We went over what it was that I was looking for when I arrived for my appointment & even showed her a reference picture. Alise was very pleasant when doing my hair but 4 hours later I had hair that was very gray (like a medium gray) & not even close to the silvery white of the picture that I had shown her when we started. When I told her it was too dark she seemed shocked & then said that she did it intentionally because in a couple of washes it'll fade to resemble the reference picture. I've been getting my hair done like this for long enough to know that's not how it works. Gray will not fade to the color I asked for. Also, I shouldn't have to go home & wash my hair several times for it to look how I want it to after 4 hours in the salon & $300. When I left she told me to text her in a week to let her know how it was fading. After 5 days I reached out & let her know that I was still unhappy with how it turned out & asked if she'd be willing to correct it since it's not what we had originally talked about. We started having a conversation about it & now she has stopped responding. It's unfortunate that I spent a very decent amount of money, didn't get close to what I had asked for & when I asked her to correct her mistake she didn't bother to work through a solution.

I had Nikita as my stylist, and she went to work. She gave me a form to fill out and it had questions about my hair history. I was grateful that she wanted to know that I was doing to manage my hair. With her having the knowledge of what products I use and my hair habits, we're able to keep track of my hair growth. She went onto measuring my hair, testing the porosity, and even noted my head shape, to give me a style that would best fit my face. I was instantly comfortable.
