We started Training Hearts August 2012 and we offer our services to Arizona Long Term Care Agencies. Now we offer our convenient mobile service to anyone who wants to get certified for CPR and/or First aid in their home.

Training Hearts was inspired by Byron's call to help those caring for a loved one. He envisioned in home one on one training at the convenience of the Caregiver. To ease the love ones, concern about leaving their family member and yet still receive the valuable training they need and deserve.

I'm a lawyer and my wife is a doctor. The owner of AERT is a crooked liar. Don't go there…read more There are many other cpr classes in the Phoenix area. I signed up online for a class and AERT unilaterally cancelled it and then told me that I would have to take a class at a different location (in a bad part of town) on a date that would be too late for me to obtain a certificate I needed at that time. The owner then said in a loud, angry voice: "We cannot provide you with any classes!!" and hung up the phone. Despite all this, she charged my wife and I $100 for the class. We complained to citicard and Ms. Jaime sent a letter lying about what happened and claimed that we simply failed to show up for the class. I don't know how anyone has given this crooked company a positive review.

I came to this First Aid and Training Center establishment due to a last minute need and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The instructor was super nice, but he lead the class via Video ( like 2-one hour videos!!). After sitting through the grueling 4+ hours, the most frustrating part was being told they don't give out completion cards. Plus their computer system wasn't working for the "e-version" certificate they said we'd receive, so I spent 4.5 hours on a Saturday morning and came away with a half completed piece of paper that doesn't have pertinent info I need to prove I took this class. Not a great experience at all. Wouldn't recommend this place.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Training Hearts to anyone or any business who is looking to get CPR certified, or even just for the training and knowledge. Not only do they make it very very convenient, because they come to you, and were very flexible with the scheduling, but Byron makes the training fun and interesting! He explains things in a way that make it easier to remember such important information, that will someday come in handy when in an emergency situation. Before taking his class, I didn't realize how much I didn't know about CPR. I should have done this a long time ago...and it is something that I recommend all people learn. Knowing what to do in an emergency situation, can make a world of difference for many many people. This company would be great for training teachers and school staff, even students! I know I would feel great knowing that my kids are safe in a school with people that know what to do in regards to first aid and CPR. Training Hearts is an amazing company! Byron came to our home and went through a full CPR class with my husband and myself. I have personally taken 3 classes for the purpose of being licensed for companies I worked with and I still learned so much from him! Extremely fair prices, personal learning, great back information (the why of the rules) that really help you understand and remember what you are learning.
