We were disappointed with service. The girls working we're more interested in taking selfies and talking on the phone than provide any customer service. I had to ask for a price on an item because it was marked or listed. One did come over to help me but I felt like we were interrupting her whatever conversation she had. Theodore took his time a perused every aisle. We ended only buying four kneecaps because our experience this trip wasn't great. We did see they carry some of his other favorites items but I think we'll stick with the other local pet shop that greats us warmly and it happy to assist us every time we visit.

I'm 100% certain the next visit will be a lot easier thanks to Suds n pups staff.

Thank you, Vetco Unleashed, for taking out our dog today and giving her lots of love and shots…read more It's been quite a difficult adventure trying to schedule our dog for shots at B Street, with all the massive apartment complexes going in, and, of course, everyone has to get a dog as soon as they move to South Park, it's hard to set a shot appointment with them. The doctors here at the shot clinic were very, very nice and loved on my little Lulu while giving her the shots she needed for boarding. Unleashed is a beautiful footprint, and I love their appointment setting app; it makes life a LOT easier. No drama, no rude receptionist on the phone scolding me over how busy they are - just set an appointment online and show up. I am planning to bring both my dogs here from now on to get their shots. I love the staff here at Unleashed, and the Vets are top-notch. Sweet customers, too. Lulu has a bunch of new friends now. :D

All staff acknowledged me or said hello in a friendly manner and offered to help me find anything I might need. I brought my dog Bobby in to get microchipped at the Vetco clinic here, and I have to give a huge shoutout to the vet and her crew. They were so amazing with him. He can be a bit hit-or-miss at the vet, but their demeanor was so gentle and friendly that it kept him totally calm while they placed the chip. On top of the great care, it was way lower cost than most other places I looked into. Definitely an all-around positive experience, and I'm glad I found this team!

It was about half as much as I had been charging at the other places AND she comes to US! So we figured we would give it a try, seeing as how at the time I was 8 months pregnant and didn't want the bother of dragging the dogs there and back. She came and set up on our back porch and was so wonderful to our pups! I could not have found a nicer lady and our dogs get the personal time and attention that they deserve, rather than being snipped clipped and thrown in a cage with a giant blower on them (like at PETCO). We have been using them now for a good year and a half and couldn't be more pleased every time they leave. We are going into our second child any day now and have gained a dog in the mean time so like I said earlier, not having to take the dogs across town and pick them up is A LIFE SAVER!!! (She also scrubs our tub after giving them a bath - LOVE THAT) So if you are frustrated with your current situation give Karen a call, it was the best decision we ever made for us and the pups :)

But it literally took me two minutes (5:59 to 6:01)to grab the two things I needed and check out. The cashier was nice, but the other guy who was closing made some pretty obvious hand gestures and facial expressions that made me feel like my business was an inconvenience. I understand wanting to go home, but there's really no reason to make a paying customer feel uncomfortable over an extra minute or two. Tattoo guy -- smile, dude. There are worse things than a customer walking in at 5:59 PM, buying two things, and putting money in the register. Hopefully next time the experience feels a little more welcoming.

I can tell Dixie looked forward to going to her class every Thursday because she would get excited once we were close to the building. Rebecca was also flexible with rescheduling due to our life issues. On her last class Dixie received her certificate and a bag full of goodies. I can see a huge improvement in Dixie's behavior!! Thank you Rebecca!!! Side note: The rest of the employees there were also very sweet. I was always greeted with a smile!
