You can really taste the care they put into every meal. They have so many authentic Italian dishes and products. I will absolutely continue to come here and support this business. They staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome every visit. You can tell the business takes pride in their service. I know many people of the community love their service and food. It was super Al dente. It was not cooked enough to what the actual Al dente should be. The meatballs were so dense and very tough. The entire dish had zero flavor. The sandwiches were bland and tasteless. I'm not a hard person to please and this was definitely food we ended up throwing out. $84 dollars wasted. I don't give second chances so I won't be back.

To my surprise, their house-made sandwiches are served on freshly baked bread, made with fresh ingredients, and cost under $10 (Panera could never!!!). Their baked goods were also reasonably priced with generous portions. We picked up the Cinnamon Burst Bread, a cinnamon roll, a honey bran muffin (which completely stole the show for me; it was incredibly moist and I'd come back just for that) and an almond poppy seed scone. The service here was just as impressive. Everyone was so friendly and personable and you could tell they genuinely enjoyed being there. I also loved their "Giving Rack," where anyone in need can take free baked goods. It's such a thoughtful idea and says a lot about the kind of business they are. This is easily one of my favorite bakery finds and it'll definitely be a regular stop whenever I'm back in the area.

Spoke to the manager Brian said he would be talking to the GM and they would be talking to the regional manager. Still no update though? And to continually get told "well we've been eating the sandwiches and nothing happened" Okay that's nice and good for you guys but both times now and we get food poison symptoms? Come to find out a friend tried it last year too and got sick. It seems like a constant pattern with this place. I think they need a heavy audit of ingredient distributors, expiration dates etc.
