I know a lot goes into planning and you hope for a perfect day. Despite some hiccups, the entire staff and ownership wanted to make sure everything was right. Our ceremony was beautiful in their outdoor gazebo with nice lighting. The sun will set directly behind your guests. Along with appetizer stations which also included passed hors d'oeuvres, we had an open bar for cocktail hour. Our dinner service was a buffet of chicken, salmon, and prime rib with two kinds of potato, rice and salads. There was plenty of food and everyone complimented how good the food was. Good portions and great taste, especially the prime rib. The venue uses iMobile DJs and our DJ was Eugene Macala. He was great and kept the energy and crowd engaged. Our cake was made by La Gateau, who provided a ton of samples to try before finalizing the cake selection. Florist was Paula's in Antioch that made the centerpieces and head table. Our Filipino dessert table was from La Bulakenya. We also had a private bridal suite which was connected to the women's restroom with plenty of room to store your personal belongings. I was able to bring in third party vendors, which was very important. I had violinist, Rose Crelli, who was simply amazing. I had a portrait artist, Amy Wong, Photo Booth by UrOn Photography, and sticker vending machine by Stickerella. Our guests are still raving about how fun our wedding was. I think most people would have a lot of anxiety during not only the wedding planning stages but also the day of but I can tell you that with these guys and their team, we had zero stress, zero anxiety and of course ZERO problems. They planned everything down to the minute, and even though we were the reasons that things didn't go on time, they were excellent at handling any last minute changes. When we were behind, they never pushed us to get back to our original routine, but rather asked us what we wanted and how we wanted it. Best yet, most of this was done behind the scenes, they allowed us to have all the fun we wanted while maintaining the structure that all weddings have. If I had the chance to redo it all over again, we would book the same venue and hire the same coordinators. I can't thank them enough for making sure that our special day was the most special day we've ever had! And they achieved it, beyond our wildest dreams. Now a bit about the venue, it is freaking GORGEOUS. The ceremonial lawn was huge and scenic. The minimalist lawn area added a degree of elegance that we hadn't expected. The actual hall was gorgeous, and HUGE we had about 120 people and we easily could have had double that. The entire grounds were amazing, so much room for everyone to roam around in. I didn't even get a chance to explore the entire place as it was way too big for how fast everything went. If you guys want a place that's already beautiful and requires very little decorations, this is it. Some uplights and flowers are all you need (maybe not even flowers?). The staff is incredibly polite, professional and extremely well trained. Everyone at our wedding loved the venue, and they loved how kind each and every member of the staff was. This is a members-only club for most of their area, so they'd have specific doors for the wedding guests to enter in from (it won't be from the main entrance). The door would lead straight to the wedding area though, and the layout was great. Overall, I'd say the venue was great and the tour was very informational/professional. It was easy to envision how the wedding would be like there. Price-wise, it was actually very reasonable for the quote, especially with how spacious the area is. We loved the space, the scenery, they also provide a coordinator so you don't need to worry about finding one outside. However, we decided to pass since there wasn't an option for us to try out the food prior to signing the contract. We'd also have to pre-select the food for tasting, and if we didn't like it, we'd have to pay extra to come back for it. Since the drive is 1.5hr long, we didn't want to risk having to do the back and forth just to settle on the food (and what if we just didn't like the food? That was the risk too).
