We were charged over $600 for less than 30 minutes of labor. We repeatedly asked for an itemized bill but were refused. Called Bel- Air multiple times in September without answer to either phone number from the original invoice. Verified against Yelp and listed numbers online. Voicemails left without return. About 2 weeks ago, turned heating on. No warm air flowing so tried contacting again without answers. Contacted a different HVAC company who saw burned wiring requiring replacement parts. Fortunately parts were included under warranty but Forced to pay labor costs. Now they noticed there is a wiring issue where the initial set up that was done presents a fire hazard. An electrician has come out and says that separate wiring needs to be ran in order for the voltage to be safely transmitted. This was probably avoided before because of the extra steps and cost. But if this isn't fixed, the same issue could arise with burnt wiring and possibly start a fire in my house. At this point I'm so disappointed that a company would do this. It's the last thing I should be worrying about as I am moving to a new area and starting a new job.
