Each time Hank has responded to my initial call within in a matter of hours and has made appointments with me to be on-site the following day. I also feel that he has been EXTREMELY fair on pricing for each repair. He even showed me how to clean and maintain our ac units and change filters on his first visit. Today, a new issue came up, I called and spoke with their answering service, and like clockwork Hank called me back within a couple of hours. Of course they are crazy busy right now as we've went from spring to summer overnight. Hank told me it would probably be a couple days before he could get out this time (understandably so), however he took time out of his schedule to triage the problem with me over the phone/text pics and walked me through how to fix the issue myself. Granted, this was a very simple fix, but I can't say enough how much I appreciate this level of customer service when I know he's busy. He could have easily had me wait for a service call and charged me to come out to fix it. Thanks, Vasill Heating and Air Conditioning! Thanks, Hank!

What a perfect service company. I've had the pleasure of having them come to our house a few times…read moreafter having moved in over the fall. Climate Masters have been servicing our boiler for the better part of thirty years. They knew what they were doing and were EXTREMELY informative. They showed me how our system worked, they took the time to explain everything from lighting the pilot light to bleeding the radiators. The tech even gave me a key to bleed the air from the radiators. They state they specialize in older homes and they did right by our 96 year old system! Highly highly highly recommended.

After Climate Masters finished the job, I was surprised to realize ... wow, even mechanical systems…read morecould be visually attractive. This was because the installers, Scott and Ethan, did an absolutely meticulous and exacting job. Our house is a 6400 sqft three story built in 1906. During the winter, the hvac system we had in place was never able to properly heat up the home. While driving one day, I spotted one of the Climate Masters' trucks with the motto, "we specialize in older homes" and wondered if they could fix our hvac setup. Tom came to assess and bid the job, and I must give thanks to how patient he was during the process. I took an excessive amount of time to decide, and yet Tom followed up throughout this period. Climate Masters ended up installing a large 140K BTU gas furnace, ran new black iron gas piping, and redid sections of our duct work. Part of the work involved cutting through a kitchen floor with brick veneer. Scott was able to shape the vent opening beautifully. The result was that for the first time ever, the house felt ... toasty during cold weather. When Spire came to activate the gas, servicemen on two separate occasions saw the installation and, without prompting, asked me which company did the job. When I asked why, they both said, "oh, it's because they did a great job!" Everyone I interacted with throughout the process has been wonderful: Scott and Ethan came promptly at 8 am each day and finished a huge job in 1.5 weeks; Doug was great with follow up logistics, and Jennifer always friendly and helpful with office paperwork.

(I'd give them 100 stars if I could!)…read more We met Jason earlier this year while purchasing a home that needed a total rehab. We were ready for him to replace the entire HVAC system right away, but because of his experience with rehab homes, he advise us to wait until all the dust settled first -- a very smart suggestion. Here's where you really see how much he cares about his customers: Jason told us about upcoming changes in the HVAC industry that would make new units more expensive. He suggested we buy the unit early to lock in the lower price, and he even offered to store it for us until we were ready for installation. Six months later, when we were finally ready, we coordinated everything with Laura, and the timing couldn't have been better. Jason and Cory also handled our whole-house vent cleaning -- and thank goodness we took his advice to do that before installing the new system. His team showed up right on schedule, worked efficiently, and did everything as professionally as possible. The entire experience was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend -- truly a 100-star service!

Bill Campbell- My Honest Accounting of My Experience My…read moreexperience with this company has become a credibility issue more than anything else. I was told I would receive a text when the technician was on the way -- that never happened. For them, that seems to be "no problem," but for me it meant I had no chance to be present, observe the work, or verify anything firsthand. From there, the story kept changing. I was first told the technician ran the furnace for 10 minutes, then later that he ran it for almost an hour, and now I'm being told it was 48 minutes but they round up. These explanations cannot all be true, and the constant shifting makes it hard to trust what actually happened. When I arrived shortly after the technician left, the furnace was running with no heat, the same intermittent failure pattern I've been dealing with all week. Nothing was diagnosed, nothing was resolved, and the system was left in worse condition than before. When I spoke with the supervisor, I was offered a return visit -- but only if I paid another service fee and hourly rate. The suggestion was that "we can watch the furnace all day," but at my expense. Meanwhile, I was already charged for a full hour even though the technician was reportedly there for 48 minutes. If they're rounding up, it raises the question of whether I'm entitled to the remaining time I paid for. At this point, the pattern feels less like a repair‑focused service and more like a replace‑the-unit operation. When a company can't keep its story straight, doesn't follow through on basic communication, leaves the equipment still failing, and immediately pivots to more charges or the implication that replacement might be the next step, it's hard not to feel like the goal is selling a new furnace rather than fixing the one I have. This is simply my honest experience and how it comes across from my side.
