I asked for hot sauce on the side and the manager said, I will give you one because we usually charge for it. I had not gotten any sauce at all for my wings. On my first two visits they forgot things as well. First time they forgot part of my food. Second time they forgot all my napkins and utensils. It is really not that complicated.
