Once the weather forecast changed to a chance of rain, we found this place & could not be happier that we did! We contacted the owner Ty, who was extremely easy to communicate with & we were able to come in & check out the space almost immediately & decided it was perfect! We officially booked approximately 4 days before our party when a lot of places need 30+ day notice. It was very reasonably priced & we basically had the location for the entire day. Plenty of time to set up & clean up. We were allowed to come & go all day from 10a-7p as Ty also owns the bakery just next door! She & her staff locked up & unlocked for my family all day so we could drop things off, leave & come back! We had approximately 50 guests, about 40 adults & some children & everyone fit more than comfortably. We were allowed to bring in any food & alcohol that we wanted with only a $75 service fee for the alcohol. A Bluetooth speaker & tables & chairs were also included & were comfortable & all in good condition. There is bathroom inside & heating & AC as well as trash cans & trash bags. The owner, Ty was on scene next door all day til we were all done & ready to leave & locked up for us. We absolutely loved our having our party here & will absolutely be back in the future!

The prime rib, shrimp, and French toast were great. But the Eggs Benedict were tough to cut, the salmon was dry, and dessert was basically gone an hour before closing. They eventually brought out brownies and bread pudding after another guest complained, but... really? I guess you can say I expected more consistency and better execution. I'm not a buffet girl to begin with, so this didn't make my return list. I might come back to try the regular menu though.

Each party we hosted here was 200+ attendees. The Rec Center was the perfect place with ample parking space, great amenities, and a safe and easy location to drive to. The facility is spacious, clean and the awesome kitchen area provided us with plenty of storage space for refrigerated foods. Our guests loved the modern, clean look with high ceilings and open floor plan. The stage was great for our live band and dj. Most of all, our parties carried through smoothly and efficiently with the help of the courteous staff that was available throughout the entire event! One of my favorite touches was that she even created a children's activity area with Jenga blocks, bubbles, coloring books, and markers, which was such a thoughtful detail and really appreciated by the parents. Over the years, more homes have been built in the surrounding area, and it's becoming increasingly difficult for residents to enjoy a quiet night when events continue this late. A successful venue should be able to host memorable events while still being considerate of its neighbors. I hope management takes the concerns of the surrounding community seriously and works to better manage late-night noise.
