As a parent, I noticed the staff did a good job keeping things organized and the overall environment felt pretty clean. There were also plenty of places for parents to sit while still being able to watch their kids play, which I appreciated. But it's either my hubby, I, or the both of us with my baby the whole time. Parking was easy too and check-in was pretty smooth. I do wish the place was a little bigger, but I also understand indoor playgrounds are probably expensive to maintain and operate these days. While I understand their policy and did read about it beforehand, I would have appreciated a clearer recommendation during our initial communications. Given the size of my party (and I had extra people I didn't expect to show up come), more time was realistically needed for setup and breakdown, and a heads-up from peek a boo team would have been helpful, as they are the professionals.

We met with the manager prior to the birthday for a walkthrough of the party space, and we coordinated our group going from our party to the Lego movie after the party. I had a million questions as a detailed planner and the team were incredibly efficient at answering all of my pre questions so that I could ensure my guests had all if the information upon arrival. Ultimately, we had a 5 star experience. This is an excellent venue because your group is together for the party and then everyone can free play and explore for as long as they want afterwards. It was so delightful to see all of the kids and parents engaged in their activities of choice when the party room ended. We learned that all of our guests had a blast and many kids are still talking about our son's party to this day. This is on par price wise for the jumping birthday places, so we felt like we had a unique and fun birthday experience for about the same price as we would have paid for the standard jump birthday. We've been to 4 birthday's at the same jump house business this year, so we loved mixing it up for our guests. The facility is awesome, staff are super friendly and the experience is wonderful! At the end of our party, a super sweet employee helped us make 2 trips with their wagon to our car with gifts. She packed all of our gifts in our car and we were on our way! I've been following Teeny Town on Instagram for a while, but we just had an opportunity to visit on a random Thursday morning. Teeny Town's online reservation and waiver signing process is straightforward and you get an instant email confirmation. It was $12 for 2-hours of weekday play which is an absolute steal. I found there to be ample free parking at Teeny Town. Checking in was a breeze and when I noted that it was our first time, the person at the front desk gave us a brief rundown and, in a first when it comes to indoor play centers, I was told that if my daughter put something in her mouth, to just make sure to deposit it. As a mom, I appreciate that they maintain that standard of cleanliness. I like the configuration of the space with a wide, flat open area with a faux road running through the middle. My little one had a ball taking various cars and other ride-on toys town the runway and also running around freely. There are also portions of the space where kids can climb and also enjoy using their imagination - a restaurant, grocery, medical clinic, two houses (one with construction themed toys and one with laundry themed toys), a barber chair and nook with books. Another highlight was a slide and ball pit that my daughter absolutely loved. There are spaces for parents to sit and watch their kids both at the front entrance area and toward the ball pit. I like that you could probably sit in either place and get a good enough view of the entire space and where your child is. Overall, we were really happy with our visit and I wish this business lot of ongoing success and possibly even an expansion.
