They came out quickly and late at night, they were friendly, and knowledgeable, and got my heat back on.

I fully expected to be told we needed a new furnace (something the other company had told us many times.) Not only did they honor the low price coupon, they checked everything, and said that though our unit was old, it was in good working condition, and they hoped to keep it that way for awhile, because some of the newer furnaces made then tended to fail. That was about six years ago, and we're still going strong with our original heating setup. We travel a lot, and wanted to get on a regular maintenance program, where Any Hour comes twice per year, and keeps everything clean and working, We can call "any hour" with any trouble or questions. It has worked well. Last month, we decided our contractor may never get around to repairing the tub that he failed to seal or finding where all the leaks were coming from, causing a roof to rain on us downstairs in the garage. We also needed to replace a brand new water heater he'd installed in our new apartment above the new garage. It constantly smelled like sulfur, and the only way to stop it was to run all 50 gallons of water out of it whenever we used it. In Mapleton, that's very expensive. We decided to get a tankless water heater, because we wouldn't have to deal with water just sitting in the tank, growing bacteria and smelling to high heaven whenever we turned on the hot water upstairs in the apartment. Any Hour fixed all the issues, including black mold on the lower floor and cracks that let black widows into the basement. They found and tackled all the problems. No more leaks or spiders! No more smelly water, and no more $300/year to keep water hot when we may not even use it for months. Andrew had discussed all the options, so we decided on a gas tankless, which would require digging a long, deep trench all the way around the house to avoid tearing up concrete. (Our neighbor's was much closer, but that wasn't going to work, either. Ha!) The project began on July 10th, and the city guy finally got here July 31st, but it didn't pass. There was a gas leak and we had to call the gas company, and then the fire department. Ugg. It was due to a faulty part, which Any Hour quickly replaced. Everything is great now, and we just need to keep leveling the trench, adjust the sprinklers, then plant grass and get the lawn to hopefully grow again. We had to repair the drywall, sprinklers and pipe, but we knew that going in, and were okay with it, because if Any Hour had hired someone, it would have been much more expensive. It was something we can do ourselves for less money, so we're glad Any Hour know that, and didn't just assume we'd go for a less hassle but more expensive option. Any Hour is now advertising a lot. I'm hoping it won't change their good prices. Communication is key. Ask, and they'll tell you! Any Hour Services also worked with us on financing this very large and detailed project, which has been very helpful. When everything hits at once, it's great to work with a business that has our backs. Eric and I highly recommend Any Hour, and we weren't paid or offered any discounts to write reviews. We want others to know we've had a great experience.

These cost $20. on Amazon and about the same at home depot and Lowe's. They also put in new valves to turn the hot and cold water off at the wall, these parts are $30.00 +\- anywhere. Charged $399.00 to install. He worked on the 2 repairs for maybe 20 minutes. He was in the house for a total of 25 minutes. some of that time was to do the computer work to give me bids on other work he said we needed. $600.00 for $50.00 in parts and 25 minutes of labor. What a scam, never again ANY HOUR SERVICES! Do not be fooled. I was desperate needing to get the washer fixed for a literal life threatening situation. I was so dumb to let them do the work. They took such advantage of me under the circumstances.

Gillett Heating and Air Heating HVAC Spanish Fork, Utah, is utterly unreliable…read more I initially discovered their services through Rocky Mountain Power and spent over a week working with Brad, the salesman, to finalize pricing and scheduling. However, on the scheduled date, when the technicians arrived to assess the property to report back to Brad, I was met with confusion. On Saturday morning, Brad called to inform me that a gas line could not be installed in a specific area. I trusted his expertise and pointed out that I wasn't knowledgeable about these matters. However, he then claimed that I had requested an additional work to the quote, called "line height," which I had never hear of this and don't know what line height is technicians that came out. Suggested this. Never did agreed and didn't even understand. I took a week off work, flew into Utah on Thursday to meet with technicians to do it over. Look on the property. and was prepared to start the job on Monday, but everything fell apart. Brad was not only agitated but also dismissed my legitimate questions and wrongfully accused me of being aggressive when I sought clarification. I made it clear that if he couldn't honor the commitment made, I would find another provider. Despite his promise to call me Monday morning after meeting with his team, he failed to follow through. Frustrated, I reached out at noon and spoke to Ginger, requesting to speak with the owner, Shawn Keith Gillett. She assured me that a manager would call, yet no one returned my call. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I will not recommend Gillett Heating and Air to anyone, and I am determined to share my experience on social media to alert others about their lack of reliability and professionalism. This is BAD BUSINESS!

I am writing this review as I love this community and would like to help you all avoid ending up in…read morethe same terrible position our family is in right now. On May 12, 2025, we had a new AC/furnace installed by Gillette Heating & Air for over $9,000 ($11,000 with financing). Since the install, we have experienced ongoing problems with the system freezing up and failing to work reliably. Multiple non-working parts. Multiple service visits were made, and each time we were told the issue was fixed, but the problems continued. We also noticed water leaking in the furnace room. Gillette told us it was condensation from the frozen pipe issue and said it was normal. The water kept increasing, spreading under flooring and into the walls. Concerned, we hired a licensed plumber, who determined it was the AC condensate drain line. He found the line had been left sitting on the floor behind our washer instead of being secured into the drain. This caused significant water damage to our laundry room, bathroom walls, family room flooring, and bathroom vanity. The plumber specifically stated this was due to improper installation of the AC condensate drain line. We have contacted Gillette multiple times. The service manager told us they would not cover the costs of the resulting damage. Despite repeated requests, the owner has not returned our calls. In our opinion, this has been a very poor experience -- both with the installation and with customer service afterward. We are now left with a damaged basement and an AC that still is not working properly.
