The instructor was super nice, but he lead the class via Video ( like 2-one hour videos!!). After sitting through the grueling 4+ hours, the most frustrating part was being told they don't give out completion cards. Plus their computer system wasn't working for the "e-version" certificate they said we'd receive, so I spent 4.5 hours on a Saturday morning and came away with a half completed piece of paper that doesn't have pertinent info I need to prove I took this class. Not a great experience at all. Wouldn't recommend this place.

My main instructors, Adam and Tony, were extremely knowledgeable and brought a lot of real-world experience to the classroom. We spent plenty of time practicing assessments, skills, and scenarios, which helped everything click in different situations. The NREMT preparation was also excellent and focused on actually understanding how to think like an EMT. You have to put in the work, but if you take the program seriously, UNITEK will prepare you well.
