I was nervous about bigger kids accidentally pushing my baby while running around, but it felt comfortable and manageable the whole time. The slides and play structures were really cool and my little one had such a fun time running around and exploring. I especially appreciated that they have a separate toddler/younger kids area which made it feel safer and less overwhelming. As a parent, I noticed the staff did a good job keeping things organized and the overall environment felt pretty clean. There were also plenty of places for parents to sit while still being able to watch their kids play, which I appreciated. But it's either my hubby, I, or the both of us with my baby the whole time. Parking was easy too and check-in was pretty smooth. I do wish the place was a little bigger, but I also understand indoor playgrounds are probably expensive to maintain and operate these days. Overall, it was a fun experience and my baby left tired and happy which is always a win. Would definitely come back. Just wish there was a location closer to Morgan Hill!

The space was spotless, and since it was pretty empty, the boys had plenty of time to enjoy both rooms without any rush. I really appreciate that shoes aren't allowed inside the play areas -- it helps keep everything nice and clean, making the whole visit even better.

Once in a while the manager will set-up an adult event on Friday. It features activities that you can get raffle tickets for free lego sets like stamp collecting, getting good scores at Imagination Express, Plinker and more! One drink is included for the event! Plus the crowds are light so I was able to do lots of activities! No noisy kids too! The Imagination Express was a short and mediocre ride, it a very cheesy version of toy story midway mania. There was hardly any wait for the ride due the event. I did went on it a few times for the raffle ticket challenge. Sadly, the staff closed it a few minutes early from the event and I wanted to go one more time. Some staff are not happy to be around but I can relate for this. Some feel like they have to be here or needs to work on their social skills. But no negativity experience from this. There is also a theater area which is not too bad there. The 4D effects can be cheesy though. The good thing around this place is that there is a huge impressive lego models of the Bay Area in one room! San Francisco, San Jose, Santa Clara and Oakland! Definitely an okay place for one time only. If you don't have any kids then definitely consider going to the adult night event for this!

First time here and got the impression right away that most workers were there because they HAD to be there, not because they WANTED to be there. Not saying that all workers were like that, but at least 80% gave that vibe. Came on a Saturday afternoon and the bathroom was overflowing with paper towels in the garbage and toilets not flushing properly. When my son would go up to workers and ask about Pop Badges (because he went to LLCA and LLFL earlier this year), workers would say no even if they were wearing them on their lanyards. (Read somewhere later that you're supposed to "trade" with staff but it would have been nice if someone working took the time to explain that.) HUGE shoutout to the store attached, those workers were really kind and took the time to say hello and acknowledge my son who was celebrating his birthday. Oh! And also the train attendants.

I was able to drop off the decorations a few days early and arrive to the party with everything perfectly setup. I cannot recommend this enough for a birthday party. All the kids had a blast!

From the moment we walked through the doors, the owner, Janine, was there for us in every way possible. When I say she was a big help, I truly mean it. Janine helped us set up everything -- the tables, food, backdrops, kids' snacks, and even a special Build-A-Bear-style station I created for my daughter. She also helped us set up our soda pop station and made sure everything looked great and ran smoothly. My family arrived late (Polynesian time, as always ), and I was so incredibly grateful that Janine was there helping us every step of the way. I honestly don't know what I would have done without her support. She went above and beyond -- helping cut and serve the cake, assisting our guests as they arrived, checking in on us constantly, and making sure everything stayed clean, organized, and stress-free. Most importantly, the kids had so much fun. The space is perfect for toddlers, and the joy on their faces made the day extra special. Janine, thank you, thank you, thank you. You are so kind, thoughtful, and truly passionate about what you do. I appreciate you more than words can say. Blessings to you and your business -- I pray you continue to have abundant, fruitful success throughout 2026 and beyond. Thank you again for hosting my daughter's birthday party and making it such a beautiful, memorable experience. We will definitely be back!

