After several requests for itemizations that were ignored, we were threatened with lawyer's fees and a lien on our house if we did not pay.

Called Bel- Air multiple times in September without answer to either phone number from the original invoice. Verified against Yelp and listed numbers online. Voicemails left without return. About 2 weeks ago, turned heating on. No warm air flowing so tried contacting again without answers. Contacted a different HVAC company who saw burned wiring requiring replacement parts. Fortunately parts were included under warranty but Forced to pay labor costs. Now they noticed there is a wiring issue where the initial set up that was done presents a fire hazard. An electrician has come out and says that separate wiring needs to be ran in order for the voltage to be safely transmitted. This was probably avoided before because of the extra steps and cost. But if this isn't fixed, the same issue could arise with burnt wiring and possibly start a fire in my house. At this point I'm so disappointed that a company would do this. It's the last thing I should be worrying about as I am moving to a new area and starting a new job.

I HIGHLY recommend Bel-Air heating and cooling and when my furnace needs replaced I will definitely call them. My system is only 3 to 4 weeks old but is getting a good workout going through this heatwave and so far my system Rocks!!! They started the job in August of 2025, completed some aspects of the install, but the unit is unfinished and not operable, promising they would return on several occasions to wrap things up. They have never showed up. Since then, I have called their office and personal numbers multiple times, left voicemails, and sent emails--all of which have been ignored. They have completely ghosted me while leaving my HVAC system inoperable. It is incredibly unprofessional to abandon a client in the middle of a contracted job. Additionally, I am not that type of person to leave negative reviews, I just move on, and chalk it up to karma. But in this situation, I felt compelled to share my experience. Do not trust this company to follow through on their promises. Save your time and money and hire someone reliable. Just fyi.
