DON'T BOTHER GOING HERE!…read more I purchased a brand new Fender Squier Mini Strat Electric Guitar, a (supposedly leather) guitar strap, and a used Blackstar amp. I only played the Fender Squier Mini once after removing the plastic, and it plays, but it doesn't sound like it should. I also attempted to use the "leather" guitar strap with the Fender (which was suggested by the salesperson for this guitar), but it didn't hold the guitar and started fraying after one use. Then, after using the amp only 3 times, it completely stopped working. It turns on occasionally but none of the buttons work and there is clearly something wrong with the internal electrical system, so it's useless. I reached out to the manager of this store about returning these items but I have not heard back. I would definitely NOT recommend this place!!

For those under the impression this is a large guitar shop, you are mistaken. Hopefully this review saves someone from the trouble of trying to locate what they believe to be a locally owned, unique alternative to Guitar Center. That said, if you're looking for a starter and not much else then maybe check it out.
