At first, it was a…read morebit hard to get a hold of someone, I sent an online inquiry/email, and then I called to leave a voicemail. Once we got in touch with them, the communication was smooth. This is a members-only club for most of their area, so they'd have specific doors for the wedding guests to enter in from (it won't be from the main entrance). The door would lead straight to the wedding area though, and the layout was great. Overall, I'd say the venue was great and the tour was very informational/professional. It was easy to envision how the wedding would be like there. Price-wise, it was actually very reasonable for the quote, especially with how spacious the area is. We loved the space, the scenery, they also provide a coordinator so you don't need to worry about finding one outside. However, we decided to pass since there wasn't an option for us to try out the food prior to signing the contract. We'd also have to pre-select the food for tasting, and if we didn't like it, we'd have to pay extra to come back for it. Since the drive is 1.5hr long, we didn't want to risk having to do the back and forth just to settle on the food (and what if we just didn't like the food? That was the risk too). This venue was definitely top 3 on our final list though.

Once the weather forecast changed to a chance of rain, we found this place & could not be happier that we did! We contacted the owner Ty, who was extremely easy to communicate with & we were able to come in & check out the space almost immediately & decided it was perfect! We officially booked approximately 4 days before our party when a lot of places need 30+ day notice. It was very reasonably priced & we basically had the location for the entire day. Plenty of time to set up & clean up. We were allowed to come & go all day from 10a-7p as Ty also owns the bakery just next door! She & her staff locked up & unlocked for my family all day so we could drop things off, leave & come back! We had approximately 50 guests, about 40 adults & some children & everyone fit more than comfortably. We were allowed to bring in any food & alcohol that we wanted with only a $75 service fee for the alcohol. A Bluetooth speaker & tables & chairs were also included & were comfortable & all in good condition. There is bathroom inside & heating & AC as well as trash cans & trash bags. The owner, Ty was on scene next door all day til we were all done & ready to leave & locked up for us. We absolutely loved our having our party here & will absolutely be back in the future!

We brought our own booze supply and stocked the little bar ourselves. The food was catered by a local Mexican restaurant. The kitchen in back is a bigger than average normal kitchen you'd find in a house. There was plenty of room for the good spread to be laid out. On the side of the house was a deck area that people went out and smoked. It's in a business area of downtown Antioch so don't worry about being noisy to some neighbors. Parking is located on the street or in the surrounding business lots. It was a good location for an event like this. It's not formal by any means. It's just a good functional space.
