...wow...what a spread. You can indulge in local food or go for traditional western style if you please. If there is one thing you do here, eat their breakfast. Room service folds everything in your room, to include laundry! If you have your do not disturb on at your room, room service will leave you a note with a smiley face saying they came by but did not enter. ROOM If you can, request to be facing Manila bay. It is great way to wake up in the mornings and you can catch a pretty good view of the sunset from here. Room itself seems immaculate. All the little amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, lotion was all in place. The iron and iron board was not burnt and worked. Sounds silly but it is a thing. Shower had a rainfall shower, regular showerhead, and a showerhead fixed into the wall that you aim. If nothing else, they nailed the shower. If you wanted the curtains opened you it was automated. Same for the do not disturb (no tag to hang, just push the button and leave). PRICE Depends on the season but roughly $180 a night. This is a luxury hotel and there should be somewhat an expectation of paying a premium. OTHER THOUGHTS I would like to try some of their other services that are offered. A friend of mine tried to get the massage package and it was booked out. If you are interested in this, probably a good idea to reserve it ahead of time (like before you even show up). They are REALLY BIG on security. You are checked when you enter the property by security (go through a metal detector and pat down...although nowhere as intense as with TSA). Your room key only accesses your floor and that is it. Plus there are cameras everywhere to deter bad actors from doing anything. You feel safe here to say the least. There is a mall within the hotel. Yes, you read that right, a mall within the hotel. If for some reason you cannot find what you need there, you can go to the Mall of Asia across the street which has EVERYTHING. Just walk one full floor over there is good exercise. Side note, if you are taking money out, do it at the hotel. It is safer due to the security to get into the hotel and you do not have to worry about kids asking you for money immediately after withdrawal. If you have access to executive lounge, definitely use it. The social hour from 5-7 pm is worth it for the courtesy drinks and food. Not to mention the view from the 7th floor is gorgeous. Friday and Saturday there are fireworks at 7 pm right out front. To add to that, there is a small fair right out front that you can go to that runs along the sea wall. It is a great place to hang out in the evenings and enjoy the sunset. Plus, you can do a few rides. read more

For 10-day quarantine hotel.... Hotel Has updated rooms very modern and clean sheets! I've traveled and stayed mostly on Hilton group of hotels and This brand never fails me. Their Filipino food were amazingly tasty.... Breakfast and dinners were great! The prices were not costly at all! $9 per order is too great to beat in a five star hotel. The variety of ensaymadas were very good not sweet but perfect for my caramel latte. They have good barista at their bar so coffee won't be a problem. You can order your coffee at night. Well it's daytime in New York then lol! But they have the whole crew willing to give you what you need around the clock. Very nice doormen, they call them Bellman-well the "bellboy" has grown. I'd rather call them doorman like in apartment -building -Doormen in New York. I did my own housekeeping and cleaned my sheets every 3 days and replaced my towels too. I vacuumed and cleaned the toilets as the housekeeping people could not do it while I'm on quarantine. It was a pain to do that! Towards my 8th day there was paint odor all over the hallway and the odor was going inside my room, they were quick removing the scent! It made me dizzy but they resolved it when I last checked. I would recommend this hotel for Filipinos traveling back home. It's worth the money you pay for. I got free breakfast delivered everyday and freshly baked breads. My hot latte that never came hot is forgiveable! I will come back! The bayside view is awesome to wake up to also! read more

I really love staying at the Conrad whenever I'm in Manila. It's a quick 20-min trip from the airport, all the staff members I encounter are super friendly and professional, the accommodations are outstanding, and their restaurant buffets offer a wide variety of delicious dishes. The hotel also sits above the high-end S'Maison mall and has a pedestrian bridge to the Mall of Asia, if you want to explore more culinary or shopping options without having to drive through anymore traffic. They do have a spa, but I didn't get to try it out. However, they have a large pool area with a bar, a well-equipped fitness center, and a sauna and steam room in the locker room, which can make your stay at the Conrad even more soothing and relaxing. read more

I recently booked a room using Expedia. I am a disabled veteran and asked if they where able to upgrade room. They told me I must book directly with the hotel to get upgrade, so I did. In book with the hotel the Upgrade that I wad looking for is the same cost as offered by Expedia. They where just scamming me the whole time and they new it!! Don't book witj this hotel!! To many us owned hotels to chose from. I booked with a major US based hotel in Manila and got a great rate a superb customer service!! read more