What a cute place! We came here for my friend's kid's 1st birthday party and the space isn't huge,…read morebut it was good for about 40 of us spread out. The kid's play area was nice and clean with padded floors and very safe for the tiny people. All the kid loved it and had a great time. I met the owner DJ, who actually has 4 of his own which are the stickers on the wall. He was very kind to us while we were tidying up our belongings (he had another party booked shortly after). Highly recommend for toddler parties!

We came right when they opened on Sunday. I paid for an hour for two kids. Socks are required and I think for now they haven't specifically said grippy socks. But I recommend you bring grippy socks for the younger ones as it's a little slippery sometimes. It's not the biggest play area but perfect for my 21 month and 5 year old. Good amount of pretend play items and houses. Ball pit with slide! To get out their energies and jump! Plenty of toys to go around. I liked that it smelled like cleaning solution? Lol since I hope they clean these indoor play areas real well you know? Overall the kids had a blast, perhaps it's new and not many kids yet. But perfect for us. I do hope they get busier but for now, run while you can while there's space and you don't have to fight other kids for toys! They do have a bathroom with a bassinet to use as a changing table lol. Free coffee and a tv with games for older kids or adults waiting. Easy enough parking lot. We'll be back if in the area!

Jump N Play

I was honestly very disappointed with our experience at Jump N Play for my daughter's birthday…read moreparty today. For the amount of money we paid, I expected much better customer service, organization, and overall value. The party required a 50% deposit of $187, and when we arrived, I paid the remaining $187, bringing the party package to $374. We were also told that if we stayed past 2:30 PM, there would be an additional charge. We ended up going only about 3 minutes over, and the employee immediately told us we had to pay another $50. Altogether, we spent $424 for this party. For $424, I really do not feel like the experience or package was worth the price. We still brought our own snacks for our guests, the decorations that were included were very basic, and we received a small pizza. I expected a lot more considering the cost of the package. What bothered me even more than the price was the customer service. The girls working at the front were rude and had an attitude, not only toward us but toward our guests as well. Some of our guests arrived around 2:00 PM, and instead of politely explaining anything to them, the staff tried to turn them away. Multiple guests specifically came to me afterward and mentioned how rude the employees at the front were and how uncomfortable their attitude made them feel. That is extremely disappointing when you are paying hundreds of dollars to host your child's birthday party somewhere. I completely understand that businesses have rules regarding party times and additional fees. However, there is a professional and respectful way to communicate those policies, especially to paying customers and their guests. After already paying $374, bringing our own snacks, receiving very basic decorations and a small pizza, being told we owed another $50 because we were approximately 3 minutes over just made the entire experience feel very money-focused rather than customer-focused. I wanted my daughter's birthday to be a fun and special experience, and thankfully she still enjoyed herself, which is what mattered most to me. But from a parent's perspective, I would not purchase the party package here again. Between the $424 total cost, basic party setup, limited food, strict additional charge, and especially the rude customer service, I personally do not feel the package was worth what we paid. I hope management takes feedback like this seriously because when families are spending this much money to celebrate an important day for their child, they should at minimum be treated politely and made to feel welcome.

We were just visiting the area and stopped by hoping for a safe place for my baby to play, but it turned into an infuriating and unsafe experience. A business built for children should understand that kids develop at vastly different paces and there is no rigid standard for every age. My son was born four months premature. While his birth certificate says 18 months, his physical size, adjusted age, and motor skills are at a 12-14 month level, and he has only just started walking. The front desk took our payment first with zero warning. Only after we had already paid did they inform us that he was couldn't enter the 18-month-and-under section. When I tried explaining that he is a preemie, the staff member argued back and forth, claiming his adjusted age "doesn't matter" and that they strictly enforce birth age and weight but they do t know what he actually weighs. Because they forced him into the main play area, the bigger kids were running circles around him while he was barely finding his footing. It was a complete safety hazard that defeated the entire purpose of having a protected toddler zone. I wish they had disclosed this rule prior to us paying. If you are visiting the area or have a child who was born premature, be aware. Edit: The owner personally reached out to apologize, issued a full refund, and ensured the team was coached moving forward. I really appreciate the accountability and customer care!
