This is a four hour class, yes four hours!!! I for one I was happy it was this long, There is no way you can learn safety in just an hour or so. Our class was CPR, First Aide, and AED for adults and infants. My worst fear has always been if someone close to be is in need for help and I couldn't help. Now I have a lot more confident in knowing I can at least try, and make a differences. Everything was hands on and video training. I will definitely come back when I need more training!

I'm a lawyer and my wife is a doctor. The owner of AERT is a crooked liar. Don't go there…read more There are many other cpr classes in the Phoenix area. I signed up online for a class and AERT unilaterally cancelled it and then told me that I would have to take a class at a different location (in a bad part of town) on a date that would be too late for me to obtain a certificate I needed at that time. The owner then said in a loud, angry voice: "We cannot provide you with any classes!!" and hung up the phone. Despite all this, she charged my wife and I $100 for the class. We complained to citicard and Ms. Jaime sent a letter lying about what happened and claimed that we simply failed to show up for the class. I don't know how anyone has given this crooked company a positive review.

Especially on New Years Eve…read more I learned in 2019 that even though no one at MVD bothers to tell you, That once you pay for your ticket in full that you still MUST attend this class. MVD requires it and you have 4 months to do it. I was surprised when I received notification that my license had been suspended so I immediately got in touch with MVD got the class info and took it the following day. I liked both of the instructors Bibi taught the first half and her husband who's name now escapes me, taught the remaining 4 hours. They gave us a nice balance between knowledge and interesting stories. They made a long class less excruciating. I'm still dealing with every obstacle under the sun to put this stupid red light ticket behind me but I'm glad that Frontline helped make their part easy!

I stayed in communication with her throughout the week for any cancellations. She was incredibly reciprocative to my messages and communicated clearly with me in a timely manner. The class itself is quick and fun. Lindsey is knowledgeable and keeps the class entertained. She is passionate about what she does and really focuses on the first timers. This is a RED CROSS certified course. Not AHA American Heart. The learnings are different and depending on your organization, just verify with their needs in certification. After a terrible experience with another local company that provides CPR classes, a co-worker…read morerecommended that I contact "her guy," Larry, at BLS Services. I called him midday today and asked if I could attend his class tonight. Despite the fact that the class was only a few hours later, he invited me to join and confirmed the location and time of the class. Larry offers the classes out of his home. He has the front room (formal living/dining area) converted into a classroom, and it works perfectly. There are a couple of sofas and and several chairs lining the perimeter of the room, leaving plenty of floor space open for the hands-on portion of the course. Music played while we filled out our paper work and got situated. There's even a table with ice cold bottles of water and a bowl of chocolates (awesome!) for student to enjoy during the class. There are enough mannequins for each of the students to have their own (unlike MANY other classes I have attended) allowing the class to move along quickly. Larry is patient and adept working with students of all skill levels and backgrounds. Larry offers private lessons and classes for groups. He has been teaching CPR classes for over 20 years, and it shows. The class was concise but extremely informative. The classroom was comfortable and welcoming. The instructor was fun, experienced and kept the class moving. I would highly recommend BLS Services to anyone in need of a CPR or First Aid course! I will definitely be back in two years when it is time to renew!

They sent a full refund after I filed a lawsuit, and attempted to serve them (they trespassed the server). Would not recommend.

I came to this First Aid and Training Center establishment due to a last minute need and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The instructor was super nice, but he lead the class via Video ( like 2-one hour videos!!). After sitting through the grueling 4+ hours, the most frustrating part was being told they don't give out completion cards. Plus their computer system wasn't working for the "e-version" certificate they said we'd receive, so I spent 4.5 hours on a Saturday morning and came away with a half completed piece of paper that doesn't have pertinent info I need to prove I took this class. Not a great experience at all. Wouldn't recommend this place.
